Lovely clean room. Comfortable beds. Room had air conditioning, nice bathroom and little balcony. Great to have shutters on the window to block out light and warmth. Mladen the host went out of his way and was really helpful re taxi booking and opening up after our very late arrival. Thank you.
Everything was brilliant. We didn’t have a hire car so walk into old town centre at the heat if day was challenging but we managed…was all flat.

Great host who explained everything we needed. The room is pretty small but it has what you need when you are a non-hotel person.
If you want to prepare breakfast or any other food there is not much space for that.

The accommodation is very tidy and has everything you need. The owner is very nice and will help you with everything, and will give you all the necessary information to get to know the city.

Location in quiet area. Good air conditioning. 30 minutes walk from the Old Town. Fridge, microwave and kettle provided. Private bathroom and balcony. Comfortable beds.
The room was rather cramped. It was difficult to move around it.

The rooms were super clean, nicely furnished and always cool, which was so pleasant when spending a day outside in the hot weather.
We did not meet the host in person (we were out and about in the city most of the day) but he was always reachable via text, super friendly and made sure that everything was okay during our stay. We were also able to check in late, which went extremely smoothly.
The location is a 20-30 min. Walk away from the city centre and we did not see any bus stops/ connections closeby. The walk to the city was never that difficult, but with the hot weather a bit more tiring than first expected.

Owner was the best ever! We had a really late flight back home and he let us stay in one empty apartment, all tough check-out was 10.00. Apartments were super clean, ac was working perfectly, lot of satellite channels on tv, WiFi working... Pretty much perfect stay!

The host is really friendly and willing to give you information and local tips. Our room was very small but enough for one night.
We had no hand towells and no hand soap. The beds
were unconfortable.

The owner is really really nice. I nicely answered every email and helped me .I informed him that my timing is not fix and I might come around 1 am . I reached by 1 am and saw him waiting for us and he welcomed us . I do recommend this place for your stay .

Place was very clean and the host was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and additional requests were no problem. He is almost always available to help.
The walking distance was hard because we had to walk uphill to reach the hotel. There was a microwave but there were no other options to cook.

Very nice new and clean apartments with fridge, air conditioning and balcony. The owner was friendly.
The property is quite far from the centre and the streets do not really have a side walk. It was not so pleasant to walk there after sunset.
The internet did not work in the room almost at all.

The owner is very helpful and takes care of everything, especially of quiet (so you don't have to worry about noise during the night). The time which I spent there was really nice. The room was small, but really cosy and comfortable, enough for rest and sleep. To get to the city center you have to walk or take uber/bolt, but the walk is really nice and after the first time, it's quite fast :)

The host helped us book a taxi to the airport. It takes about 10 min in taxi to centrum. There’s a supermarket 6 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was nice and clean.

For us this place were exactly what we expected. Nice small and clean room - even with a small terrasse. It is kind of a long walk into Zadar but short drive in car and you can get a cheap taxi (we used Uber). Its a very peaceful area - we felt very safe :) Host was very welcoming, kind and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again and recommend to others.
