We called the contact number to pick up the keys. The owner said she would come in 20 minutes. She was not there at that time, so we are calling again. He says they have the keys to the cleaner. 2 cleaners were found and neither of them knew anything. We left the accommodation because of a scam.

this was the worst experience ever! I am not very picky and i do know, it is cheap so i didnt had a lot of ecpectation but THIS was too much. 1 hour before my arrival, the original booked room was not available so the host change my accomondation to another apartment, which was a Smoker room eventho it was noted that it is non smoking room (really bad) and super dirty (bath, kitchen, kitchen facilites, bin was full with cigarets, no hairdryer... ) really bad. PLEASE dont book this accommodation.

The girl with tattoos who works there (answers phone, brings toilet paper) was very nice and polite.

very dirty surfaces, broken shower and TV, very cold room to sleep in, loud neighbors, some things that were listed as equipment were missing (heating, hair dryer, toilet paper…). And I didn’t get the room that was on the pictures.

It's only a 20 minutes walk from the main station to the hostel. The bed was comfortable enough.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this hostel if you're travelling alone (as a woman), because there is no security or reception at all, it's noisy, and the room looked out on the street but had no blinding curtains. I felt rather unsafe all night. Besides, there was hair in the shower drain and the decorations were of poor taste.

Convector heater was good, because the window was not closing tightly, so it was good that you were able to heat the place up.

Very dirty, bed sheets dirty and old, bed was sinking in the middle when 2 people lie together. The frame of the bathroom door was missing. No soap, no bath amenities, no towels. Windows: one was actually not opening at all and was moving in the wall. This made the whole place very noisy and I could barely sleep. The handle of the other one was moving and you couldn't really open and close it.

There isn't anything I liked from this stay. My money was wasted,

- Host was not responsive, I called him several times in the check-in hour without any answer. - Unclear check-in instructions,. - The room I got didn't have key, I need to change to other room. - The new room was smelly, fridge and stove didn't work, it was dark with dirty bed. The bathroom was stinky. - People from other rooms were noisy and walking in the corridors until late hours. - I had to book other place to stay because I didn't feel comfortable neither safe in this one. - Internet was very slow to be usable.
