Rosalinda is hands-down the best owner we’ve ever worked with before. Her staff is very friendly, attentive, and kind. Rosalinda helped us schedule cooks/chefs and helped us with restaurant suggestions etc. We barely left the property as it has everything you need in terms of different spaces, the pool was awesome and the beach is incredible and very private. Even though there is public access, it’s basically your beach. The families that did come to the beach were not loud and didn’t play music, etc. It was by far the best family vacation we’ve had.

Had a fantastic stay celebrating my 50th with my girlfriends. The house has everything you could need, is on a beautiful beach and made for a true vacation. Rosalinda was just a text away with any questions and Tere prepared delicious home cooked meals. Hope to return one day.

The villa was gorgeous and clean. Rosalinda was super helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Tere was the BEST…amazing meals prepared! We loved spending time in the pool and the beach was fabulous as well. Great time had by all. We’d visit again!!

Rosalinda was extremely communicative and helped us with activities, dinner and breakfast menus and any other questions we had. Our stay was perfection with Tere and staff taking care of the delicious food and all the cleaning. A true vacation for our families. The house is well stocked with boogie boards, chairs, towels etc. It was a wonderful vacation, I would highly recommend!

Family vacation
We gathered with our adult children for a week-long relaxing reunion. We took a few adventures around the area and enjoyed a couple of the delicious restaurants that Rosalinda recommended. But by far our favorite times we’re hanging at the pool, swimming in the beautiful ocean, and enjoying Tere’s amazing meals!
The atmosphere, the gorgeous home and the supportive staff made this one of our favorite vacations ever! We would definitely return and recommend the home to others Thank you Rosalinda and Tere!

Incredible in every way
We just returned from Casa Suspiro, and the experience was amazing. Starting with the property itself-the house itself is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not even do it justice. The property has a gorgeous view of the water and beach, and can be seen from the main areas and the bedrooms as well. The bedrooms are all very nice and we comfortably fit our families with children in the property. The pool area is amazing with chaise lounges and a sizable pool with a swim up bar!
The property remained immaculate during the duration of our stay. We had an incredible staff with daily housekeeping and Tere prepared our breakfasts and many of our dinners for us. She was extremely kind and her food was delicious. Rosalinda was an excellent host, extremely helpful and responsive! Overall I would love to return again and again. Thank you so much Casa Suspiro for an unforgettable vacation. It was like a dream!

Best beach vacation EVER!
Selfishly, I should tell you this place sucks so it increases my chances for future availability. I am having a hard time describing how amazing our stay was at Casa Suspiro (Mar 8-15, 2022). Rosalinda was just fantastic with helping us feel comfortable with the reservation. She also helped secure reservations for a boating/snorkelling esxcusion, a mariachi band for my wife's birthday, and even a piñata. She really allowed us to push the "easy" button with planning the vacation. When we walked through the front door we felt an immense sense of relief and instant decompression. We were met with a wide smile from Tere who manages the house and made our breakfasts and dinners. She is a nothing short of magical in the kitchen. She arrived early each day as we ordered the "Happy House Margarita" option - highly recommended. After years of spending vacations at resorts that are void of any culture and spending embarrassing amounts of money at these institutions, we will always pursue time instead at Casa Suspiro. Recommendation - please ensure you close the bug screens around your bedding at night! We made this mistake on our first night and realized these are there for an important reason! We had absolutely no issues after that and slept incredibly well.

Unforgettable!
This place is paradise!! Pictures hardly do it justice. Absolutely perfect property for large groups. Can’t be any better for kids with the huge pool and direct beach access, but I could equally see coming back without the kids for adult fun!! Make sure you take advantage of all the extras like massages, having Tere cook and make margaritas, etc.

Family Vacation
This was our 2nd trip to Casa Suspiro. We love it there. The location is perfect on an uncrowded beach. We spend the day in the pool and at the beach.
Teri takes great care of the house and is an awesome cook. We love her breakfast every morning!

Couldn’t have asked for more
Stayed at Casa Suspiro for 10 days for my husbands 80th birthday. Had an amazing week. Just loved the house and location. Tere is terrific and prepared the most delicios meals for us. What an added plus. So

Pool and beach are perfect. Lots of time spent in the pool, usually a number of times each day. Home is spacious enough we all had special places to relax as well as gather for group time.
It was the perfect way to celebrate my husband’s 80 years!

