Entrando nella casa sul lago verrai accolto da una VISTA SPETTACOLARE sul Lago Huron. Il lago può essere visto, senza ostruzione, da più stanze all'interno della casa. Questa è una proprietà privata sul lago situata su due acri con accesso diretto e privato alla sabbia soffice e il tuo tanto necessario divertimento al sole. Il cottage ha un layout OPEN CONCEPT, ed è ben mantenuto con alloggi moderni, appositamente predisposti per una vacanza rilassante e divertimento in riva al lago. Immagina di svegliarti con una bellissima alba ogni mattina e di prendere il caffè con le dita dei piedi nella sabbia. La bellissima alba è il motivo per cui abbiamo chiamato questo posto Sunrise Lake House. Il cottage è molto ben fornito con molti servizi, quindi c'è meno da fare o ricordare di portare. La casa utilizza l'acqua di città e include anche un sistema di filtrazione dell'acqua per l'acqua potabile più pura che esce dal proprio beccuccio per bere direttamente dalla cucina. Il cottage include la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, TV a schermo piatto, una stazione di caffè, lavatrice / asciugatrice, grill all'aperto, giochi da spiaggia, attività all'aperto e giochi per bambini e adulti, un focolare all'aperto, zone pranzo interne / esterne, asciugamani da bagno, teli mare, lenzuola e persino un pacchetto 'n play (con lenzuola e materasso), solo per citare alcuni dei vantaggi. This property is stunning!! Every possible amenity is provided!! Beds are extremely comfortable!!! Tons of rafts, lawn games, kayak,paddle boards, life jackets, toys... The property is very well kept and the grounds are STUNNING!! We loved our stay and found the owner to be a pleasure to deal with!! She was responsive to every request promptly and graciously!!! Best vacation site!!! I highly reccommend this property!!!!!

The well appointed house is perfect for a multi-generational family trip. The view is spectacular and the house is larger than photos suggest.
The house had everything we needed for cooking and beach time - many chairs and towels and kids toys.
There are 2 tables outside that each seat six so if you have a larger group of adults you can all eat together if you push them together.
Everything was clean and there was plenty of extra towels, bedding, and toiletries we didn't need anything. The little supermarket across the street has just about everything you need - deli counter, produce, alcohol, bakery.

This property was out of this world! Very beautifully decorated in each and every room, and so many thoughtful touches, from the basket of goodies, to the bottle of Proseco, to the endless coffee choices and supplies.
Mattress comfort is always a make it or break it for me, and the beds were by far the best of any rental/hotel room anywhere. EVER!
The beach setting is perfect, and with all the provided water toys, you really don't even need to leave the property to have loads of fun.
This is without a doubt my favorite rental, and me and my friends hope to return next year for our annual getaway!

The Sunrise Lake House was a wonderful place for our family of 3 generations to vacation together. The property is exactly as described. I highly recommend it. I hope to be able to visit again some day.

The host takes particular care to make you feel pampered...stocked coffee bar, snacks, firewood for smores making and all the water toys you could hope fir. We loved paddle boarding and soaking up the sun while listening to the waves.

We had a wonderful time watching the sun come up every morning, playing in the sand with our two grandchildren, making s’mores at night in the fire pit. The home is beautiful with lots of puzzles, games, and toys for the little fellas. Jinar is a great host that takes care of you. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you Jinar

This our 4th lake house rental along Lake Huron and this one takes the cake !
This property had everything our family of 10 needed. Plenty of things to do for our rainy day including games and puzzles.
Every bed was comfortable, the linens were high quality and new. You don’t need to bring beach towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes for adults and kids.
The property is exactly as described. Plenty of beach toys and chairs for a large family.

10 of us - 6 adults and 4 teens had a wonderful long weekend at this lake house. The view is amazing, the house was beautiful and close to town and Lexington. The host is very helpful and there was great communication. So many things for the kids and adults to do while at the house.

In the area for a family wedding, and while only three adults (including grandparents) stayed at the location, several family members stopped by to visit. All were impressed with our accommodations compared to theirs. Jinar are couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the rental process. The house was spotless, linens were top notch, so many useful items available in kitchen, and the toys available for kids in lower level - amazing. Wonderful fire pit area, and amazing view of the lake from deck and bedrooms. Already figuring out another visit with friends! Small grocery store with all kinds of surprising items right across the highway. You won’t regret your stay here.

