The accomodation is sooo beatiful and relaxing. The crystal bay and pandan beach are right at the corner. There are also some restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so you have everything you need. The owners are very very kind and friendly. They make you feel at home from the beginning and help you with organizing your daytrips. My wife and I had a scooter accident and the owners helped us so much with nursing the wounds. They were really caring. Just wonderful people.There is not one thing that I could complain about.

I liked the place itself and the bangowla. It's a lovely basic room right in front of the garden, and the place was very cosy and super clean. The staff was very helpful and the owner is very understanding person and helpful. Near the crystal bay beach. A 5 minutes with motor cycle (Don't think of walking at night)

The main road is very dark at night but it's not the hotel problem at all. It's the problem of nusa penida island infrastructure.

The room are good and location is also good near beach.

Road to hotel is very bad. The breakfast was not good. This place does not have swimming pool. Instead go for coco villa near it For almost same price it is 3 times better than this

property was ext to Crystal bay, less than ten min walk. Staff was nice and it was near a few other hotels all with their own warung.

Room was pretty dirty. we had clean sheets and it did appear that the bathroom toilet and sink had been cleaned. but the mirror was dirty, glass bathroom door was dirty, shower had multiple cobwebs which made us second guess if the shower had been cleaned properly. Floors didn’t feel clean, ledges on sides of room were very dusty and covered in cobwebs. Bathroom door is made of glass. If you’re stirring on the toilet you can make eye contact with someone lying in the bed. Pillows were comically high and hurt my neck, ended up sleeping with a sweatshirt as a pillow instead. Open ceiling bathroom so expect lizards and bugs in there!

Staff is super lovely, clean territory very close to the beaches, good arrangement of restaurants, we were very satisfied

Everything was fine

The bungalow was very spacious and clean. Very peaceful. Short walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful. Even helping my wife after she hurt her hand.

Nothing not to like

The place was a little paradise! The cottage is placed in the jungle with a beautiful garden. The owner was super nice and accommodating. He even made us breakfast at 6pm as we couldn't eat it in the morning. The room was cleaned daily. Very close to the beach but far enough to feel like being in the jungle. Very unique location.

Nothing. I only had to presuade the owner to give us a second bedsheet which he didn't want saying that it's a double room. He finally did as we are not a couple. :) but that was not a biggie. Also one of the lamps did work but still not a problem. I loved it there.

The staff is friendly. Bungalow itself is beautiful and cozy, the yard is amazing. There is other beautiful resorts nearby aswell. Close to Crystal Beach. They offer breakfast in affordable price. Felt safe, liked the place.

The staff sold me a tour which was just horrible, nothing that we agreed about. They were not giving my money back but after long discussion I got 50% back. Their English is really bad, hard to communicate. There was few geckos in my room during the night, they make awful noise and I couldnt sleep. Receptionist just said that it's good to have them because they keep spiders away.. Also, the walls are thin like a paper, you hear all the talking etc very clearly to your room. Maybe it would have been great place to stay, but I left there with really bad feeling..

Didn’t get hot water in the shower and the tab water is salty The way to reach it’s difficult and dangerous road (I was in a scooter)

The quietness, and the location. It is quite literally 5mins from the beach by moped. The manager was very helpful, and arranged for us to go snorkling with manta rays. Breakfast was simple, but delicious.

Nothing wrong with the place. It is off the beaten track, and this adds to the charm of the location.

Close to Crystal Bay. Cozy bungalows that is clean and the staff is very friendly. I forgot my meds and was waiting for a boat at the harbor and the staff came with a scooter to deliver it to me.

It was just great. Awsome calm location and very helpfull and friendly personal. Maybe the breakfast could be more complete but nothing to dislike.

So romantic and a very comfy bed! I loved being in the palm forest and listening to the roosters and frogs. It is also very close to Crystal Bay, which has wonderful snorkelling from the beach when it is calm. It is not the Barrer Reef (I am Australian) but a large selection of tropical fish. No mantas this close into the shore. We did a morning walk through the 'back way' to the beach - it was magic. We walked through the giant palms to the left, past the women preparing the pig food, past their temple and the dam on the right and onto the beach. It was lovely and quiet in the mornings, and you can buy a beachfront lounge chair and umbrella for a small amount (It was hard to tell how much - I guess it depends on how much they think you can pay:). We just sat on the beach or in the restaurant and had corn, freshly cooked fish and beer. We hired a snorkel, flippers and life Jacket for a few hours from the friendly guy at the snorkling stand. Beware getting in and out of the water - some parts of the beach have lots of sharp old coral that you can't see from the shore and can slip on and get badly hurt when the waves come in. In the afternoon, we escaped the crowds and boats that come in hoards. We booked a driver (90,000 - 1,00,000) to take us to T-Rex headland, Broken Bay and Angels Billabong. These sights are quite close, as the crow flys, but to drive by bike or car it can take several hours and is VERY rough in parts. Our driver was so friendly and helpful and took us to a tasty restaurant on the way home for dinner, then drove us back to the Bungalow. We got him to pick us up and take us to the ferry also which was lucky as this was also confusing and a nightmare to work out which one to take to Bali. Note: There is no Taxi stand at Crystal Bay, and the hill to get out is VERY steep and dangerous to walk. It is quite remote. The best way to get there is by motorbike if you can ride.

The cafe near the Bungalow was not very good (beautiful staff) but we were desperate to eat when we arrived. I had their hamburger which was OK - sweet soft bread and two slices of fried ham. Stick with the indonesian dishes. Our breakfast was lovely but we never quite got the right order. I asked for tea with milk and we got two cups of hot milk. The locals are very friendly but the food facilities are pretty basic. Jungle sounds around us all night which was lovely however during the day they were cutting down some large coconut trees and milling them so it was very noisy. This doesn't happen all the time apparently. We also had limited hot water - so shower fast:)
