Perfect spot for a large family or mixed families. Directly between big and little cottonwood canyons, so 4 ski areas within 20 miles. Large living room + basement media room/wet bar. Impressive storage and room sizes. Bathrooms are well done & plentiful.

Only issue was with the hot tub, it had a strong smell and when we researched it on line it said it was likely due to biofilm and that we should not use it.
Otherwise an ideal property in an ideal location for our stay

The decoration was very nice, host was always available when we had any question. Basement was lovely also. He was very responsive, and cabin was well stock. Yes, we would stay again.

This is a 5 Star property. Big enough for the 10 of us on the trip, plenty of beds and room to spread out. Clean and updated interior. 2 Livingroom setups with TVs was great, gave the kids a place to go. Nicely stocked kitchen. 2 car garage which was nice to store ski equipment in. Property and neighborhood was cleaned up quickly after a large snow storm while we were there. Great location, close to 4 major ski mountains and plenty of restaurants and stores.
Had a small issue with the powder room sink on the first floor. Hose under the sink was leaking the first time we used the sink. Owner put in a claim with VRBO for damages that we didn’t cause. This was a small maintenance issue which I don’t think should have been addressed through the VRBO protection plan.
Larger issue was that the hot tub didn’t work. Wasn’t hot enough when we arrived and the remainder of the week it just didn’t work at all. In chatting with the owner this was a known issue. Considering this was a major factor in selecting the rental it was quite disappointing. I would double check about the hot tub status prior to your booking or arrival.

David’s place is amazing. Extremely clean, comfortable and a perfect location. The kitchen was very well stocked which it made it easy to cook in the spacious kitchen. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. David was a very responsive host. There was a slight issue with the hot tub but other than that it was a perfect stay!!

Great location in Cottonwood. Minutes to Alta, Snowbird, and close to the highway to hit PC or downtown.
Restaurants, shopping, groceries are all within minutes.
The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are nicely decorated and comfortable.
Hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of skiing.
The owner was 100% responsive when we reached out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property itself was top notch, everything was beautiful. There was a lot of room for our family to spread out. Host was very enjoyable to work with. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This property was spacious, clean and lovingly decorated. More than enough room to spread out and relax, with everything you need. Conveniently located with easy access to Salt Lake and Park City. David was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

My family & I stayed here for a week trip to Salt Lake. The home is a great size, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Home has been totally updated & upgraded. Home was clean & had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would totally stay here again!

Great property!
Perfect for spending a few days in SLC with friends and family. Very clean and nicely upgraded. Great location for getting around town. The quiet neighborhood and the park behind the house are fantastic bonus amenities. Would definitely rent here again.

A bit of a disappointment
Property is lovely, location is wonderful...and the owner, David, was incredible with making sure we were taken care of. However, here are a few things we experienced, which might have been avoided, had David done a complete "run through" himself after his last guest stayed and before we came. The window in the master bedroom needed to be properly replaced....it was absolutely freezing in this room despite a space heater David provided. Two TVS continued to go off and on or freeze the entire time we were there, even after David made 2 trips to try to fix them. Several light bulbs needed to be replaced...which David did after I told him, and linens needed to be washed before we used them in the guest bedrooms. All of this could have been avoided had the place been checked before we arrived...and yet, David was as accommodating as could be, but still...when I came with my family, I wanted it to be the very best experience for them to enjoy!

Location, location, location
Spacious new unit tucked in between BCC and LCC. Can’t get much closer to skiing while still being in the valley. The unit is clean, tastefully decorated and the owner was responsive to any questions.

Couldn’t be more happy with our choice of home for our stay in Utah. Great location close to the canyons for skiing but also close to downtown. Our host David was great and extremely responsive. Mountain retreat with friends.
David was amazing. Hot tub was 104 degrees upon arrival. The house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group of friends. 8 people total and the house felt roomy and we all had our own spaces to congregate or retreat to our rooms. Highly recommend this property.

Utah Ski Trip
Stayed with 4 other people on a guy's ski trip. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with any kitchen tools that you could possibly need, which was great because everyone in our group loves to cook. David was quick to respond to any questions we had, would love to stay here again.

Cottonwood Heights Stay
This property was perfect for our vacation to Snowbird resort, with a bus stop directly across the street within walking distance. The property was very clean and well maintained and the amenities were excellent with the recent renovation. David was very responsive to any questions that came up and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property and we will absolutely be staying here the next time we visit Salt Lake City!

Fantastic property, convenient ski base for the Cottonwood Canyons
The property is wonderful. New, well maintained and super clean. I got the house for my family, as a base for skiing in the nearby resorts. For the Cottonwood Canyons, it couldn't be more convenient as it is a 15-20 minute drive. If you're skiing in Park City or Deer Valley, it's still convenient but a bit longerdrive (45-min). David, the owner, was very attentive and helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.
In short, you can't go wrong!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The description was right on and I would highly recommend for anyone planning a Cottonwood canyon ski trip or simply visiting the area. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time on the ski hills and back at the condo.

Wonderful Family Vacation
This condo/townhouse is extremely well located for skiing, shuttles, grocery shopping, restaurants- everything you might need. (Nb- it is also an easy drive or Uber/lLyft to the airport - ie 20-25 minutes). The layout was really terrific for our family gathering- the big sofa in the living room guarenteed everyone a comfortable, cozy seat, at anytime, in front of the fire, (and TV), and the clustered coffee tables provided ample room for us to play games. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and there was a keurig coffee maker, and a French press coffee pot- for those, like us who prefer our own coffees; (of note- no coffee grinder- so if bringing coffee- bring ground). Batbrooms were great- especially the master BR and the basement ones- with large walk-in showers. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has a tub shower combo and a large counter with 2 sinks- very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and everything was pristine re cleanliness. The hot tub is a wonderful size with easy access just a few steps from the deck; it is also cleaned/treated once a week-by a professional company- so again cleanliness assured! The basement has a great living area with a large screen TV and games....great for having some fun or just some quiet down time.(We were 6 adults and we were very comfortable here- everyone found the living space more than adequate, and we all commented that we never felt like we were tripping over each other). Also in the basement, is a room with a full fridge, wine fridge, sink and more cupboards. All to say there is plenty of storage and fridge room- very appreciated since we chose to eat our meals at the condo. And oh yes- the garage was great and comfortably accommodated two cars.
David was a pleasure to deal with, and he and his wife have certainly provided an ideal home away from home for a family gathering-(of all ages)- or couples or friends taking a holiday together.
We would all highly recommend, without hesitation, this tastefully decorated, very comfortable, pristine condo. We would certainly book again if we come to SLC again.

Great stay
We had a great stay and hit all four resorts in the cottonwood canyons. The place was very nice and accommodating. The second adult bedroom configuration could have been better so it depends on who is coming and what you need. It’s been very nicely renovated and is of nice quality. Great place!
