We have been staying at Chateau by the Sea for many years. We love it! My only issue was that the Pier was closed due to weather even when sunny and beautiful outside. Whoever is running the pier is doing a poor job. That pier is awesome and for many years, we enjoyed it.

This place is a diamond in the rough great Accommodations at a great price, and it comes with that million dollar view that every beach lover wants. We love waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee as the sun comes up to start the day or walking the short distance to the pier and having a few night caps have been coming here for four years now wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we are in Florida

Short notice trip, very happy we found this place. Beautiful beach view from our 5th floor balcony. We were lucky to be able to see 3 rocket launches in 3 days, including one night launch. Overall a great property in a great location

Our stay was just perfect. Kitchen had what it needed to keep food costs down, everything you could want to do outside of beach and pool time was an easy walk or drive, the beach was clean and not overcrowded, the pool was fantastic, and the view from the balcony was worth the price itself. Rooftop view was an extra bonus. I wish the bedrooms were brighter and the beds a bit more comfortable, but in the end it doesn’t matter because the living area was perfect. Property manager touched base via email and I knew we’d be taken care of if needed- but we didn’t need anything! 10/10 would recommend!

The condo is exactly how the pictures show it is. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The view is amazing. The pool area is great. Beach access is perfect. The kitchen has just about everything you need to make food. The bedrooms are closer to the hallways and the walls are a tad thin which created some noise issues after hours with some noisy neighbors and the nearest unit's door being slammed due to air pressure and them not preventing it from slamming. Having an after hours number to contact and respond for non emergency (noise issues) would be a great addition. Additional beach chairs and expanded livingroom furniture would be ideal given that it is a two bedroom unit. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Just need to work on controlling the neighbor noise primarily after hours.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this vacation was! The property was in a perfect location, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property managers were GREAT!! They checked in to make sure everything was going well. When we had an issue with a TV they resolved the issue within a couple hours. They were very professional and kind. We will definitely be back! First impression is the property manager takes great pride in ensuring the place is clean and presentable. We stayed on the 5th floor- ocean front. The 2B/2B was spotless upon arrival. Thank you to the housekeepers. The view is stunning, which is what attracted me initially. The building itself is well maintained. Freshly painted in appearance, nicely manicured grounds. Advertised heated pool really is heated. We had three 75 degree days and two 60 degree days. The heated pool made it very comfortable with both types of weather. Grills for common use were high quality as was all of the patio furniture. The roof top sitting area was so new and fresh, great seating, fantastic 360 degree views of Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas. We had a front row seat for a SpaceX rocket launch! The unit is well equipped, from paper goods, to towels and linens. There were multiple beach items for use.
We had the most amazing property manager to work with, Zareh! We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, response time and exceptional customer service!!
There were some minor issues that occurred and Zareh took care of them immediately, no delay, no excuses and had follow-through to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This complex has a fair number of short-term rentals, some guests don't seem to treat the place they stay with the best respect and Zareh fixed those issues as well as having a stellar maintenance staff to fix the everyday wear and tear things that needed a fast repair.
We have rented from other properties in several locations and have never been treated so well!! Thank you Zareh and team!

Booking the property is really easy and straightforward. It's a lovely place to stay, just 2 along from the pier. It's very clean and comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Washer and dryer if needed too. The view from the balcony is fabulous and great to watch the cruise ships sail out. There are lots of places to eat and drink short distances away..my favourite just sitting at boardwalk bar watching the surfing while eating an amazing grouper sandwich.
Historical Cocoa Village is a short drive away, a lovely place to wander round, shop or eat. I
I like this place so much, it was my 3rd time coming over from the UK.

We just returned from a 2 week stay at Chateau by the Sea. We loved it! The view of the beach was amazing and the location was ideal! We were within walking distance to several restaurants or a short uber ride away from others. The unit was clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and pillows (which is always a concern when staying at a rental property)! One of the biggest risks of renting is if the management company isn’t responsive and Stay in Cocoa Beach went above and beyond our expectations. There were no major issues but they were responsive, courteous, and helpful with any questions about the area, attractions, and restaurants. Can’t emphasize enough how timely and helpful they were. This was our first time in Cocoa Beach and I can’t say enough good things about the property and the location. We highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying there again!