We have rented this home two times now for our family for 10 days. The view is amazing and the house is super clean and very spacious. The kitchen table is a bit small but we brought a folding table with extra chairs and it worked out fine. The property provides a lot of kids beach and water toys and games. The bedding and towels are high quality. Kitchen is well stocked. The property is secluded and very quiet. Small grocery store right across the street is a bonus. The only dresser provided is in the master bedroom. A little difficult if you are staying a while. Property provides firewood for campfire which was so nice. When we got there we were provided with a nice welcome basket full of goodies. Jinar (owner) is so helpful and so detail oriented. We will always have amazing memories of our vacations in this fabulous home.

5 stars! LETS BOOK IT EVERY SUMMER despite 2 things...
Beautiful home - cleanliness was 5 stars and supplies for EVERYTHING was 5 stars! You need cleaning supplies? You name it everything is there. You need towels? TONS! You need supplies to cook/grill? She has you covered and everything was so organized it was very pleasing to the eyes. And the fun stuff in the garage OMG seriously fun stuff for every age! It was overwhelming in the best way!
The only down side was the water access was not direct. You have to walk around into the neighbors property which it seems made her a bit mad. The reason there is no direct access is it seems as tho there is beach erosion and it created this little water area that you have to walk around in order to get direct beach access. You have to walk thru these sharp grass type areas and then walk back onto the owners property beach area to then enjoy the water. It was a downside when we had to carry so much stuff when we wanted to do water sports thru that mess and onto the neighboring property. She did supply a wagon to load up beach supplies to get the the water but again there was no path to walk to the beach without going thru this sharp grass and up and down steep areas so the wagon idea would not work IMO. We made it work tho with a little muscle and sweat.
Another downside which was no control of the owners like the beach erosion was the neighbors. The left side neighbor was constantly in her yard with his huge black dog. It seems as tho he was taking a walk but every hour?! This dog was in her yard more than we were... made my kiddos feel uneasy. The neighbors on the right like i said before were a little upset that we had to walk thru their property to get beach access and then also went ahead and told us to stay out of this water area where the beach erosion was because a child drowned in it?! This is not a story I want to hear on my vacation despite how sad the story was. I am assuming the neighbor did not want us using her property as a walk thru due to liability and worried one of my kids would fall into that body of water and get injured? We only had the right side to get to the beach access since the left side is completely blocked by the small body of water. THESE THINGS ARE OUT OF THE OWNERS CONTROL but I wanted to mention these items since the beach access was the selling point to me. If your looking for direct walk out of the house access at the time of our stay it was not possible. However maybe this erosion is temporary? STILL 5 STARS & recommend!

We could not have asked for a better experience. The views from the lake house are beyond beautiful and the amenities the house has to offer are endless! There is truly something for guests of every age at this house. Our weekend was filled with memories we will forever cherish.

Excellent beach house!
My family and I were amazed at how clean, well stocked and beautiful this house is! Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided, including a welcome basket of s’mores supplies. This is the best rental property we have stayed at. The owner was very accommodating and checked in on us throughout our stay. We hope to return next year!!

Family Happiness
This was for sure by far the best family vacation/35th anniversary celebration we have had. So special to have our mothers, children and Grandchildren here for a week. The house is amazing. The view right when you walk in is breath taking. That is what sold us on it right away. The owner is so particular about cleanliness which we really appreciated. She was always close to her phone in case we had any questions. Very accommodating. Can’t say anything bad about it. We will for sure be back if we can.

Fantastic Family Beach House!
I have rented a number of beach houses and this is by far the best. The decor, the view, the space, and all the extras from fresh flowers and the makings for s'mores could not have been any better. The owner answered questions promptly. Our grandkids, ages 1 1/2 -9 loved all the games, beach toys and video games. Our family wants to return next year!

Spectacular House On Lake Huron with Beach
Great house for a family vacation, especially when needing to social distance -- Everything you need is provided. The house was clean, the views were fantastic, had a great beach on Huron (even with the higher than normal lake levels - that did NOT affect the beach here). Plenty of space to relax and spend time together as a family. Highly recommended!