Casa Suspiro
The minute you wake up here your senses are on overload: breathing in the cool ocean breeze, your eyes fix on the horizon where the sea meets the sky. We get our coffee and go hangout in the outdoor living space: so cozy and inviting. Our days consisted of, beach walking, swimming in the ocean, having cocktails and apps by the pool. After our beach walks, Teresa would be waiting for us with breakfast ready.
We decided to venture in to Sayulita for one day - really fun. Although, it was so nice to come back to our sanctuary by the beach. We did walk down to the beach bar, Barracuda, a few evenings for sunset cocktails and apps. Highly recommend!
As far as the house goes, it is beautiful and nicely designed. The kitchen could use an update, but that is not even a big deal because Teresa cooked for us most mornings and evenings.
Teresa and her staff had everything handled, they purchased groceries for us prior to our arrival and they would go to the store for us if we needed anything. Thank you Teresa:)
The beach itself is great. Many locals go there on weekends, which made for fun people watching. We could not have picked a better beach house for our vacation.
One more thing; we had a family emergency which pushed our trip back a few days - the owner graciously worked with us to accommodate our schedule. Look no further you will love it.

Family perfect
What a wonderful beach! A nice house for a family with 3 separate bedroom spaces, master and two multiple-bedroom areas which each include a large bathroom, nice bedroom with balcony patio overlooking beach and smaller no-view bedrooms we used for little ones. Perfect for small children who need dark and quiet, not as nice for adults who want a view.
The pool is warm and large with plenty of lounging and a terrific beach overlook. One caution, there are many flights of stairs as the home drops from street down to beach, four flights from master up top to beach level.
The owner is responsive and will arrange cars and make dinner reservations. Our children were too young to take advantage of that. She can arrange a cook who will shop for you and makes a good margarita. A lovely, relaxing beach house. We enjoyed every minute!

Truly, A Breath of Fresh Air!
From the service, to the semi-private beach, you won’t find a better home to stay in while in Mexico! I dream at night of being back in this house, to feel the ocean breeze while I sleep and listen to the ocean waves crash against the rocks and sand. I promise you won’t have a bad meal from Teresa! We celebrated my wife’s birthday while there and the staff went above and beyond to get her the cake I wanted for her birthday! You won’t regret booking this home to stay in! Plenty of space for all! Clean, responsive and friendly; I give Casa Suspiro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Kick off your flip flops, feel the warmth of the sand between your toes and relax by the beach!

Simply Amazing- Over the Top Luxury & Relaxation
The pictures don't do this property justice. I hesitate to rave as much as I'd like to for fear it will be booked when we try to stay again in the future.
This home, private beach and house management team made every aspect of our stay INCREDIBLE.
We began the trip with family and then ended with 12 girlfriends all celebrating a milestone birthday and it was perfection for both types of groups. I can not say enough good things about the home, beach and team!

Fantastic vacation home!
Great location on a beautiful, uncrowned beach. Close to Punta de Mita and Sayulita if you want to venture out, which we didn’t much because the place is so wonderful. Did I mention the pool is heated?! The house keepers are quiet but attentive if you need them, and very friendly if you want to talk. We highly recommend this place, and we will be back again.

Amazing holiday at Casa Suspiro!
Thank you For a wonderful week! Casa Suspiro is everything and more. Our two families could not have asked for a better experience. The home is as beautiful as the pictures and so comfortable for the seven of us! Chuy and Tere treated us like we were family; there is no reason to eat anywhere else than Casa Suspiro. We were spoiled with delicious and oh so fresh meals from morning till night! We even all worked together in the kitchen on a traditional Thanksgiving dinner! It was perfect!
You vacation would be amazing if you never even left the casa! The beach out front is perfect for adventurous teenagers and their parents who love to take on waves, attempt paddle boarding or or just soak up a lot of sun!
We did leave and explored the surrounding towns of Punta Mita and Sayulita — we zip lined, took surfing lessons (Rosalinda’s contact!!), did a short trip to the marieta islands to snorkel and see the blue footed boobies, went fishing and caught a boat full of Dorado for dinner! You could stay busy with activities or just soak up the beauty of the Bay of Bandares at home!
Rosalinda’s contact from Tranquili Surf, Josue and Libby took care of us when it came to water activities (and local lunch reco)! Make sure to contact them — very trustworthy and accommodating!
We did have one dinner out in Punta Mita and would give it a five star rating - Casa Teresa. An amazing Italian experience for the entire family!

