Great location. The unit was well stocked on all the essentials we needed. Easy to reach owners and a very quick response to all questions. Well maintained. We will b back.!!

This cabin was the perfect spot for my wife and I. From the moment we walked in , it was clean and tidy. We were 5 minutes from Waynesville and enjoyed the town and the people. I highly recommend this cabin.

It's the little touches that make places memorable and stand out. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. When we arrived there was cookies and a card from the owners wish us a happy anniversary. Overall the cottage was great conveniently located near everything we needed and loved the Brooke sitting area. Was definitely a pleasurable experience and look forward to staying there again in the future for another romantic getaway.

This cottage was immaculate! The decor was beautiful and made the cottage feel very welcoming.
The bed was very comfortable and every detail was thought out. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. We will definitely return as this was one of the best places we have ever stayed!!!!

The property was brand new, in excellent, spotless condition. It served as a great entry spot into the Smoky mountains and activities.

Our 5 nights stay was wonderful! Dina and Carolyn were very nice and helpful. They replied to our questions and needs quickly. The place was immaculate, cozy and we have everything we need. I will stay again next time in this beautiful place.

Great experience, from the home made chocolate chip cookies and sweet anniversary card when we arrived until we checked out this morning. The owners were very accommodating, we had everything we needed and if I had a question they were very quick to reply. The cottage was extremely clean and very close to Main Street. If we come back to this area we would stay here again! Highly recommend.

The cottage was extremely clean and cozy. It has everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. After we ventured out each day we came back and got cozy by the fireplace. Our host were very kind and even left us a plate of cookies to enjoy. Everything was just as it was listed on the website. If you’re looking for a very nice place to stay I highly recommend the cottages as is close to everything.

Wonderful property! It is convenient to many areas—downtown Waynesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley and Asheville. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Brief stay in the area to visit friends in Cullowhee before heading on to Boone. Made last minute reservation and everything was perfect. The cottage was immaculately clean and exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in the door. There was even a homemade snickerdoodle bar awaiting us on the kitchen table. The property owner was friendly and responsive, she even gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place while staying in Waynesville. Great place to stay to do day trips up into Tennessee or over to Asheville. Maggie Valley right around the corner. Recharged the batteries before heading back to the grind.

This property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Nice view of the mountains, immaculately clean, convenient to everything. Carolyn and Dina were wonderful hosts. I was so pleased I'm planning to come back in October and bring a friend.

Exterior of the cabin is well maintained and inviting with a lush manicured lawn! Everything is in top shape on the inside with a guest book that provides great details on TV use and washing machine operation. Kitchen is well supplied - should you want to cook, but the cabin location is within walking distance of Hazelwood and downtown Waynesville. Great bed and a plate of arrival cookies to round out your experience. Fabulous accommodations--I hope to be able to return here soon!

Had a blast staying in this little cottage. Close to pretty much everything western NC has to offer. Downtown Waynesville is great and the Blue Ridge PKWY is right down the road. Everything is new and is in great condition.
The gas fireplace was great to have on cold nights.

Great place to explore west North Carolina
We booked this property as it met our location requirement. Halfway between Bryson City and Asheville and within a very short drive of shopping and good restaurants in Waynesville.
It all fit so well. Clean and new, with just enough room for a couple to hang out 4 nights.
Would recommend and stay here again, if in the area. Thanks to a warm cookie welcome as well!

Awesome Cottage
We highly recommend this awesome cottage in Waynesville, NC. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The whole process was seamless and the instructions at the property were easy to understand and very helpful. It’s new, has a great layout, is incredibly clean, and is very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and making some meals on the grill. The cottage is absolutely perfect for couples. My husband loved to walk across the street to the golf course to play golf in the evenings and we would also take walks there. Looking forward to staying here again when in the area!

This was a lovely, friendly home for our weeklong stay. A highlight for me was the exceptionally well-stocked kitchen, which made home-cooking meals easy. The property was clean, bright, and small but spacious, with a great view of the mountains from the front porch. We will be back next time we need a place in Waynesville!