The airy, open, light-filled spaces are complete with beautiful, thoughtful decor. Your family and friends will never want to leave because, rain or shine, there is so much to do here. I cannot begin to list the boxes of every detail. It is like living in your favorite beach house movie set. The setting is bucolic and yet there is a gas station and general store within walking distance. Unbelievable!The owner is an excellent and prompt communicator. Beautiful Beach Getaway
Look no further, this rental has it ALL! The host was wonderful to communicate with and available for any questions we had. We appreciated the very thorough information provided about the house as well as surrounding area. This house has everything one could possibly think would be needed for a fabulous relaxing beach vacation. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to rent this house again. Perfect!
The owner and the property were top notch. It is everything the site says it is, plus some. It was an especially nice touch to be greeted with a welcome package with a beautiful view to the beech. In the morning, there is a stocked coffee bar and sunrises that will blow you away!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. It easily accommodated nine adults and is close to the golf courses. I’ll have to schedule a family weekend with the kids... they would love it!

Clean, beautiful, accommodating and comfortable!
Our family of 5 adults and one child stayed for the weekend. We Quickly discovered that the pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! We had a wonderful time swimming and enjoying the beach, with all the beach toys, cooler, chairs and epic view we could not have asked for more! We truly had everything we needed...comfy beds, a market across the street, fully equipped kitchen with coffee station, did I mention the VIEW and Jinar was friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be back!!

Welcoming, beautiful, well-equipped lake home, perfect for families
From my first contact with Jinar, this beautiful lake home's owner, to the last wave as we departed and she was arriving to prepare for her next guests, our vacation experience was superb! At a very reasonable distance from our homes in Ann Arbor (one son and his girlfriend came from NY), this spacious, lakefront home was our home for 3 days/nights. Communication with Jinar was excellent and always helpful and friendly. We arrived to a Welcome basket in the kitchen with snacks, s'mores fixings and info about Port Sanilac and nearby towns. There were 5 adults and 3 young children in our group - 10 months-70 years. The accommodations served each and every one of us!! Comfortable beds, thick beach towels, filtered water, a coffee station, a kayak, sand toys, kites, board games. Though the lake was quite cold, we spent most of our time, young and old(er) on her shores - digging, wading, rock hunting and skipping. We cooked/grilled at the house, eating one delicious dinner at Uri's Landing at the nearby harbor.
We had a low key, totally accommodated, fun, not too far from home vacation. Jinar is an amazing host who has given attention to every detail to provide guests with the best possible experience in her well cared for home.
I guess you can tell we were mightily pleased!

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the house! Amazing communication. Speedy response time with any questions prior to booking and during stay. Spectacular views!! This property is fully equipped with everything you need for a beach getaway! There is plenty of room for all guests to enjoy their stay. The sunrise view is absolutely breathtaking! The basket of goodies for our girls and the rock painting supplies were the perfect touch! Thank you for making our summer getaway one we will never forget! A Repeat for Sure!
My family of 12 takes an annual trip each summer but never have gone to the same place twice... Until now. This is a repeat home for sure!! This home has it all; the view was amazing, the home was perfect and gorgeous, the lake was unforgettable with great amenities, the small home town feel was welcoming AND the host Jinar was the best we've ever had! She was very thoughtful, communication was great and the little special touches of the welcome basket and coffee bar was above and beyond. We truly fell in love this week. A perfect experience, in fact the only feedback we could come up with to make it even better was just walking stones/path from the basement walkout to the beach, the grass in that small section is a bit rough but minor. A truly tremendous stay! Thank you!

This is a beautiful property!! Extremely clean, very thoughtfully appointed. We were greeted with amazing views of the lake when we walked into the home. Our family truly loved the whole experience of being at the lake! The beach and the lake are amazing! The views are to die for!!The host was very easy to contact and very responsive.
Everything is so well organized too. She has thought of everything! The beach toys, the beach towels, the firewood, the beautiful kitchen with everything one might need, the necessities in the bathrooms! And a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to greet us! ! ❤️Everything is well thought out! We loved this property!!

Summer Family Get-Away
We had an amazing time at this property. Rain or shine, the views were amazing. The fire pit is a perfect way to close the evening. The house was gorgeous and had ample linens and supplies for our entire trip. The market is right across the street and has most anything you would need. We absolutely loved our stay. We had a 1 year old, 4 year old, 6 year old and a 12 year old. All the kids thoroughly enjoyed all the games and toys. The beach gear was also perfect for all ages. Port Sanilac is an amazing sleepy beach town.
All in all it is a perfect house, perfect property in a great little village for a quiet family get away. If I could rate it higher I would. First rate across the board.
