Stayed here 2 nights for a wedding at the Villa. There were not a lot of options in the area for a large family so this was very handy and close by. The home could use a good deep cleaning though. Internet is very poor. Could not get coffee maker to work.

The property was as advertised. It was quite comfortable. There are some "howevers". The screened in porch was great. In great weather, that is. Daytime temps were in the mid-90's. The porch was not air conditioned. There were no ceiling fans. Actually, there were none in the whole house.So we spent little time in the screened in porch. Which was the sole reason we selected this property. It stayed very hot in there into the night. Also...........there were no instructions on how to use the TV's. So we didn't use them. THh instructions for wireless internet were vague, so we didn't have that available to us. I could not locate a garage door opener. So-o-o-o............we would gladly go there again.... if the above were rectified.

House is nicely appointed and had everything needed. We enjoyed our time with family and the views of Lake Pepin.

Screened in porch offers a nice view of the lake but it was really hot. Therefore we could not stay in this part of the house long. Beds seemed old and creaked if you moved in the night and are very firm, which bothered some of our family members. TV in the living room did not work due to poor internet speeds. The basement space and tv worked fine.

Lovely place. Throughly enjoyed the views. Loved the trains passing below, and their sound lulled me to sleep. (we had train fans in our group). Location for our adventure in and around Wabasha/Kellogg area was perfect. Would suggest a working ice maker in the fridge. Also some wood for a fire pit. Anyone reading this review MUST eat at The Stonebarn pizza place! Amazing!

Smart setup, with three comfortable bedrooms and a roomy, well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living room. Most-used: the spacious, comfortable porch overlooking the Mississippi, with great views of birds and river traffic. Trains travel nearby, but think of all the goods on the move. Bonus points for pingpong table in the garage!

This property worked very well for the long weekend surrounding our son's wedding. The location was convenient to Villa Bellezza and the view was amazing. We were able to relax and enjoy our time between events. The house was extremely clean and there was enough room for the groom and his groomsmen to get dressed and ready for the wedding. Highly recommend this property and we will stay again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house was clean and the lake views were beautiful. Even with the chilly fall weather, we were able to sit on the sun porch and enjoy the lake views. The trains coming through were loud and rattling at times! But we became used to them!

The house was perfect for our stay. Every thing was clean and fully stocked. Property managers were very responsive and answered my questions in a timely matter. Definitely recommend the place!!

We had a sisters weekend in northern Wisconsin, and Lake Port house was our home base. It had plenty of room and was so easy to find. The house was clean, and our hosts had so many thoughtful touches. There was a bottle of wine, the kitchen was fully stocked. There was coffee and tea. It made it so easy to have coffee when we woke up. There was a closet of games, fire starting supplies, a dog kennel in the garage. I really felt the hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend.

Very easy

The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. It was very clean, and well-organized. There were plenty of extra towels & sheets, lots of games for the kids, firewood for the fire pit, and a binder with the location of anything else we might need, as well as suggestions for activities & dining. We couldn’t be happier.

This property is a clean, dog-friendly, group-friendly house on the northern end of the village. The VRBO description listing is accurate, as are the photographs. There is an outdoor dog kennel for large dogs attached to the garage that is partly indoors (taking up part of the garage) and partly outdoors. If you are allergic to dogs, you may want to consider that this property allows dogs before booking. The garage is attached, but there is no garage door opener for guests to use. The view from the back of the house is wonderful. The best views are from its three-season porch and kitchen table. The porch is not air-conditioned, nor does it have central heat, but there was a fan and there may have been a space heater. The house has central air conditioning and heat. The living room has a nice flat screen, it is very comfortable, and it is oriented to the front of the house; you can hear road traffic from the road. I believe the speed limit is transitioning on the road in front of the driveway from 55 mph to 30 mph (or vice versa); the road is too busy to let kids play or dogs loose in the front yard unattended. Along the river to the back of the house is a working railroad track, but the house is on a small bluff overlooking the river that is well-above the track. You can hear the trains as they pass below the house (typically, they do not blow their whistles near the village), and the trains do not block your view of Lake Pepin. The house was clean, nicely and casually appointed, similar in style to many year-round residences in the area, and it can accommodate multiple people or couples simultaneously. There is a partially finished downstairs with a washer/dryer. The internet is included in the price, but it dropped frequently on our laptops when we were there due to a poor signal. It worked fine with our cellphones, however. A storm had knocked out Direct TV the day before we arrived so we could not get cable or access the news, but we were able to connect to Netflix with the owners' help. We found the property owners friendly and easy to work with and very responsive. They clearly were interested in making our stay enjoyable, and we appreciated that very much.

This home was a perfect place to stay for our sons wedding at the Villa Bellezza. It was so clean and comfortable and the kitchen, bathrooms had everything you needed for our family. Being so close to the winery for all the wedding activities made it so much more convenience for our trips back and forth. Their are so many places to venture out to and the view of the beautiful view of Lake Pepin right from the house was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home. Bob and Pam C.

This property was a great getaway for our family, it is close by other towns to go see things and the view is amazing. The communication was amazing and they gave great suggestions on trip ideas.

My brother got married at the winery and this property is a perfect spot. So close! Basement has plenty of room if you wanted to bring air mattresses. Beautiful porch overlooking lake. Owners super responsive. Overall a wonderful weekend!

The location is beautiful and very close to the winery where we had a family wedding. So much to do near this house its a perfect vacation location.

Zane made our check in process easy, there was a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, and linen closet with linens and the listing is exactly as described. We stayed here as my now husband and I got married at Villa Belleza this weekend and it was so close in proximity, just down the street. Definitely recommend to family and friends who are attending or part of a wedding at the winery!

We used the facilities, including ping pong and foosball tables, had enjoyable forays to the region, and found the property to be clean, amply furnished, and overall it met or exceeded expectations.

The very comfortable porch and the back yard overlooking the river were better even then the pictures. Also enjoyed golf, hikes, and breweries.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The sun porch was such a great place for 6 of us to comfortably sit. The view was stunning! The managers were wonderful. Pepin area is a great place to visit.

Perfect location. Great view! Short drive to great restaurants, museum, marina. Well stocked. Bring your own games for a rainy evening or extra wood to enjoy the fire pit and view. Lovely home and hosts.
