Es hermoso, muy familiar y cómodo.
Lo único malo es que está a más de 1 hora en Tranporte público de la zona céntrica que se recorre como turista.
4.5
Es moderno y estaba limpio. Espaciosos y cómodo.

Un lugar moderno y espacioso
Un poco lejos del centro de Londres

advertised as 4 beds, there are only 3, after some back and forth with the owner a camp bed turned up, a very uncomfortable fold in half camp bed. This is not suitable as a 4th bed and had to be put up in the kitchen area.

The place is a modern apartment.
The communication could be better. No AC however fans were provided.

Excellent facilities, super clean

It was really quiet, spacious and well equipped for our family of 4. Close to all forms of transport, local small sainsburys, coffee shop and pub with great food.

Transportation: bus stops and train station very close. Easy getting around
Facilities : kitchen fully equipped.

Address not include apartment building name(Easton House) making it difficult to find. Using postal code TW8 0RR with Google map was most accurate.
Even scheduled ahead, no one waiting for me. I arrived on time and had to called several times to get someone answered. I spent total almost half hour waiting before some come to take me to apartment.
Power outlet tripped every time after boiling water using electric kettle, or portable A/C. Luckily we found the electricity main panel and reset it.
Microwave not working.
If window left open, traffic noise will wake you up.

The property is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Sara is very helpful.
The location is far from the city centre. It takes 60 to 75 minutes to reach the city centre. little slow response. No air conditioning and fan. It is difficult to stay in the heat.

the apartment was very spacious and well equipped. close to buses and tubes.
The check-in is problematic. The apartment was not ready at the stated check-in time. No address is provided so it’s confusing to find.

This is a very nice property in a fabulous location by the Kew Bridge, it just need a bit more love and care between tenants, and price could be more realistic. Very nice building on the green grounds, elevator, balcony.
Most pots don't fit the induction oven, tricky appliances and no instructions. Cleaning has room to improve, esp. floors. We stayed in a very hot time in June - propellers help move the air around, but a proper aircon would be an improvement.
3.0
Good location and apartment.
The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was poor quality. Even a two month stay couldn’t convince them to change it.
3.0
Location bit out of the way for normal transport in London area
Shortage of some supplies - ie., only 1 wine glass and 1 champagne glass, 2 teaspoons. Other cutlery and crockery okay.
Great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, but it would have been nice to have been left a little washing powder and dishwasher detergent.
Mattresses need replacing - glad there was only one person in my bed!
All first world problems,

location and size. The owners and manager worked to help us.
we liked the property but booking.com did not relay the correct requested beds to the owner so we did not get the correct size of beds.
2.5
The location was great. There is a bus stop really close by.
The check-in information was terrible. If it hadn't been for a helpful review on here that said you need to search for Easton House, TW8 0RR, I would have never found it as the owners did not give me an address with house name and postcode even though I asked them for it several times.
We were only given one key and my question whether we could possibly have a second one was ignored. This was tricky with three adults with different schedules staying in the apartment. There is no key safe to leave them in.
There is very little crockery or cutlery and only few cooking utensils, so if you are planning to do a self-catering trip, you ought to bear that in mind.
Our stay was ok, but I wouldn't book this again.

everything was fine and nice.

Location was good.. 5 minutes to train station and 15 minute walk to Kew Gardens
The check in process was not good. We were given the wrong address and then when we were given the right address they were exiting in the apartment for us and we were editing on the street. Not sure how they thought we could meet them in the apartment without the key! While process took an hour!

Location if you want to be close to Kew Gardens, about 50 min via bus / tube into London, modern apartment but sterile, ,local grocery store/ coffee place nearby. Local helper nice and responsive.
The bait and switch, was supposed to be apartment 14, we got 12, too hot and no one could set the thermostat, no instructions or manuals for appliances, nor recycling . Having to be there between noon and 6 pm to meet for key( and if we were late, pay 50 pounds cash). You will need Whatsapp to communicate, which was fine but very slow, if any response prior to getting there. Apartment also on Airbnb, so instructions confusing/ muddled.

