Abbiamo una casa in una bellissima comunità ricca di servizi, Emerald Lakes a Long Pond PA.
La casa è situata in un vicolo cieco privato su un lago. Hai il tuo accesso privato ad esso. Non c'è bagnino di turno, quindi nuoti a tuo rischio e pericolo) Regola della pesca: cattura e rilascio. Ha un bel cortile con una bellissima vista sul lago. C'è una serie di altalene e uno scivolo nel cortile di casa, così i bambini possono divertirsi un po ';)
La casa offre 6 camere da letto e 2 bagni (le lenzuola sono fornite. Asciugamani da bagno e teli mare NON sono forniti). 4 camere da letto si trovano al piano superiore e due al piano terra (seminterrato) con un soggiorno / sala giochi concept aperto. Entrambi i bagni al piano superiore offrono una combinazione doccia / vasca.
La casa è completamente attrezzata. Viene fornito con tutte le stoviglie e le stoviglie necessarie. Ha un forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, lettore DVD, TV Roku, internet, TV, culla e seggiolone. (c'è anche una culla portatile in casa)

Guys weekend 2022
Had a great time with friends. We fished the pond out back, row boat was perfect to get to the other side and fish where the docks couldn’t reach. Played golf at Split Rock as well. House had a well stocked kitchen as we prepared all of our meals. Plenty of beds for a large group. Overall had a great time and enjoyable stay.

Great place to getaway with our family. The location on the pond was great. Nice spacious backyard that allowed for just hanging out. The kayaks were a big hit with everyone.

We are a family of 16. All different ages ranging from 4-64. Plenty of room to sleep with some to spare. The house is so accommodating to every one. Excellent communication with the owner. Easy Check in and out process. The lake is so refreshing. Not crowded. A Beautiful vacation.

This house is very good for family and ppl who loves boating, kayaking and stay out near home.. Owner of the house mr. Voytek is so reachable, honest and helpful. Outside color of house makes u think something strange but when u walk in, the house got everything from top to bottom.. very clean, many bed, many room and pool( snooker).. if you loves to cook food, enough enough enough utensils are there. We booked this house for 24 ppl but finally 23 of us.. we found this house amazing in everything..5 star 🌟� ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟� 🌟� location was superb ❤️ we made good memories .. thank you Voytek

Poconos perfection
Our group of 20 had a wonderful winter’s weekend. The house was comfortable and had all the comforts of home, even a crib for the wee baby in our group. The owner was kind and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Traveled with 22 family members to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The weekend was amazing. The house was amazing and the homeowner even better. Very attentive and responsive to our needs. The entire family was very impressed and loved their time there. I would stay here whenever possible and would recommend it to large families. Honestly except for shower time which is to be expected we never felt the presence of all our guest. Such a peaceful and tranquil environment the view was so beautiful. I can’t thank the homeowner enough for opening his home to our family allowing us to make memories that will last us a lifetime. Our children range from 10 months to 31 years young and they all loved it. Millions of thank yous and I would tell anyone if you have a group of people that you just love being around gather them all and rent this home it truly will be worth it. We want to travel late spring or early fall just to really experience the lake😊�

Bachelor party
I highly recommend this house. It's in a great location. Very quiet and peaceful. We had 17 guys and didn't feel crowded at all. Being on the pond was great, and awesome having kayaks to go out on. There are a lot of things to do within a short distance of the house.

vacationed with entire family, [siblings, nieces, nephews and grandparents]- 24 total, and we all had a fabulous time! the owner was responsive, kind and helpful and honest. the house is as described, and the backyard and lake were wonderful- we spent most of our two days out back and on the lake. highly recommend!

Family Reunion vacation
My family reunion of 14 people (all ages) stayed in this house for 5 days , and I have to say everything was perfect. Plenty enough space for everyone to sleep and never felt crowded. We all had a blast on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boat. The kids caught many fish. There was great communication between the owner and I throughout the whole process.
