첫날 온풍기를 켰는데 찬바람이 계속 나와서 직원분에게 문의했더니 흔쾌히 오셔서 온풍이 나올 수 있도록 조치해주셨습니다. 감사드립니다. 위치 상으로 삿포로역에서는 다소 멀었지만 스스키노 맛집들이 도보 가능한 곳에 있었고 근처에 편의점이 있어 좋았고, 객실 내부에 주방이 갖추어져 있어 편의점 음식을 전자레인지에 데우거나 간단한 밀키트를 조리 할 수 있어 편리했습니다. 그리고 일정 상 온천에 가지 못해 아쉬웠는데 스파 가능한 욕조가 있어서 3일 내내 피로를 풀 수 있었고, 1층에 입욕제 가챠가 있어서 이 또한 좋았던 것 같습니다.

조식을 운영하지 않아 아쉬웠고, 정해진 시간 외에 직원분이 상주하지 않아 QR코드와 전화번호 안내가 되어 있지만 실시간 문의할 수 없는 점이 조금 아쉬웠던 것 같습니다.

広くて、テレビもデカイ、キッチン付き珍しいです!

入り口とエレベーターの中臭いがする。ベットの所ちょっと汚れが有りました。

가족들과 이용했습니다 룸 크기는 확실히 체감할때 다른 호텔 디럭스 보다 넓습니다. 큰 침대는 2명이 사용하기 충분했고 작은 침대 2개도 편안했습니다. 가족이나 여러 명의 친구들이 방문하실 예정이라면 적극 추천합니다. 붙어있는 주방도 좋았습니다~ 근처에 편의점도 있고 숙소 위치도 조용한 곳에 있어서 조용한 곳을 찾으시는 분들은 추천합니다. 특히 방이 번호 키라 편하고 좋았습니다.

조용하긴 하지만 위치에선 다소 이동하는데 소요시간이 좀 필요하고 캐리어를 끌고 눈길을 이동하는데 힘듭니다. 혹시 JR삿포로를 자주 이용하시거나 걸어다니실 분 또는 나이드신 분들과 동반하시는 분들은 택시로 이동하시길 적극 추천합니다. 그 외에 숙소 사용에 큰 불편함 없이 잘 사용했습니다^^

I was unsure how to organise a taxi and the reception staff were unable to help me which was mostly due to the language barrier perhaps

숙소가 엄청 깔끔하고, 직원분이 친절해서 좋았어요. 밤에 조용하고 편의점도 많아서 좋아요!!

フロントの対応も良く、部屋も広くて快適だった。 浴室も良かったです。

部屋に加湿器があれば良かったのと 食器類も、もう少し小さめの物だと良かったです。

スタッフの方の対応ももちろん、部屋の広さと立地に対する価格、コスパが最高でした。 すぐ近くにコンビニや飲食店も多くありますし観光をより良く過ごすことが出来ました。

ベットのシーツや枕が少し生乾きのような匂いがした点です。

Nice big room, 1 double and 2 single beds. Only issue is that there is no privacy and everyone disturbs the others. Amazing bath area, with in built jacuzzi, fantastic four this price point. Here they could have seperated the commode area and the shower area with a seperate door. Thees a kitchen with all amenities, the aircon is great For some reason they have a coat hanging rod right after you enter the room, we bumped our head on it, so be careful

Covid has ended. Get your hotel service up. Front desk only work from 12pm to 10pm and expecting me to change my dirty towels and throw my own rubbish for my 4 days stay is not professional at all. If you call it an apartment or AIR BnB I can totally understand. But I am paying more then the surrounding hotel is charging so I do not think is right. I do not think I should wait for your front desk to work to change the towel and get the rubbish bag before I head out for my sightseeing. No house keeping for my 4 days stay is totally not right. No house phone in the room and everything I have to request through app message. Have you spare a though for the old folks that may not be tech sarvy and do not know how to operate smart phone? This is the worst 'hotel' stay I ever have if you even call it a hotel without any facilities and not even a breakfast lounge.

When looking at the prices compared to the offered rooms we thought it was a scam or catfishing but wow, absolutely not. The rooms were gigantic, fully equipped and amazing. After this stay we only went looking for apartment hotels and stayed at the Randor in Kyoto later on in our trip. If you don't need hotel facilities like 24 hour staff, swimming pools and restaurants, apartment hotels are the way to go. Washing machines, kitchens, high tech bathrooms, huge rooms at a low price. Only disappointed we didn't stay longer.