Perfect Family Getaway at Casa Suspiro
We shared a magical week together as a family of nine with our adult kids, 8 year old granddaughter and 5 year old grandson at Casa Suspiro. The home and experience exceeded our expectations in every way - from the moment wonderful Chuy arrived at the airport to pick us up, to walking in the front door to take in the stunning open air views, to the thoughtful way this home has been designed and decorated, to the art and culture surrounding us at every turn, to the sounds of the waves and birds and kids splashing and laughing in the pool and surf, to the kayaking and stand up paddling and surfing adventures, to the massages on the deck by Rosie...and mostly to the amazing Chuy and Tere for their welcoming kind spirits and preparing the most delicious meals day and night. We appreciate all that Rosalinda did to assist us from afar in planning our meals and activities in advance of our trip and for checking in during our stay. She has many great local connections and suggestions and her time and expertise were incredibly helpful. Chuy and Tere are a blessing and made us feel safe and at home - giving us a sense of privacy but there if we needed anything. The house itself has numerous places to gather with the open air living room, deck off the master bedroom, swim up bar and outdoor living area, and direct access to the beach complete with boogie boards, kayaks, paddle boards and beach chairs. We loved our one dinner out at Si Senor in Punta Mita and recommend it highly, but it was a treat to be able to enjoy Chuy and Tere's extraordinary meals at home (with special thanks to their friend Chef Daniel for his beautiful dinners too!) and we especially looked forward to our daily Happy Hour with the best margaritas, chips and guacamole. The week felt like a dream and we all look forward to the day we can return to Casa Suspiro!

Most relaxing family vacation ever
Our family of 5 (3 adults and children 2 and 4 years old) spent a week at Casa Suspiro, and it was wonderful. Because the children were too young to do activities like snorkeling and zip line, we spent the entire week at the home, and we enjoyed every minute of it. It's clean and well-maintained. We had all our our meals prepared by Tere, and she's a wonderful chef, we'd highly recommend any of her Mexican specialties. Tere and Chuy were onsite throughout the day and made sure we had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our time there. Happy hour with margaritas and fresh homemade salsa and guacamole by the pool, then dinner at the poolside dining area (don't miss the grilled Red Snapper, one of the best fish dishes we've ever had) was as good and relaxing as a vacation can get. The 3 bedrooms facing the sea have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with an amazing view, and we were able to sleep with them open to the sound of the waves every night. The layout would be very comfortable for up to 3 families with 2 kids each, everybody would feel like they had a luxury room/suite at any resort hotel. The sand beach is clean and has very little traffic, it felt like a private beach, with plenty of room for the kids to play in the sand/surf. The waves were 1-5 feet, fun for the little kids and for boogie boarding. Tried some snorkeling, but there wasn't much to see there as the visibility is only about 6-8 feet, and it's a sand bottom as far out as we went (although that wasn't much farther than 8-10 feet deep).
We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a wonderful beach getaway, and we plan to come back with more extended family in the future.

Great Vacay!
Fantastic piece of the earth with amazing views!! We stayed here with another family and it was the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. So glad we didn't stay in downtown Puerto Vallarta! Punta De Mita had the best of both worlds, privacy and mostly secluded beach but close enough to shopping and other activities to keep the kids busy! Only negative is that they need beach chairs-

Chuy and Terre were absolutely wonderful. They are professional and appropriate. The beach and pool toys were great to have. But let me tell you this place is just gorgeous, it is a dream of a vacation rental. You can hear the waves crashing and the fresh breeze coming thru. There is also AC in the rooms if you prefer that. We would come back anytime and bring more to see and love. We loved the location to Punta mita and day trip to sayulita. 10/10 5 stars two thumbs up. you will not be disappointed.

Heaven with delicious good. No need to leave Casa Suspiro. It has it all.
Casa Suspiro is on the best beach in the Puerto Vallarta area, Punta Negra. The house is beautiful. The open-air living is a treat. The views are beautiful. And the staff who cook and take care of things are delightful. Having happy hour prepared for you is a treat. The pool is beautiful. We had a family vacation with 10 people and it was the best we've ever had. Worth the price in every respect.