Lovely decor, great location for Kew Gardens, Richmond and for some lovely pub restaurants on River. Really friendly and helpful communication. High spec apartment with everything you need. Spot on!
No lockbox so you have to arrange to meet someone at the apartment to get the key which was fine - just that we didn't know what time we would get there.
3.5
location. size. security.
you should have once a week cleaning in the apartment.
3.0
modern but tired
no hot water on two days, no tea spoons, no tea towels, no washing powder, no bath soap, broken blinds, difficult to find initially
3.5
The flat was in a quite and secure locality
I did not get parking as someone lost the parking sticker and the owner could not get a new one during my stay. I had to park 0.3 miles away in a public parking for which the owner refunded me the amount
4.0
Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lots of natural lights. walking distance to Kew gardens. a grocery store and Costa coffee nearby. several bus stops to central London.
no check in or check out instructions. the map on booking.com showed a different apartment building. We were confused in the wrong place for some time, until a concierge from the other building searched the post code TW8 0RR.
the kitchen lacks of basics for cooking, no salt pepper, no coffee machine, no microwave.
No hair dryer in bathroom
We were not able to turn on the stovetop, not sure if it was broken. Better ask the lady how to use kitchen appliances because you will not get much help after that

The apartment was nice enough...it had two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, and a living room...the perfect size for our family of four.
We've rented properties through Booking.com with no problems. This one was disappointing.
Our problems started when we tried to find the place. The instructions are not detailed. They did not give enough information. In one of the emails or websites for this property, the directions sent us by Uber to a location 2 miles away. It took us about 1/2 hour on our phones, standing around in the sun, to realize we were in the wrong place.
So we hired another Uber to take us to the right area. Still there, we could not find it. I called the number on the listing and the woman told me it was on Heritage Lane. We ended up going into a flat down the street and a gentleman directed us to EASTON HOUSE. Why was that not in the directions? Instead we spent $80 on Ubers to get to it.
We were met by a cleaner who gave us a brief run-down and one set of keys. (Two sets would have been helpful, since we have teenagers.) She didn't show us how to operate any of the appliances, which were VERY complicated.
I also saw no AC, and the temps in London were very hot. I had to ask about it. Someone brought in a room A/C unit with a pipe that went out the window. The property was advertised as having AC. This was not what was advertised and did not cool the property well enough.
The flat was not well outfitted. We had four towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. We had ONE DISH TOWEL. There was a washing machine but with no laundry detergent. No shampoo or soap either...and no ice cube tray!
This booking company does not seem organized. We didn't have good contact with whoever runs it, and our 1st day in London they asked us to put out a portable cot in the hallway for use by another unit. We didn't return to our flat until 11:30 p.m., so those poor people!
The stove did not work and had a huge crack in it, although my contact kept insisting it worked. The microwave was far too complicated to get to work. We had the use of just an oven for cooking; not okay!

- Location was good
- bathrooms were decently clean
- peaceful and safe location
- kitchen accessories: pots, glasses, knifes, forks, etc
- washing machine
- great internet
- no security deposit was requestes
- accomodated our request to drop the luggage before check-in was possible
- living room lightning didn't work after the first night - we also didn't contact the host about it as we travelled a lot
- hair and dirt everywhere in the living room (couch)and the large bedroom
- no hair drier
- bathroom handle was broken
- location was a bit tough to find as booking instructions are not clear and no information was send before arriving
- pictures are a bit misleading as they are a mix of 2 apartments. The one we stayed in was missing parts of the accesories in the picture or had new ones. Overall it feels these are older picture and they accurately show 90% of how the apartment looks
- no check out instructions

The apartment is full of light, and very spacious by London standards. The location, a block from the river and the Elizabeth Gate of Kew Gardens, was really pleasant. Also several lovely old pubs a short walk away.
Only 2 minute walk to overground into central London.
We were unable to get directions to the apartment despite 5 attempts, so took an Uber to the dot on the map, which at least got us within a few blocks. We eventually got there and were greeted graciously by a person who was much more positive and friendly than our initial contact (who insisted we could find the place with only a post code and the name of the building which does not show up on any map).
The washing machine was broken and we were expected to spend our vacation time waiting for the repair person. it took 2 days for the washer to get fixed.
No facility for making coffee, we bought a French press and left it for future guests. None of the little amenities that make a difference, like soap for the shower or dishwasher.
Closest underground is a 15 minute walk (for us this wasn’t a problem at all, but I imagine with kids it could be worth knowing ahead of time).

The apartment is amazing! Súper fancy, with all the necessary stuff needed for a great stay. The heating system is a plus!
Nothing about the property. The location is quite far from London center, but we already knew that when we made the reservation.
Travel by train and bus 1-2 hours each day can be a little exhausting.
3.5
the location was very favourable for transit connections. We took the “tube” every day. We were always glad to get home
the management was not responsive to requests and hard to get in touch with.

Lovely apartment and everything that was needed. Staff welcome was good, local shops, transport links great. Local pubs were great and welcoming.
A wee bit further from centre of London but booked last minute due to previous apartment cancelled, although apartment was better than the one originally booked