This condo has a wonderful ocean view, great location, we loved having our own washer/dryer- they supplied beach chairs , towels, Umbrella and 4 boogie boards which made beach days enjoyable ! Kelsey was quick to respond and helpful - we will return to this property

Amazing views and location!
We had a wonderful week here over spring break. Kelsey was wonderful at checking in both in the beginning of our stay and at the end of our stay. Parking and elevators were easy. Penthouse views were AMAZING and being right on the beach and by the pool were a treat for my kids. We loved watching the cruise ships, cargo ships and the pier. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Our beautiful Chateau by the Sea
We stayed from Jan 15 through Jan 29, 2022. We had the most gorgeous ocean view and were very close to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. The unit was in great condition and we had all amenities we could want. It was a perfect stay and we are so thankful to Kelsy and her group for making it awesome! We are booked for next year - same unit! We can’t wait!

Fantastic Cocoa Beach Vacation
The condo is very clean and it has all the amenities you need for a wonderful Cocoa Beach vacation. The staff at this resort are first rate. They are very responsive to any needs you might have. The condo is in a great location, next to Cocoa Beach Pier and close to lifeguards so you can swim safely. The pool is clean and heated. It is a short walk from the condo to the beach. We had an excellent vacation.

Great place with a great location. Everything was as advertised. Booking, billing, check-in, etc was all very seemless and easy. I received multiple emails from Kelsy to make sure everything was up to par, which it was. Not only would I rent this unit again, but I'd stay longer. Highly recommended!!

Perfect for our family vacation
We have stayed at several condos and hotels on several different beaches, but we have never stayed at one that has been so perfect for our family. There was plenty of room, the amenities were exactly what we needed and the place was well taken care of and very clean (everything worked, and didn't feel like the beach was left sitting in the condo waiting for someone to clean it up. We enjoyed the access to the beach, the pool, and being able to make meals without worrying about the appliances working or not. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great View!!
This property met all of my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and had an excellent view of the ocean from the 5th floor. I sometimes have trouble sleeping on vacation, but the king size bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. Also, the property manager (Kelsy) checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well.

Great location, if your looking for an RR vacation this is the place. The owner was awesome to work with along with VRBO! Check In was incredibly easy, well organized and seamless. Condo was super clean and comfortable! Maintenance and property management kept the property very clean! Sunsets and rises were beautiful! Beach and pier were awesome! Loved watching the surfers from balcony and beach!

Location was great! Condo as pictured. We had an issue with ants contacted the property owner and they came out and sprayed right away and I never had another issue!! Beds were comfortable. There was six towels, wash rags, and beach towels available! There was also trash bags laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent available. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms so we did have to purchase that, which was fine! The pool with warm, the beach was clean and steps away from the condo! When looking at the exterior pictures it is the top floor 3rd to the left if you’re looking at it! Both bathrooms are in the bedrooms which was fine for us but if you have somebody sleeping on the couch might might want to make note of that! This is our first time not staying on the gulf and we were not disappointed!!Highly recommend going to Kennedy space Center and eating at The sandbar. B

Perfect getaway!
My wife and I traveled to Cocoa Beach to celebrate her 60th Birthday in lieu of a 10 day Cruise, which all have been cancel. We found the accommodations very nice, located on the beach next to the pier, and a very short distance to all attractions and entertainment. The condo was well furnished, clean, and as described in the listing. I would highly recommend to all.

Spectacular views
Wish we could have stayed a month! The rooms were both suites, allowing easy privacy for myself, daughter, and grandkids. The view of Cocoa Beach and pier was more incredible than the photos on VRBO. You can see Cape Canaveral liftoffs of Spacex and any other activity. Would be excellent for surf contest viewing, as the whole beach is right in front of you, let alone the view from the roof. Local businesses are walkable, including markets and souvenir shops. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