The Best Family Vacation
Book this home right now! It will be the best decision you have made all year. Have you ever gone on a family vacation, where everyone had a great time but you felt like you needed a vacation from your vacation? Well this is not it. Not only is this home absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families, but Rosalinda and her amazing team go above and beyond to make sure that you not only have a fun vacation but a relaxing one. My family along with two other families with children ranging from 4-7 booked this little piece of heaven for a week and it was incredible. My husband and our friends and I can not remember a better family vacation. Rosalinda went above and beyond in helping me plan a much needed vacation and we could not be more grateful to her and her team. She arranged transportation for us; she hired her fabulous team that feel like family to cook and care for us (I can not recommend enough to have her hire her team, Tere and Chuy, to cook each meal for you. You will not regret it!); she helped me plan the menus (The food is out of this world, truly.) and she even helped us plan excursions. It truly was a magical week. The home is gorgeous (Pictures do not do it justice.); the service impeccable and more than generous; the pool was warm and provided great shade so that our kids could be little fish all day long; the beach is beautiful and private; and the kayak, and boogie boards and paddle board were a blast. We had planned a few excursions but we had so much fun between the beach and pool and the food was so amazing at home we elected to cancel after one. I am not exaggerating when I say the Tere and Chuy have a gift of cooking and hospitality. They were amazing. The food was beyond delicious and even our pickiest of eaters in the group would agree. Plus, to all you mamas out there, I cannot tell you how grateful the three mamas on our trip were for not having to lift one finger in regards to food prep, cooking or clean up. It was amazing. Christmas in Paradise
This was our first attempt at a non-traditional Christmas, and we were so spoiled by this house, the staff, weather, and location, that we may never be able to return to the old traditions or different rental. I know it's been said in other reviews, but the pictures don't do it justice! The rooms are much larger and house more spacious than the impression I got from the photos. We had a party of 8 and could of easily fit more. However, we were three families coming together, so it was very nice to have our separate space where we couldn't even hear if a baby cried at night! The house is very clean, well maintained, and modern (for Mexico). We all came in exhausted and were looking to simply relax and play together. Tere and Chuy are incredible hosts and cooks and made our family time so special. We ate all of our meals in the house except one dinner out and after that dinner, we reflected that Tere's cooking was much better and we should of just stayed home.
I highly recommend listening to and using Rosalinda's generous help and advice in arranging activities. She has many connections and experience that will save your hours of research. We did the dolphin experience, horse back riding, and zip lining and can't rate any of them as our favorite because they all were! The massages by Rosie on the private master balcony while you listened to the waves was the best way to start and end the trip (save yourself the effort and just book her twice for the week!).
The beach out front is clean and feels safe. There's ample beach for decent walks and we spent hours boogie boarding right in front of the house. The pool is actually heated (we've rented many homes in Mexico that say they are, but they aren't) and very comfortable to swim in even in the shade.
I am trying to think of something negative to say, and the only thing I can come up with is that I wished we had booked two weeks instead of one!

PERFECT!
This home is gorgeous- beautifully decorated, fantastic location and staffed with Chuy & Tere who will take care of your every need. We went with 3 families and the kids split time fishing, skimboarding, kayaking, and playing in the pool while the adults just reveled in the beautiful surroundings. Rosalinda (the owner) helped to set up a truly memorable week for everyone- determining menus, helping to book activities & suggested restaurants and made reservations for us. This was a true vacation in that we were totally taken care of & attended to. What a treat! We will definitely be back.....

Wonderful week in Paradise
The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of Casa Suspiro! As you walk in and feel the breeze and see the ocean in front of you... it's an image I will never forget. Chuy, Tere and staff are wonderful hosts making you feel right at home. The cleanliness and beautiful decor of the home, the food, the heated pool, the white powder sand that doesn't get hot under your feet, the almost private beach... everything was more than I expected.
Rosalinda, the owner, went out of her way to help us plan a perfect week. From the meals to the reservations and booking excursions, she put together an itinerary appropriate for our family, so we knew exactly what to expect.
Thank you Rosalinda, Chuy, Tere and Team for making this a family vacation that we will never forget.
So if you are on the fence about renting this amazing home, don't be. JUST DO IT!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Stunning Home and Location
Amazing house on a beautiful, quiet beach. Our whole family (mom, dad, 15 year old son, 11 year old daughter) loved our time at Casa Suspiro. We went fishing/whale watching (and saw a whale and her baby up close!), took an ATV tour, swam with the dolphins, shopped and sea kayaked while still having lots of time to read, relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the beautiful views. Chuy and Tere took amazing care of us. A great trip for all.

