We liked that the street car stopped in front of the hotel. We liked that we could walk to the wedding venue . I liked the relative quiet and the large lobby which was comfortable to sit in. Restaurant across the street was good/

Everything was really clean and the staff were really helpful!

Die Lage war top. Downtown, direkt an der Mainstreet, inkl. Tramstation vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Bei der Ankunft hat das Zimmer stark nach Kanalisation (Fäkal) gerochen. Obwohl es hiess, dass die Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden kam alle zwei Tage mal jemand der rein schaute. Während 7 Tagen wurde das Zimmer einmal gereinigt und die Tücher gewechselt. Das Morgenbuffet war sehr spärlich und alles mit Plastikgeschirr und Besteck (einweg). Preis/Leistung leider nicht gerechtfertigt, trotz guter Lage.

Location to Power N Light district was great.

Room was not stocked with extra blanket and room was booked for 3 people knowing we would need the sleeper sofa. Called the front desk they said check the bathroom (not closet, thought it was odd a blanket would be with towels?) then told they were fully booked and didn’t have any extra blankets. WTH? You’re a hotel, how do you not have extra blankets?? Tissue box was empty and do not disturb sign missing.

KC Streetcar stops right in front of hotel, it’s completely free and our only mode of transportation during our stay since it was so convenient! Staff was stressed over volleyball tournament and it showed. We asked if they were ok and you could tell they were never truly asked about it. They appreciated us asking and their whole moods changed when being acknowledged. I hope the company sees how hard they work and show their appreciation. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Starbucks located downstairs and breakfast is included in the stay so enjoy it! You need your room key to access the elevators which I think is absolutely amazing since the hotel is right off a Main Street. very secure.

Parking there was a fee, but I didn’t know why since it was a parking lot with just cameras. across from the hotel’s lot there was neighboring hotel parking lots that had gates and cameras to ensure the safety of their guest’s vehicles.

Very near concert location, parking available. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, secure and safe. Awesome hot breakfast with many options and a person to keep it filled and clean.

A little bit more expensive than I would like but you get what you pay for at this location. Because of downtown location, small area to park to check in.

Paying 18 for parking instead of a dedicated hotel lot, incidental fee on top of room charge.

Lobby was clean and staff was friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was great

Felt that the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. A few hairs and stains on the bedding. Qtip on floor when arrived. Beds were hard though and pillows were too flimsy.
