Fabio was extremely friendly and helped us with all our needs and preferences during our stay. He also provided us with local information and was very flexible for example when we returned from a wedding as planned at 5:30am! The b&b was very clean and well looked after, and the air-con in the room worked perfectly which was a blessing in the 35deg heat! We would definitely stay there again if we are in the Orbetello area.

A very minor point, the Wi-fi didn't work, though Fabio called the service provider several times and tried very hard to sort it out. This was not the fault of the b&b but I believe rather the service provider or local transmission network.

Location is right by the water and the centre of town. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom, and breakfast was delicious. Our host was incredible and couldnt do enough for us; went above and beyond with taking care of us. I would highly recommend staying here for all occasions.

What a great experience! People super friendly, nice breakfast and position of the B&an directly on the Main Street. Satisfaction at top!

As said, everything was just perfect!
