VILLA DELUXE IN BENALMADENA
Villa con piscina situata a Benalmádena circa 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. VICINO AL CENTRO DI MALAGA (18 km) e Marbella. Nei traffici sono in giro supermercati e ristoranti, ma è meno di 10 minuti dal parco a tema Tivoli, BENALMADENA funivie, Selwo Marina e della metropolitana Benalmadena.
La casa è completamente attrezzata (BARBECUE, PARCHEGGIO, TELEVISIONE, aria condizionata, ventilatore ....). Dispone di 4 camere da letto, due con letti matrimoniali e un letto singolo e gli altri due letti matrimoniali in salone un divano letto e divano. La casa ha un Letto per bambini e due sedie. Ci sono due bagni con doccia, uno con vasca e uno con doccia, godendo dei due servizi igienici. La cucina è attrezzata. IN PIU 'si può godere di una terrazza coperta GODERE un grande tavolo e poltrone sofà di stile. NEL GIARDINO CHE QUESTA intrattenuti dal nostro giardiniere (pulisce e si prende cura del giardino e piscina) troverà piscina, barbecue, forno esterno, tavolini con ombrelloni e una doccia esterna. C'è la connessione WiFi. In casa può essere fino a 3 VEICOLI APARACAR. CI HOOVER, asciugacapelli, ferro e tutto il necessario pulire.

First night power kept going off until 12.30am. No AC in one for the rooms either and are just provided with fans, not ideal in the heatwave. In order to use the AC we only put it on when we were going to sleep
Ants coming in through wall sockets, and in the bed in the room with en-suite
Owner has tried to claim for incidentals on outdoor chairs, that were not broken by us. Removed cushions on these chairs on the first day and noticed that they were broken, we should have taken pictures, but also no inventory done with the owner on arrival. If you do decide to stay here make sure full inventory is carried out on arrival to avoid being accused of breaking items.

The pool area was fantastic! Lovely big clean pool, shallow and then gets deeper so suitable for all. We had a lovely holiday but the villa is not suitable for 12 people! Mercado and Lidl are so so handy! A car is def needed.
Kitchen was small, but had all the utensils and everything you would need to cook. The TV was amazing- a massive smart TV. A lovely conservatory area which we ate in.
I had read reviews about the electric but it was really bad!! The host tried to blame the air con- but it wasn’t! Every time we turned the oven on it went off or a hair dryer. We had to turn it back on about 5 times daily! One bedroom had no air con and so 2 people had to sleep in the living room- which has no door. When we asked the host about fans she brought us 2 very quickly but no one could sleep in the bedroom without aircon.
First day we arrived there were ants everywhere. I went to Lidl and bought loads of ant repellent stuff which helped.
Overall, we had a great holidays. Loads of lovely places to visit within a 20/30 min drive. But for our family- we wouldn’t return to this Villa.

We were a family of all ages here for my sons wedding, the accommodation was just perfect. Magalie was so friendly and there if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Would book again , very good location for two supermarkets , great pool area , villa as described by host who was very helpful , must admit our bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I’ve had worst , quite neighbourhood ,

Nice enough property though highlight is pool and garden.
Very hilly area so really not suitable for walking.
Nice supermarket up the hill selling lovely fresh produce.
Wi-Fi poor.
Electricity constantly tripping…. Very unhappy and rude host when this happened and for that reason would not return or recommend.

We had a 3 night stay in august for my sisters hen party! Great villa, pool area is amazing. Villa was standard/basic but we did have some issues with ants.
Electric tripped a few times but was easily fixed.
Owner was so helpful and great communication.
Lovely stay overall we had a ball!

April Break
Communication with owner was excellent. Already knew the area as my parents use to live there perfect location to explore everything large food shop across the road. The grounds of the villa were spotless. The inside could do with a update as looking very tired also it has a really bad damp issue especially in the wardrobes all though they have humidifiers in there it’s not really working. But can’t fault it otherwise has everything you could possibly need.

De woning is schoon , doordat de afwasmachine het niet heel goed doet , verharde etensresten op enkele borden , bestek en kommen.
Buiten op het terras veel losse rommel en zwembad vol “wolken” met viezigheid op bodem.

Lovely Villa in quiet setting
We stayed at the villa for a long weekend in June 2019 as a group of 12 for a hen weekend. The grounds & gardens of the villa are beautiful with a lovely clean swimming pool & seating area. The bedrooms were basic but clean & tidy.
We enjoyed our stay however the electricity kept tripping when too many electrical devices were being used (particularly in the kitchen) so we did have to contact the property manager a few times.
There is also no taxi rank nearby so it was difficult to access transport to local areas. This is reflected in the overall rate of our stay.
Overall it was a lovely quiet villa with beautiful gardens & pool. Thank you

La zona y la casa están geniales para disfrutar del buen clima de malaga. Sin embargo con la fianza, nos han estafado, un mando de la tele que hemos perdido y arreglar una mampara. Eso es lo único que puede objetar negativo de la casa. Con marina fue todo genial una chica de 10. Muchas gracias

Well what can I say we pulled up at the villa and it was like a palace it was in a beautiful area close to shops for essentials it was so good we didn't need to leave the villa we are bow looking to book next year the pictures do this place no justice it is more beautiful in the flesh

Solo pudimos estar un fin de semana, pero estuvo genial... la casa es maravillosa, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, ademas de estar en un lugar super tranquilo. La casera, siempre dispuesta a ayudar; y Alberto, el chico que nos dio la llave muy amable. Sin duda repetiremos.
