Ora prenotando per il 2020! Venerdì fatturati, evita il traffico e passa un intero weekend! Venerdì - Venerdì affitti settimanali a partire da Venerdì 26/06/20. $ 2,400 a settimana. Le spese di pulizia sono di $ 130.
Completamente rinnovato e aggiornato condominio unità terminale sul lato della baia nel cuore di Beach Haven. I nuovi aggiornamenti di quest'anno (2020) includono nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice, unità di climatizzazione a due zone e nuovi pavimenti Pergo nella zona giorno principale. Il primo piano comprende un ampio soggiorno per passare del tempo con gli amici e la famiglia alla fine di una giornata in spiaggia (3 divani e una poltrona reclinabile, 1 è un letto matrimoniale estraibile), cucina abitabile rinnovata di recente con tavolo per 6, 1 camera da letto (letto full size e doppio letto estraibile con materassi nuovi di zecca) 1 bagno completamente rinnovato di recente. Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale (letto matrimoniale, futon full size) con un altro bagno completo, armadi di grandi dimensioni e una nuovissima lavatrice / asciugatrice. Grande vialetto per parcheggiare fino a 4 auto fuori strada. Patio posteriore privato con tavolo e sedie per intrattenere all'aperto e ampia doccia esterna. Raggiungibile a piedi in TUTTE le attrazioni di Beach Havens. I migliori ristoranti dell'isola - Buckalews, Station 117, Tucker's Tavern, Black Whale, Chicken or the Egg, Uncle Will's, Parker's Garage. Raggiungibile a piedi da Bay Village e Fantasy Island, Ben & Jerrys, Mini Golf, Shopping ecc. Negozio di alimentari e liquori pieno all'angolo della nostra strada. Beach è a 5-7 minuti a piedi e può attraversare il Blvd ad una luce. Molti parcheggi pubblici sono disponibili anche in spiaggia e i bagni pubblici sono a un isolato di distanza. Vengono fornite lenzuola, un pacchetto e giochi per bambini. Può ospitare comodamente 6 adulti, più spazio per i bambini. Sono ammessi cani di piccola taglia, 2 biciclette disponibili per l'uso durante il soggiorno e lenzuola e asciugamani, quindi non è necessario imballarli!

I traveled w 9 year old grandson, son and my husband. Plenty of room. Nice to eat outside on big picnic table. Great place if you have little kids. Stocked w kid stuff. 10 min walk to beach - faster for non seniors. 5 min to town. 5 min to marina and great restaurants. So location very good.
Cons: grill grates need to be replaced - rusty.
Didn’t like having to bring all bedding including blankets, pillows etc I’ve been told it’s an LBI thing, but it made work for me.
But mostly, I enjoyed Sam’s place!

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay the week after Labor Day. LBI was still in the summer mode, as all shops and restaurants were open. The condo is comfortable and clean. It wasn't as spacious as a couple of previous renters described it, in particular, the downstairs bedroom is cramped.. And the back patio is not private, as described. The steep stairs up to the 2nd floor bedroom are a little difficult to navigate. And virtually nothing in the way of essentials is provided --- not even garbage bags. That said, the living area is very comfortable, as is the bed upstairs. The host has taken a lot of pride in decorating the rooms. The TV setup is outstanding for watching live shows and streaming. The downstairs and outdoor showers are fabulous. The kitchen has been upgraded and looks very attractive. The parking in the driveway (could fit 3-4 cards) is roomy which is a bonus considering the prime location and proximity to the stores and restaurants.

Property is brand new and it functioned accordingly. Host was very accommodating to two children, luggage and need for early checkin. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable for our needs.
