I would give this house more than a 5 star rating if that was an option. It’s in a fantastic location. It’s very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, open floor plan, so many amenities I can’t even list them all, individual room thermostat control for AC, extremely well stocked both with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, oil, herbs, etc. Also plenty of paper towels, tp, cleaning products…. There were plenty of beach chairs, floats, beach umbrellas, a Weber grill, towels, blankets, pillows…. We were informed ahead of time to bring our own beach towels. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and very close to 6A which was very convenient since we have family in Brewster. We will definitely keep this house in mind next time we return to the Cape.

This place has all you need. We enjoyed our stay here and found it to be spacious, clean , and close to our favorite beaches. Definitely would consider renting here again.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the Cape. The house has everything we needed for the weekend. Janet was very responsive when we reached out to her. We highly recommend Janet’s house in Yarmouth Port.

Our family enjoyed a week long of exploring Cape Cod and its great beaches, ponds and villages. The house is newly renovated very clean with nice bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms size. The house was a perfect hub for all our activities such as bike riding, food shopping, restaurants. We particularly loved the proximity to Dennis beaches and enjoyed the outdoor deck. We hope to be back in the near future!

We loved our recent stay at this home. It is very well appointed, sparkling clean and had everything you need to feel right at home including a beautiful Weber grill on the back deck. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from lovely beaches, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to experience the relaxed Cape Cod lifestyle!

Everything is brand new and the house has been stocked with everything you need ( kitchen pots pans, utensils, grill, beach chairs, etc). We stayed here with our two young children. It was perfect for our family- everyone had their own room and space. The hosts were very informative and welcoming with information left at the house and in our communications with them. Only thing to note is has two showers (no tub) but our two year old loved it! Bring your bathing suits, beach towels and get ready to make great memories. We will be back!
