This house was really nice and comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms that are all upstairs. There is only 1 bed in each room although, it said there were more. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location was also close to many great restaurants and grocery stores too! The pool and hot tub were nice and refreshing after a long day of walking on the strip.
The only con was that there were not enough towels nor was there any pool towels. We were a family of 6 staying a week and only had 8 towels between us all. There is a washer and dryer but we didn't have time to wash every day. Be forewarned and bring your own!

This home was the best of both worlds. We enjoyed spending time on the strip but enjoyed being in home away from it to unwind and resettle from the busyness. This home is only a few miles and in a great quiet neighborhood. Would stay here every time and highly recommend.

This location was absolutely fabulous! WE had 3 couples and 1 child stay for 4 nights. The place is beautiful and spacious. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and I good size kitchen. The pool and the outside patio were well used by our group. Checking in and out was also very easy. The location is a quick Uber ride from the strip and the airport and the neighborhood had a ton of restaurants if you didn't want to cook.
The host (George) was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. All in all this was a perfect stay! We WILL be back.

This was our second time in this property and, once more, we were extremely happy with our stay. The house has everything a family needs for a great worry-free vacation. Pool and jacuzzi are highlights. Location is great too (quiet neighborhood, with everything one would need nearby, and not far from all the attractions in Vegas and region). Last but not least, the host, George, is always responsive and caring. We will definitely come back!

Easy check in, such a clean property, great pool! Our family of 5 (parents, nanny, 2 kids) stayed in this gorgeous rental for 4 days. The property was comfortable for us, plenty of space, great pool/spa, and easy access to freeways. Highly recommended, and we promise we will be back! We come to Las Vegas often, and have rental several different properties. While we have generally had good experiences, this rental blows the others away. Can't wait to return!

The property was even better than expected. All the comforts of home were at our finger tips. Special areas and a bedroom with bunks for kids. There was bottled water in the fridge and the showers were supplied with shampoo and conditioners. Loved everything about this house and we will be booking next year. Pool temp is easily controlled and house was perfectly cleaned! All the amenities you would need. We brought our 4 year old and it was perfect for him as well. Beds are so comfy! Thank you George!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the Strip. It has all of the amenities of home with plenty of space for even large groups. The pool was a refreshing way to cool off after hiking in Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Highly recommended!

This stay was as good as it gets. The owner responded to questions promptly & guided us through the pool & spa app. When we had a problem with an appliance he immediately took care of it. The home is lovely with everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO. We stayed a month & I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Great February break
We had an absolutely wonderful week at this home in Las Vegas. George was so easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had while there. The home is located in a great spot only 15 minutes from the main strip. So many stores close by that made it easy to pick up anything we needed. This house was probably one of the best we have ever rented. It was super clean and well stocked. They provided shampoo, soap, paper towels and toilet paper , which many houses do not do. You can tell they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Do not hesitate to rent. If we are ever back in Vegas we will be staying again for sure. Hopefully when it’s a little warmer so we can enjoy the pool. Thanks again George for a great stay.

Great Family Reunion House
We selected this house for our 3-generation family reunion because of the pool/hot-tub and the location being in a neighborhood within a 15 minute walk to a park and trail. You could easily drive to the park within 5 minutes and drive to Sprouts grocery store without getting on major roads. It was easy access to either the airport or the Las Vegas strip via interstate or side roads.
The kitchen was the best stocked one in all the 10+ vacation rentals we've done. All of the appliances worked with ample supplies. Having a brand new packaged dish sponge was an indication of the details the owner thought about.
Requiring shoes to be taken off before going upstairs on the carpet worked out well, because we didn't have to hunt where the kids put their shoes. They were always at the bottom of the stairs.
We had some problems with maintaining the pool/spa temperature, but the owner was very responsive. Using the pool required a phone app to be downloaded. We learned not to be impatient with the settings as there was a delayed reaction - not an immediate response. You could not heat the spa and the pool at the same time. I wish we had that information before arriving to give us time to review how it operated.
There was a DVD in the master bedroom, but not the main tv in the living room. It did not play a Blu-ray DVD. If the DVD was to be moved to the living room tv, you needed to bring your own HDMI cord. You needed to bring your own DVDs. Once again, printed instructions on how to operate the Cox tv would have been helpful.
Out of the owner's control was the bees around the pool. Luckily the kitchen was well stocked and had baking soda for our one family member that was stung.

The place was just as pictured and described. It was truly clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, we were able to cook some good meals and relax. Location was great and safe. I would definitely come back here again. George - is amazing, very understanding and replies quickly.

Perfect Vegas house
We loved this house! The pool was perfect. The house was super clean and comfortable, stocked with the basics, updated, very nice. We came to Vegas for a concert but didn't want to stay near the strip so this was a great location for us- an easy drive downtown and close access to the freeway/shopping/restaurants but still far enough away to be quiet and calm. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Great spot for a Vegas getaway!
This was our first time renting with VRBO. The house was perfect for us! Spacious, updated, clean and comfy! Our host, George, quickly answered any questions we had and made sure everything went smoothly for us!
The house is near enough to things we needed but not too far from the Strip. The pool is a perfect size and is kept very clean! Plenty of outdoor seating and lounging room. Washer and dryer were a bonus!

One of the top 5 we have ever stayed at, they truly have thought of everything. I have a food allergy which makes me have to cook most of the time and the kitchen was so well stocked. Sprouts right down the street. George the owner has the BEST host award, he had a crock pot there for me!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. We had 7 adults and the house is roomy and never felt crowded. It’s close enough to the strip for the action and far enough away for the relaxation. I will come back for sure
