Location and views amazing. A very comfortable but tired establishment, excellent staff. Enjoyed our time and waking up to an outstanding view.

Needs a makeover.

When arrived the reception did not want our Id-cards registrated. The carpets in the room was dirty. No ventilation in the room. No breakfast served (in our confirmation it said breakfast included in the total amount).No person in the reception when checking out. A terrible place; do not choose this hotel!

Realize it is no hotel. so no restaurant. I would renew the water tabs in the bathroom. It was ok but old.

Gorgeous location, great car park, fabulous beaches nearby. The reception hours were limited (and arguably too limited for such a location) but the staff contacted us to ensure we had the information we needed.

Our room didn’t have air conditioning, breakfast is not in the hotel but an adjacent restaurant (and more expensive than the price advertised there), amenities in the room were very limited, hotel hasn’t been renovated since the 50s/60s, and due to lack of air conditioning our room was unbearably hot.

Hotel is located in a great location, very courteous staff. The apartments have a lot of potential

Cleanliness. The apartment was not clean when we arrived (kitchen mainly). We didn't have even have water when we got there and any kind of refreshments. The apartment needs some renovations (bathrooms have mold)

The hotel is located right by the marina in Bandol. It is an excellent location and means that you can access all the local restaurants. The ability to park for free at the hotel was also great. The room was good value for money.

The bathroom was very dated and it was such a pity that this lovely building has not been updated in line with its heritage. Some new tiling, in keeping with the period of the hotel could make such a difference.

Breakfast was not provided

There was no air conditioning - in the south of France. The en suite was in need of an upgrade, to put it mildly

Tucked away at the one end of the port with a beautiful and calm terrace with lots of trees which made it comfortable and cool to ensure the heat during the day. The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Our studio room did not have air condition which made it a bit difficult during the hot day times.

The best part about the property was the location. It was close to all the restaurants and waterfront.

Location and spaciousness and view

- The location is great. It is right opposite the port and very close to the main promenade with all the restaurants. - parking on site.

- DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are a fan of retro, socialist-style atmosphere, furniture, fittings and feel. - There was NO AIR CONDITIONING in our studio which made the night impossible to bear, even in the month of May when it’s not so hot. There was a ceiling fan but it did not reduce the very high temperature in the room. - in the bathroom there was only one light integrated into the mirror over the sink, which was not strong enough, so the bathroom was dark - the toilet and bathroom are separated by a ‘harmonica’ door which was so 60-70’s

Loved the apartment with its terrace and fabulous view over the swimming bay on one side and harbour on the other. Modern well equipped apartment which had everything needed for self catering. Private parking was an asset. Lots of restaurant close by for breakfast and meals. Love the atmosphere of Bandol. Shame about the negative points as we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

A heavy rainstorm on our last night resulted in water leaking through the ceiling. This was being addressed by the technicians. Please it was on our last night. Need for emergency contact details - non available. Patio doors to terrace could benefit from markings on the glass - easily walked into. Beams in bedroom are low for anyone over 6 feet tall.
