Great property, excellent location, close to the beach, shops, and dining. Had difficulty with the front door lock and two toilets. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Have someone contact me regarding the plumbing. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean when we arrived. The pictures showed carpets in the bedrooms but we were pleasantly surprised that the house was updated with vinyl flooring. We would definitely book again.

I'm going to start with the CONS: upon arrival, there were workers painting parts of the house. This property was just not ready to rent, and the reservation was made months before. All windows were blocked (taped) and housekeeping was not complete for a stay. Another issue was this old lady who got into the property to turn off our speaker, literally. It was about at about 7:30 to 8 pm and it was not that loud. She knew how to get into the house! PROS: Great customer service. The team immediately got to work on getting the house ready and also offered a fair discount. The property manager showed up and talked to us and apologized for the situation. Same fast response the day of the issue with the old lady. Although we never knew what happened or who was that person. But they told us they would report the issue as the policy about low music volume takes place from 9 pm.

This house was everything that we needed. The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and great location. Communication was wonderful.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 including 2 teenagers. We each had our personal space which was clean and comfy. The house had all the amenities we needed....well equipped kitchen, bikes and beach equipment, pool & spa (had immediate assistance from management for heating the spa). The boys said they could have had more pool "toys" but were content with what was there. I would have enjoyed cushions on the barstools and dining chairs. The large TV was great entertainment in the evening. We didn't want to leave....such a cute house and close to everything! Superb! We were happy campers!

Spacious well appointed home in the perfect neighborhood. Updated nicely. The decor is a calm sophisticated ocean theme. The pool and hot tub are great for entertaining kids and adults on vacation. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to feed your family. Bikes and pool toys. The location is ideal for all of the best Naples attractions. Very close to the Ritz for wonderful meals, the Vanderbilt Beach garage, the Mercato for shopping and dining. Will be back!

The layout of the property was great. A bit of a transient neighborhood. House was clean, pool was great. The layout and amenities really worked for us (6 people overall). Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Would rent the property again.

House clean and well appointed. Layout of bedrooms and baths worked well for our family and friends who visited. In the 500 block of Naples Park- very close to Vanderbilt Beach. The house came with 4 bikes and lots of beach equipment which was great. We liked the pool too. Only downside with pool were a few problems with heater which were promptly addressed. Since house on north side of street - not as much sun which necessitated more pool heating. However, overall it was still a very good stay. Property managers extremely responsive to questions/concerns. We plan to rent house again...

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was great! The pool was clean and refreshing. The house was clean and had more than enough towels, pots, pans, etc. to chose from. In a great safe neighborhood for the kids to ride the bikes they provided. Excellent communication and service. I would recommend to anyone wanting a stress free getaway.

Honestly really great house. Clean. But what was the best was the management company… whatever we needed they responded right away. Highly recommend. The street the house is on isn’t that nice but the area overall is great.

The location was perfect. 5-10 minutes from everything (beach, shopping. Etc) It’s a perfect house for 2 families with its 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Definitely would come back again.

There are a few things I would do to improve the property and one would be the lighting. There were no dimmers anywhere, so, when you turn on the light in any of the rooms it was full on and especially at night was too bright. The layout is great and functional and the furniture is very comfortable.

Interior of house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with basics. Plenty of beach chairs in good repair available for use. Location was convenient. The outside Lanai area needs some attention, screen was ripped in several places allowing bugs in, many active spider webs hanging above pool area. TV in lanai not functioning. The only reason we rented this home was because it had a private pool, we felt that because of the current public health concerns this would be the safest option for our family, and we paid a ridiculous amount of money to stay here. We were very disappointed that the pool and spa were not working the week we were there. In fact it took several days of repeated calls to get the pool the attention it needed. The "property manger" who lives across the street came over to inspect it after several calls. We then had to wait for another pool person to come the next day. After it was decided the pool was "fixed" it continued to turn green with algae so the "property manager" again came over to throw some chemicals in the pool and sweep the walls. We were told it would be fine in the morning, sadly it was not. In the end we spent top dollar for a rental that had no useful pool/spa for the entire week we were there and we spent a good portion of our time trying to trouble shoot pool equipment that did not belong to us. Although we understand things happen with homes and equipment it was a disappointment to rent a place that did not meet our expectations. In retrospect we could have saved time and money renting a condo on or near the beach with a shared pool for less money. I find it interesting that most reviews talk about the "manager" living across the street which tells me that we are not the only ones who have had maintenance issues while staying there. The home owner needs to put some money into property maintenance specifically the outdoor area, doing so would make the property closer to the 5 star rating!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 8 days for Spring Break. Overall, it's a nice house in a nice location and neighborhood. With four bedrooms and three full baths, it's large enough for a big group to be comfortable. However, there were a few negatives that prevented a 5-star rating: 1) the spa jets were broken and weren't able to be fixed during our stay; 2) adequate supply of some "staples" weren't included. For instance, there were no replacement kitchen garbage bags and when we asked the property manager, they dropped off only a couple extras. We had to ask again for more garbage bags a couple of days later when we used up our supply. Additionally, there were no coffee filters or tin foil (supplies that, in our experience, VRBO properties normally have); and 3) We have a one-year old who crawled around a lot. The area rug in the living room looked like it could use a thorough cleaning and/or replacement We would probably stay here again and with a few improvements, it would earn a 5-star review.
