Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, hell, sauber und warm mit toller Aussicht.

Die Wohnung verfügt über keine Terrasse, diese befindet sich einen Stock höher und lässt sich nur über eine Außentreppe erreichen. Das war für uns enttäuschend, weil wir die Wohnung vor allem wegen der Terrasse gebucht hatten. Es gab eine Ameiseninvasion in der Küche. Diese ist recht unpraktisch, denn es gibt kaum Platz zum Kochen. Zudem fehlen essenzielle Dinge wie eine Pfanne oder eine Caffetiera. Bett sehr bequem, aber zwei Matratzen mit Spalt dazwischen. Tür zum Badezimmer schließt nicht, ein Fenster mit Klebeband verschlossen, Heizkörper lässt sich nur mit Zange regulieren. Dazu sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Geräusch des Nachbarn.

The hospitality and reception by Piero were very good. The apartment was very clean and in very good condition. The private roof terrass with own kitchen was so nice to use.

The property is located right in the heart of Sanremo in the middle of pedestrian zone, close to all amenities and restaurants. The property was presented in good condition throughout. It has a big reception, medium size bedroom and fit-in kitchen. It was clean and equipped with AC, washing machine and a dish washer, provided with bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. There is also access to a private area on the roof equipped with a small kitchen and access to a patio with a dining table and two sun beds. Piero, the owner of the property, is a very accommodating and honest person who was a pleasure to deal with.

The property is located on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the lift only goes to the second floor and you will have to walk up the stairs two floors. The stairs are steep and not easy for senior people to manage, especially, with luggage. Access to the roof is available via a narrow and steep staircase which may not be easy / safe for elderly and kids. Bathroom is rather small.

We really loved our stay. The appartment was very nice and well located. We enjoyed the roof terrance for coffee and relaxing in the morning and afternoon. The host hospitiality was amazing and they were very helpful

This property is centrally located in the old city of San Remo. Close to everything. Quiet inside. Clean. Aircondition in living room and bedroom. Comfy beds, a little bit on the hard side. Roof terrace with kitchen. Piero is a wonderful host. He speaks English fluently. We've had a wonderful stay!

There was no parking close to the apartment, but that was really not a problem, the host helped us personally with transportation between the apartment and the parking place. Parking not cheap. The stairs up to the property not suited everyone.

The apartment is located right in the shopping district of Sanremo, close to all the restaurants, cafes, casino and the beach. Very close to anything you might need! But don't let the central location trick you, the apartment is on an upper floor and it is VERY quiet!! Additionally, the rooms are very spacious, with a nice view of the city and fully equipped with all the appliances you might need! Piero is an excellent host and he made sure our stay was comfortable, provided recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and all in all, I highly recommend his apartment! I will definitely be coming back!!

We had a perfect stay from beginning to end! Piero was always available and helped us with everything we possibly could need. The apartment was very nice, the terrace had amazing views and the location could not have been better! Will definetely come back to stay at Cavour17!
