Totally Refurbished to a very High Standard in 2024. Delicious Food and drinks served in Hotel Restaurants. Staff and Management very accommodating and professional. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable with tea and coffee, tridge, complimentary water supplied daily. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend to my friends and family and will definitely be booking another stay on my return.

We visited Antalya, my wife and I, end of December 2023 and stayed here for a week. I looked at a lot of the all inclusive resorts before finally booking with Casa Sur. This hotel has so much more character. Located just behind Hadrian’s gate and just inside the Kaleci, it’s perfectly located to explore the old town. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with all the basic amenities. We had a garden view room with a lovely view of their orange trees. The staff, all of them, were very friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Thank you to all of them. Shiela, their adopted dog, was a darling. As were the cats that move in and out. While we didn’t have a lot of food here, what we did have was all very good. The kaymak on the breakfast menu was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend it.

Housekeeping could be improved a little. The only real problem was the pub around the corner with their live music. It can be a little noisy. I can only imagine what it might be like in peak tourist season.

Room, public area and garden were lovely and comfy. The restaurant served tasty and interesting food.

As you're in old town there are some loud music venues at night near hotel but fine if you bring ear plugs or choose to go to sleep after midnight.

Interior design of the hotel and the room. Quite comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Awesome garden. Great location. Closer to attractions, shop and restaurants.

Everything turned out to be great. No major issues.

Terrible noise insulation.Especially the room on the ground. Not only disturbed by the pub near the hotel but also can hear everyone who go up and down stairs. The reception is not open 24/7 and not everyone in the reception can speak English. Not a typical 4-stars hotel

the location was excellent, I loved it. a walking distance from the main features in the city, and a lovely neighborhood. we found taxi easily, and restaurants all around the area. at night we went to Luna Garden and it was phenomenal experience. you also must try Leman kulker restaurant, super delicious, and they were around the corner 5 min walk

absolutely nothing, everything was great and super. maybe one thing is the loud music at night coming from the club in the back ally, my son found it hard to sleep at neigh because of it.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Modern, chic, there is a spacious garden for leisure and dining. Exceptional staff. Location is perfect, right next to Hadrian’s Gate and a short walk to the harbor.

The stay at Casa Sur was exceptional. I booked a double room with a garden view but upon arrival, I received a room with a street view. My request was considered by the administrator very quickly and I was suggested a better room without additional payment as all of the other rooms were booked. Thank you so much for your attentiveness to your guests, this reaction definitely got my loyalty to this hotel! The room was extremely neat and tidy, awesome variety of lighting in the room, and the very nice detail - tangerine shampoos and shower gels - awesome smell. Big windows which gave lots of light to the room and the garden view. The overall hotel area is like a garden hidden in the center of the old town - a small oasis in the sounds of the city. English-speaking staff, very friendly and polite and looking forward to helping you their best. I haven't heard any of the neighbors throughout the whole stay. And btw the hotel restaurant suggests a delicious breakfast, I regret I haven't visited it before. So, the hotel's really great, with many nice details which give you a feeling that you're valued here as a guest and you're being heard here to enjoy your stay. 11/10

Quiet and relaxing place

simple the best hotel in the Old Town. Boutique, made and managed with love, superb rustic/loft design. Special gratitude goes to the manager's mother for her home-made orange blossom jam!

Every detail was surprisingly top notch, from the moment we booked. Offers of help for transportation, detailed arrival instructions, style-forward interior design and garden, recommendations to local business people, from also local professionals! Please, take all the positive comments already provided but add . . the entire team at Casa Sur Antalya is immediately there for you, for any request or last minute concern. We can't wait to return.

The Old Town location within the old city walls is unforgettable, but that does mean evenings can be loud. If silence is your first priority, stay out by the beach some where instead.

Could have had more privacy in bathroom. But otherwise nice.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant in the gardens is stunning!

too much noise. I had a room on the ground floor, next to the reception and right outside a thoroughfare. The noise from a local venue kept me awake until 00:30 hours. They also have a lovely dog but when it barks at midnight and a member of staff shouts at it to be quiet then it only adds to the excessive noise.
