Emplacement et propreté

Incompréhension sur la commande avec 2 lits individuels, qui a été confirmé d'abord, puis suivi plus tard d'un courrier pour annuler l'option 2 lits individuels faute de disponibilité, mais uniquement en langue coréenne, donc je n'ai pas compris. Leur rappel en anglais était trop tard, nous étions deja dans lavion CDG- Incheon, mais j'en tiens pas rigeur.

Spacious room and location is just perfect

The cleaner staff cannot speak basic English and won't wait just 5 minutes for us to prepare to go and then she can start cleaning.

日本語対応しており、部屋も東横インそのものでした。 また、大邱で唯一WOWPASSのチャージ機械があるためとても便利だと思います。

早餐～ 真的好韓國哦！ 沒有牛奶 咖啡機常出問題 只有一天有看到肉肉 我還以為我變素食者了呢⋯⋯ 其他都很好啦。

If you are interested in shopping this hotel is in a perfect location. I loved that there were inexpensive laundry facilities. The staff was very helpful as well.

The pillows were a bit stiff. As a Westerner, if I were choosing a hotel solely based on the breakfast I would not have selected this hotel.

タクシーを呼んで欲しいとスタッフさんにお願いしたところ、日本語で親切に対応してくれた点。

東城路の繁華街の中にあり、食事をするにもショッピングをするにも最高のロケーションでした。 駅にもバス停にも近く、移動するにも大変便利な上とてもリーズナブルな宿泊料。しかもお部屋は適度な広さ。 清潔で、トコジラミを心配していましたが全然大丈夫でした。 スタッフも殆ど日本が通じます。

アメニティが充実していないこと。歯ブラシ歯磨き粉や化粧水クレンジングなどは持参した方が良い。 シャンプー等はありますが質が今一つ。 しかし同ビルの階下にコンビニがあり、そこで買えるので、宿泊料のリーズナブルさを考えたら仕方ないのかも。

地點棒到爆，樓下就有7-11可以儲值Tmoney，旁邊是 SPAO可以買衣服 附近都是餐廳、小吃店、咖啡廳等等，也有超多衣服店可以逛！ 離地鐵站「半月堂」走路應該不用3分鐘 早餐很豐盛，每天都有水果跟生菜沙拉！ 在韓國不怕營養不均衡～～ 早餐阿姨們也都穿戴整潔、環境乾淨 讓人吃得很安心！

櫃檯人員英文不是很好 > < 第一天剛到的時候，廁所裡的垃圾桶旁邊還有一張前房客留下的垃圾！（如果是擦過排泄物的衛生紙感覺超噁心，但不確定是不是）

It was not my first visited. But I still fill happy with the place, staff, and any hospitality.

the checking out procedure was very difficult due to the language barrier.

The studio was big. 2min from Seomyeon station (subways Line 1 and Line 2) so very convenient.

No office desk, no staff easily available if any problems. Communication only possible throught their customer service (chat online, phone call)... We got problems for self check-in (password provided didn't match) and with air conditionner in the middle of the night and we really struggled to communicate and find a solution. It's quite complicated if you can't read Korean (for air-con, washing machine, chat online, etc).

Breakfast was authentic Korean food. It was good.

The wifi was excellent. There are plenty of shops within walking distance (do not rely on Google maps)

The bed was stiff. There was no toilet brush for when things hit the side wall.

In central location, super clean facilities, very polite employees! Everything was perfect and well organized. Would definitely go back!

Being from Europe and not familiar with the local foods and flavors, I would have preferred a greater variety of European foods at breakfast. But since the majority of the guests was local, it's totally understandable!