Amazing experience and relaxing getaway
Our group of 8 had an amazing time staying at Casa Suspiro. The house, the location, and the staff all made our stay relaxing, comfortable and unforgettable.
Rosalinda was very helpful and gracious in setting up everything for our vacation before we even landed in Mexico. She sent us a detailed activity plan for the week and handled booking reservations for dinner and excursions as well as meal planning for the house. Chuy, the house manager, did everything from driving our group to and from the airport and nearby Sayulita, to making us margaritas everyday for happy hour. Tere cooked delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner for our group, and even brought us snacks while we were lounging at the pool. Everyone was in agreement that the meals at Casa Suspiro were much better than going out to eat and we would have probably done all the meals at the house if we knew that! While going out on day trips to Sayulita and La Cruz were great, everyone was perfectly happy lounging at the pool or on the beach, taking in the sun and the sounds of the ocean.
Casa Suspiro delivered a 4 star hotel feel with fantastic food and a relaxing atmosphere, we definitely cannot wait to go back!

It doesn't get better than this
6 months later and my whole family still talks about our fabulous vacation at Casa Suspiro. Do yourself the biggest favor and book right now. We were a party of 10 with kids ages 5, 6, 7, and 8. They were moderate swimmers at best and by the third day they were swimming across the pool and diving in. Enough cannot be said about Chuy and Terre. They are exceptional people, warm and caring. Tere's cooking is delicious and surprisingly creative.
When Rosalinda recommends anything just do it. She has your best interest at heart. She is well known in the community, has a beautiful home and an open heart. The home is well equipped for fun with pad boards, snorkel equipment, buckets and shovels for sand building.
We choose to have an extra housekeeper as well as all breakfast, lunch and 5 dinners. We also had margaritas every evening with guacamole and snacks. Before we knew we were hungry for a snack , Chuy would be coming down the stairs with snacks and treats for every age pool side.
There are no clocks in the beautiful home and not once was a tv turned on or a computer or cell phone looked at. What a wonderful release from the demands of our lives.
One more time I cannot express my gratitude to Chuy and Tere for the care, attention and flat out love they shared with my family. They are two of the best and we all miss them still.
So get booking , trust that you will be well cared for in a beautiful environment surrounded by lovely people with the sound if the ocean and a view that never ends. I am jealous that your going and look forward to living vicariously thru your review.

Perfection!
Seven girlfriends and I just returned from celebrating my 50th birthday at Casa Suspiro and from beginning to end, it exceeded my expectations! This home is incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. The decor is stunning and authentic, with great separation of space, dreamy linens and beds, A/C in every bedroom, and heavenly breeze through the open air spaces. The pool is heavenly and just steps to the beach. There are SUP's and kayaks and everything you need. Rosalinda, the owner is responsive and makes everything easy. The staff, Chuy and Terra, are so kind and welcoming and not intrusive. The meals were incredible and all from scratch. The transportation, perfect and reliable. Exceptional people and service. It was truly a dream vacation and celebration. Thank you SO much Rosalinda, Chuy, and Terra -- the girls will be back!

Magical
Celebrated my birthday with family of 11 in March. We stayed for one week. The house is amazing!!! We never wanted to leave. Chug and Terre made us feel so welcome. Terre made every meal memorable - we only had two dinners and two lunches in restaurants. Chuy made fabulous cocktails. Both Terre and Chuy made our stay very special. The beach is fabulous. Having kayaks and surfboards was a plus for the children. Spent most their time in the ocean. Rosalinda recommended zip lining. Must admit I didn't go, but rest of family went and loved it!! We do a family vacation every year and this was the best ever. The house, the staff, the environment made this magical. Thank you Rosalinda for your suggestions and hospitality.

Best Vacation Ever!!!
We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Casa Suspiro -- there were 10 of us and we stayed for 1 week. The house and private beach were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention paid to the details in the home blew us away. The pictures online definitely don't do the home justice -- it was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The concierge Chuy and the chef Tere were excellent. Chuy made the most amazing spicy margaritas (and I don't even like margaritas but they were delicious :) and Tere cooked the most incredibly authentic and delicious Mexican food we ever tried -- we ate at home every night and didn't feel any need to go to a restaurant. Rosalinda, the owner of this property, was so easy to work with and had the best recommendations for everything. We took a snorkeling trip to the Marieta Islands and surfing lessons with a company Rosalinda recommended and we all had a blast. Rosalinda also ordered 2 delicious cakes for my husband's birthday party and they were the best cakes we've ever tasted. We have traveled and eaten :) our way across the globe -- Spain, France, Italy, China, Egypt, Hawaii and Mexico many times -- so we are well-traveled, and I can definitely say staying as Casa Suspiro was the best and most memorable vacation we've ever taken! We definitely want to go back to Casa Suspiro!
