Krásná a ideální lokalita jak pro lyžování, běžky tak i pro chůzi. Úžasné jídlo, snídaně i večeře formou bufetu. Všeho bylo stále dost a všechno opravdu vynikající. Velké a příjemné pokoje, trochu starší vybaveni ale to ničemu nevadí.

Matrace a polštáře by mohli být lepší. Bazén velmi studený, pouze pro otužilé. Recepce obsazena pouze odpoledne.

Als wir angekommen sind und einchecken wollten war die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption etwas unbeholfen bzw. etwas genervt. Auf unsere Fragen wurde nur sperlich geantwortet. Auf die Frage ob Pistenpläne vorhanden sind. Wurden wir darauf verwiesen, wir sollen doch zur Tourist info gehen.

Das Zimmer war relativ geräumig u sehr sauber, das Personal war extrem freundlich u hilfsbereit u sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen ein Gedicht!!!!!

Die Lage war sehr gut

Es gab zu wenig Parkplätze (auch auf dem erweiterten Parkplatz war nichts frei) . Das Personal am Empfang war nur sporadisch anzutreffen (am Abreisetag lagen ca 10 Schlüssel, vermutlich zum checkout, herrenlos auf dem Tresen) und im Restaurant waren die Kellnerinnen teilweise unfreundlich. Etwas frech empfand ich die Sparschweine im (teilweise unbeschilderten) Buffet. Der Pool am Abend war nicht nur kalt, sondern auch mit schimmligen Fliesen und einem rostigen Gitter umgeben. Zum Pool musste man zuvor durch einen eisigen und schlecht belichteten Kellerflur laufen. Auch das ist nicht gut durchdacht. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war okay, aber das Bad dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Eine Frage drängte sich im Bad auf: wieso sind die Zahnputzbecher in Folie gewickelt ToGo-Becher? Wenn so viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wird (wie auf den Stickern im Badezimmer vom Gast verlangt wird), warum gibt es denn keine abwaschbaren Plastikbecher oder Gläser? Ebenso renovierungsbedürftig waren die Gänge und sonstigen Räume im Hotel. Allem in allem war der Aufenthalt nicht sein Geld wert.

Breakfast was good. The environment surrounding the hotel was very good.

The room was clean and the view was unique.

The parking lot was full and there was nowhere to park the car, it had to be parked in an unauthorized place. Employees do not know English well.

most of the staff didn’t speak a single word in english. we were treated like lower ranked guests just because we paid for the accommodation without the “all inclusive” surplus. for example: we asked to pay for our breakfast, wich was not included, and in our reservation was clearly mentioned we could buy breakfast for 12€ pp they charged us 14€ and only after few arguments they finally charged the right price. same for buying a beer: we waited 10 minutes at the counter, while the bartender was ignoring us and joking with his colleagues, to finally have the opportunity to pay for it. it is so frustrating when you have to argue even to buy a coffee.

The location is great, the view from the room was excellent with a balcony to enjoy, summer card is included. Great for a stopover just for sleeping and driving to the next place.

could not find the employees at the reception when arrived, had to look around for someone at the busy restaurant who had to look for someone somewhere. Also, was nobody at check out... room was a bit noisy

We have been coming back to Hotel Post for several years because of the very tasty food and the location near the Schladming skiing area

Good breakfast, pool with view to Dachstein

The view and how easy it was to get there and prak. Also that it was pretty calm and not noisy. It was a very cosy place, breakfast was good.

It said non smoking online and at the hotel, we stayed in a building across from the hotell itself and it reaked of tobacco smell in the building and a lot in our room, so we had to air it out for a long time to be able to stay in there at all. And there was some mold here and there. This is and old place, and has its charm. But for the price we payed it was a bit sad that it was like this.

The location is good, viewing the mountains from the balconies on rooms. Food was very nice.

Parking is a problem. Not enough space at hotel and alternative public parking some 300 metres away. Reception very slow. Elevator very small and aging. Rooms aging, bathrooms very tiny especially shower. Beds too soft with hard wooden edge.

The breakfast had excellent choices of all types of food to satisfy just about all who would eat there. The layout of the food regards access was also vg.

Very little to be honest apart from no secure storage for luggage prior to checking in and after checking out and actually departing the hotel etc.
