It was very private and quiet- more than we expected.
The cottage was set up really well and had a beautiful bathroom

Good space in all rooms. A great modern layout with generous inclusions. Great central location with easy access and very private. Would certainly recommend to friends and would definitely book again when next visiting Kangaroo Valley.
The addition of a washing machine and dryer would make this accommodation a solid 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the milk in fridge was just out of date. The large frying pan needs replacing. A small saucepan needs to be added. The gas stove top burners need to be cleaned properly. I cleaned two to show what can be achieved with a little effort. I used my own scouring pads as they were not included amongst all the other cleaning products provided.

The location, styling and brightness of the accommodation, the facilities, cooling and heating, bathroom supplies, appliances and cleanliness were great! The place has a lovely vibe!
Some little extra touches are missing that would really been appreciated after a very long drive. A starter kit of complimentary milk portions, perhaps a few biscuits, and/or even some butter portions/spreads would have hit the mark.
(We had not much choice but to purchase a $10 butter from the General Store across the road to enjoy with a local sourdough loaf, otherwise it was $2.50 per mini portion which was very uneconomical.)
Coffee machine instructions included in the information folder would be good, to save visitors from having to search it up online if unfamiliar with it.
Bed was a little springy for me - I was expecting a more supportive mattress, but this was okay for just the two nights.

So close to restaurants and right in the village

A very comfortable, clean and well appointed accomodation. The kitchen had all the gadgets, condiments, etc The owners kindly allowed us to leave a little later than planned which made it very convenient for us.

Right in the heart of town! Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Had everything you need for a short stay.
Pillows were too firm, but that’s a personal preference.

The location was excellent for a quiet, relaxing escape.
A small dining table wld be lovely, especially if the weather is wet. There is a big outdoor dining table for summer.

Just magnificent! Beautiful decor with everything you could wish for, for a perfect stay. Loved the garden. So tranquil. Perfect location for a walk around Kangaroo Valley and nearby locations to travel to. Highly recommended.

the whole facility is just amazing. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom is superb even managed to take a bath. The host provided lots of coffee caps which was perfect for my two night stay.
As I went to a wedding in The Valley I had to iron my shirt. Unfortunately the Iron is rusted which I found out after ruining my white shirt. Other than that everything was just great.

The property was in a great location.
It was a long trip to the property and when we arrived we were exhausted and the owners didn’t even leave us one bottle of water. Also the pin in the email sent by booking.com wasn’t correct and having a new born in my arms in the hot sun meant that I had to ring the owner who wasn’t really receptive to my phone call at all (the owner had sent the correct instructions via a DM rather than email) and when I rang for help she kept hanging up on me instead of just texting me the instructions (as I couldn’t access my DMs). Also the grass wasn’t mowed and the propety felt quite uninviting.

Great location, loved the light, spaciousness of the apartment and the way it was decorated. The bathroom was really nice too!
The cleaning hadn't been done thoroughly, however, when I reported this to the owner she called me to see how she could rectify it for us which I appreciated. Some hooks in the bathroom would also be useful!

Very convenient location for shops and restaurants. Detached ground-floor apartment beautifully designed and decorated in modern style. Dedicated parking space. Quality Smeg appliances in galley kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Nice bed linen.
Mattress too soft. Shower leaks a bit at door.

Despite "Trunks" being in the centre of town, it is situated behind the bottle shop and so is very peaceful and quiet especially at night.
One of the owners, En, couldn't have been more helpful including advising us of Jing Jo cafe restaurant where we had a lovely meal.
The spacious cottage had everything you could need and more.
