As always it’s a great stay! Kevin is great to work with! It’s clean and so roomy! The walk to the beach is nice and when you don’t want to walk you just jump on the tram! We will definitely be back!

We had an awesome time at this Ocean Creek resort, one of the most spacious places we've ever stayed in Myrtle Beach. Kevin was a great host! It is really hard to find a place so close to the water that will compensate five people and not be cramped up, but we had more than enough room here. The 24/7 gated security really helps to make the whole family feel safe and secure throughout the whole resort as well as your vehicle. I give it 10 stars all day. We will most definitely be returning in the future!

My husband and I had to make a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. We were so fortunate to find this condo available over the holiday weekend. The unit was lovely, updated and most importantly clean. It had all the amenities and provisions you needed for a perfect getaway. We've stayed in a number of condos on the Ocean Creek property (while our own unit is being renovated) and this was one of the nicest. The owner was very responsive and the entire rental process went smoothly. Although I'm hoping it won't be neccessary, I would absolutely stay here again and certainly recommend renting from Kevin.

This is our second year in a row booking at Ocean Creek Resort with Kevin. His condo is nothing short of perfection, from the location which is in walking distance to Barefoot Landing in a gated resort, to the cleanliness of the condo. A wonderful condo fully loaded with amenities including pool, and beach access. My family and I had a wonderful time and the host Kevin has been beyond accommodating to work with. 5/5 and we cannot wait to return!

We had a great stay in Kevin’s condo. He responded immediately to any enquiry and was very thorough in all communication. The condo is in a great location in the complex. It is sunny and inviting. My husband loved the induction stove! We would happily return to this unit when our vacation dates are available.

GREAT CONDO! The location was perfect. It’s walking distance to the beach, numerous pools in the resort and to barefoot landing directly across 17 with a cross walk. The condo was clean and just as pictured. The owner has great communication and customer service skills. We would come back here!

This was an amazing place to stay! Everything is as described & it was so easy to work with Kevin! He was friendly & helpful! The location is great, my parents used the tram to get to & from the beach and it was perfect! The walk to the beach was easy too! Everyone we came in contact with at the complex were friendly and wonderful! It’s a great location..right across from Barefoot Landing which we love going to to eat & shop!! We are excited to stay here again!

Spacious family condo
Property was exactly as described and as seen in pictures. Owner's communication was excellent and we had everything needed for check in well be arriving. Walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes and there is a pool right outside the building.

Amazing Week
We loved everything about this unit. We loved the keyless entry, the automatic light as you enter, the well stocked kitchen, the easy check-in, and the promptness of communication with the owner. We hope to be back in the near future.

Awesome location!
This rental was perfect. We had six adults and it was the perfect amount of room. Small Kitchen but the appliances are very nice. It was close to the beach and walking distance to the landing with restaurants, wineries, and shops. Grocery stores were within 2-3 miles and and a large outlet store is close by to the rental. The only issue we had was that one room had a bright light outside so it was hard to get to sleep even with the 2 inch blinds. This would be a perfect room for little kids who don’t like the as dark. We loved the location and the locals are very friendly.

First Time Staying At Ocean Creek Resort
Let me start by saying that the host, Kevin, was awesome though the entire process! Now the place…even better in person! It was me, my daughter and her 21 month old lil boy that stayed. We also had a few other family members come by for just a day and there were NO COMPLAINTS from any of us!! The room was very well stocked and the beds were actually comfy. We loved sitting out on the patio at night too. There is a lil bit of a walk to the beach but it was no problem for us. We enjoyed walking the baby down there at night. Overall I highly recommend this unit. I am already looking at returning later this year!! :-)

Perfect beach getaway!
We highly recommend this condo & Kevin as the property manager! The pictures don't do it justice because the condo is even nicer in person. Everything with the booking was easy & the communication with Kevin was a breeze. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely loved the 2(!) Porches and the proximity to the beach was just a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay in Kevin's Condo. Ocean Creek Resort is magnificent with lots of trees, shrubs and flowers enhancing the property. There is a heated indoor pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. Clay tennis courts are available as well but for a fee. The condo itself was very clean and well-kept. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. There was a well-equipped kitchen with new kitchen appliances and pots and pans.There are laundry facilities one floor up (3rd floor). (3 washers and 4 dryers) Each machine costs $1.50 to run so bring lots of quarters. Kevin was easy to work with and responded immediately to any issues that arose. We look forward to our next stay!!

Quick family vacation
We had a great stay. The condo was as nice as described. Everything was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are big. I like that the 2nd bedroom had 2 beds, as we have a son and a daughter. There is a 5 -10 min paved walk to beach. The beach is beautiful and no steps to get to it. There's a bridge to get to the beach that is beautiful. The inlet off to your right is great also. We have teenagers and they enjoyed playing in the sand in that area also. There are lots of families and it wasn't noisy at all. We were contacted by the owner a couple of times to check on us and was ready to help in any way we needed. We highly recommend and hope to go back!

Perfect place for a small gathering of 6 friends. You can rent a golf cart but must lock it up in a parking garage lot near the gate. Excellent stay and great dealings with property host!

Very nice, well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in lodge IV (2288). There were several roaches, so it needs a fresh spraying. Beds were really comfortable and all rooms were well equipped, kitchen could use some small plates. It was nice to have 2 decks, a pool right outside, short walk to the beach, with a shuttle available. Fantastic location just across the street from Barefoot Landing. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. The grounds are nicely landlandscaped, so you can find some shady places to walk. Landlord's information was excellent. I would 100% recommend this condo .

Always a great place to stay and a terrific host!
We have stayed with Kevin for a few years now and his condo is always perfect. Super clean, easy to reach him whenever we needed and very comfortable for a relaxing vacation. He is great about keeping in touch and when we had a minor issue with the facility (not his unit) this year, he jumped right on it and solved the problem in 10 minutes with the on site management. It is a well hidden slice of paradise that brings us back year after year!

Annual Beach Trip
I have rented this unit for several years, Kevin is always prompt to respond to questions. The unit is in a great location and has all the necessary items. Kevin usually checks in with me early spring every year to see if I want my usual week, this makes me feel like more than just a renter.
