This house is beyond amazing! We rented it for 30 days to escape the Texas heat, and it was not only beautiful, but much larger than we expected. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the back porch looking at the golf course and mountains are stunning! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. River Ridge Rentals was extremely responsive to any and all requests we had (box fans, extra linens, cleaning supplies, surround sound system, etc.).The only changes I would make is that the couch upstairs is rather worn causing everyone to sink towards the middle cracks, and the bed sheets were scratchy and stiff. We cannot wait to return to this house next summer! Thank you River Ridge Rentals for everything!!

Truly, my favorite house in Breckenridge. We’ve stayed An iron Eagle approximately three or four times now and it never gets old. It almost feels like our home away from home. This place is stunningly designed, clean, and the management staff is second to none. We will always check with this property on our quarterly trips to Breckenridge.

This was the perfect place for our group of 10 friends for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably with each couple in their own rooms. It took about 5-10 min to drive to the gondolas that take you up to the ski areas, so that was super convenient. Communication with the management company was excellent - if we needed anything they would respond within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at the Iron Eagle Landing!

Overall we loved the house! You cannot beat the location and views. We did notice a few things could be updated. The couch in the downstairs bedroom is broken and the dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. Also, the property was clean but two of the downstairs beds had hairs on the pillows and sheets.

This house was perfect for our group. Was luxurious enough for the adults to feel like they were on vacation but laid out simple enough to let the kids roam without worrying about them. Beautiful location on the golf course yet still close enough drive to Main street. Check in process worked flawlessly. Overall very pleased!

We had a fantastic week in Breckenridge as a family - when the weather turned out to include more rain and cold than anticipated - we were happy to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Movie nights, hot tub, game tables, beautiful views and a fantastic kitchen made for some great family time even without heading out.
Communication was easy as was check-in and checkout due to texting and app options. They were responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Hope to return again sometime!

This beautiful home is truly better than the pictures portray. We had a family vacation here with my wife, our 2 children and myself. We were never short of things to do for fun, between the pool table, the hot tub and all of the giant tv,s and cozy fireplaces we stayed entertained and happy throughout our entire stay. We were even able to sled on a hill in the backyard. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful home! We had four families meet up for a ski week and it was fabulous. It was the first time that we all felt like there was plenty of room for adults and kids. The location was just close enough to town for getting the lifts, dining and spa, but with a little solitude. Some SMALL items I would suggest. Invest in additional glassware. We had to run the dish multiple times a day to have enough glassware for everyone. Some of the walls could use a wipe down. I am sure this is just normal wear on a rental.

The house had everything we needed to accommodate us and our guests. the fireplaces, the hot tub, the steam shower, the king size comfortable beds and especially how close it was to all of the activities we wanted to do. Hosted our annual fantasy football draft/golf weekend at this amazing property, and it was awesome! The house was as described, and easily accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The location was perfect as it was basically on Breckenridge Golf Club which was one of the courses we played and provided amazing views. The kitchen was actually stocked with everything we needed for food prep and cooking which was amazing. Would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful area!

Outstanding experience. The home is gorgeous and offered everything included on the website. The kitchen/living space is perfect for gathering the family to make incredible meals. The views in the evening and early morning were beautiful. The space was much more than we needed, yet we did our best to enjoy all the home had to offer. Communication and service with the customer service team was exceptional as well. Response time and detail was perfect! Highly recommend!

Very impressed with all interactions with management River Ridge Rentals. They promptly answered any questions prior to booking. They graciously allowed an early check in. They had someone come out the same day I contacted them to report fire pit would not start and replaced propane tank. The property itself was beautiful inside and out with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub and fire pit were popular amenities enjoyed by my family.
