Direkte Lage zu Strand. Das Zimmer was super ausgestattet inkl. schön eingereichtem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag super sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Beim Essen ist für viel Auswahl am Buffett gesorgt, allerdings ist die Auswahl ein bisschen mehr auf englische Gäste ausgerichtet. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr ruhig gelegenen Ort.

Der Tresor im Zimmer war frei wegtragbar, schon um 9 Uhr gab es keine freien Liegen, alle waren mit Handtüchern blockiert aber kein Gast da. Die Abendshow war herzzerreissend schlecht, das Einzelzimmer gleich eher einer Einzelzelle und lag zur Wirtschaftszone und Anlieferungszone direkt gegenüber die Klimaanlage des RIU Hotels, selbst bei geschlossenen Türen noch zu laut. Auf Frage nach der Sicherheit des Tresors wurde mir gesagt man könne ja einen Key kaufen um den T. zu verschliessen, dann sei er wenigstens geschlossen wenn er gestohlen würde usw. usw.

Hat doppelt soviel gekostet wie im letzten Jahr, ist aber leider nicht besser geworden. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und die Betten immer noch hart, das drumherum ist okay aber für den Preis kannst du ins Steigenberger gehen. Kostet genauso viel und hat weiche Betten und bessere Zimmer

Staff were very rude. Felt we couldn’t laugh or enjoy ourselves…. Felt we had to be quiet the whole time . No iron in rooms. Not enough pillows . No book in room to tell you where iron room was or how to contact reception on phone etc …. Unable to book a cab from hotel reception.

We love this hotel. This was our sixth visit and we will be back. The setting is unbeatable, the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, the food is great and there is just the right amount of entertainment and activities, which you can join in or not, either is fine.

The refurbished bedrooms are lovely but the wardrobe configuration isn’t the best. The rails are very high, with the awkward ‘no steal’ hanger style meant my mum, who is averaged height, couldn’t manage them. However, we asked for some ‘normal’ hangers which were provided and made life a lot easier.

Beach very busy & crowded as a public beach, beds had to be paid for daily. None of the beach belonged to the hotel. Could only change our beach towels mon, weds & fridays, which i didnt like as other hotels ive been to they get changed daily, this also was with the towels in our bathroom .

I like it’s location and the proximity to the beach.

It’s really old and terribly dirty. It took the staff a while to find my booking. Once they finally did I was given a key to a room. The bathroom was not clean and there was urine and paper in the toilet. When I came down and showed them photos they said it looked clean to them and that there was nothing they could do as the place was 100% full. My room was over the street, so I was woken up by trash trucks, not to mention noisy guests moving furniture on the floor above me? There were maintenance people in the halls early, and all of the hallways wreak of cigarette smoke. So I wanted to sit outside. Which was a problem because they lock all of the doors at night, except the front entrance so you can’t sit outside on the property (which I was told they’ve been doing for 30 years), which is a huge fire hazard. The breakfast was decent but it was packed, and the clanging of cups and dirty windows (none opened) was stuffy and gave me a headache. I wanted to get out of the hotel as quickly as possible.

Our stay was fantastic. I would only have one fault. Our room 301 was very small and requested an upgrade to a bigger room. Would not recommend this room maybe for a single person. Other then that it was Amazing.

Entertainment in the evening was awful and so old fashioned. We would sit and have drinks on the balcony and the acts were below.

Hotel was amazing! Clean, sea view from almost every room. Every evening music shows to enjoy. Pool with very warm water. 100m to the beach. Under hotel is a street with many shops, also near the hotel are lost of shops. Stuff is amazing and helpfull. Rooms are clean. Breakfasts and dinners 11 of 10. Really enjoyed it. For sure recommending this hotel for stay and for sure we will return to this hotel in future! As it was very nice vacation!

Price in pool bar, 8.50eur for a drink, is a bit a lot :)

Great location, very clean

Amazing location, great varied breakfast and spectacular view (we stayed at the top floor). Definitely recommend a rental car, because the town is quite small. Also if you want to eat at the restaurant on the little island (not owned by the hotel), you need to reserve a few weeks or month in advance.

If you don't wake up at 7 and reserve a sunbed, you are kind of forced to pay and rent one at the beach. Eventhough the hotel gives you a flyer at checking in that specifically says that reserving sunbeds is not allowed...

Perfect set up for a relaxing stay

Limited restaurants if you’re staying for longer than a few days. We ate in the same places a lot.

It was a perfect stay, great location ,quiet yet handy for the busier places only 10 mins away.The hotel was spotlessly clean,breakfast was great,and the staff were lovely. Fantastic,clean little beach cove, highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Location is nice, the beach area is nice, would be nice to not pay for the daybeds on the beach.

Property is definitely not 4 stars, the rooms are very outdated. We got a very dark and small room in the “double room” booking, so we upgraded to a sea view for €40. Which was really nice. But as a hotel, it’s maybe 2 stars. The bathrooms are really old, the beds are average, no robes or slippers in rooms (basic 4-star hotel facility). Breakfast was decent but the seating is all indoors, just feels wasted for a place like Mallorca to not have outdoor seating. Also hotel is full of people on package holidays.

Food was delicious great choice and always varied. Staff were helpful professional and friendly from all departments. We were in the older part of the hotel with balcony but only room on the balcony for a clothes dryer. When I booked with Booking .Com. this was never made clear. However the rooms overlooking the sea and swimming pool had a balcony with chairs and an amazing view over an idyllic resort.

Water in the room on arrival but none after the first day. A kettle but no tea, coffee or milk. No toiletries Entertainment was mediocre.

I was upgraded to a beautiful room beside my mum's room. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely pool and excellent breakfast selection.

It would have been nice to have the option to enjoy the breakfast outside - even to pay a supliment for this.
