Hotel manager refused the check in for the price i have booked from booking.com. He demanded double charge else he is not ready to give the room. Very bad experience with the hotel staff. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Reception and hospitality not OK and always shouting.No peaseful.

Worst staff, pathetic rooms with no wardrobe, with no wifi and also breakfast was given on demand. The reason the staff give is that they don’t have money to provide breakfast. Worst experience!!

The only thing I like is that the room is a little spacious like any other hotel.

First of all, this is a new wine in an old bottle. But the wine still tastes bad. Hope you understood what I meant. First impression is the best impression. My first impression about this hotel is really really bad. We cannot call it a hotel. It's an old lodge that smells really really bad. They tried to make it look better by painting OYO red colour. The colour is good. Compare with other hotel how they painted No perfection in paintings. Paint stains are there on the edges. From the reception to the room, it's fully dusty. Never ever go this hotel, if you are allergic. They gave the bath towel only after asking for that. That too not clean. I was not able to sleep as I got ant bites on the bed The bed spread was not clean enough. Looked dirty. AC is just for namesake. No cooling at all. The door lock is damaged. I tried hard to lock it several times. The doors and all are of an old lodge. No master switch to turn everything in one shot. The almirah looks old and damaged. Dusty inside. I didn't keep anything inside. The bathroom is really really bad. I have chosen the room after checking the bathroom cleanliness of two other rooms. The bucket and all looks not clean. I asked for another bucket. They gave one. That too looks like a waste bin. Not worth for using it. The wash basin in the bathroom has leakage. When I started brushing and washing face in the morning waster water fell on my toes. And some open pipe that leads to the bathroom like drainage pipe. I think that's for AC water or wastage from the top room. The charge is too high. I paid 1600/- for the dusty old lodge-like room. It's really bad that you guys changing the rates everyday in the name of OYO. This is my first experience with OYO rooms I will never book OYO. I didn't even use your bath room to have my bath in the morning.
