I don't like because the guys there on this property not respect as . I give the guys on property 300EUR . And when am checking out the guys send 138EUR . Where is the credibility . All the gausts please Watch out for the company Because of a rig..

The house is new, clean and spacious and in a nice place. Unfortunately our expirience was bad:

Although we were warned by owner a week before departure to take a lot of things with us like salt, toilet paper, bottle openers and many others, upon arrival we found a lot of missing basic aquipment. According to booking information we should pay deposit 300 Euro upon arrival. But the owner asked us to transfer money to his account from Czech Rep. to Austriain advance, what is charged by the bank. I refused to transfer the amount and paid it in cash after arrival. On the day of departure I wanted the owner to check everything in the house and give me back my deposit. He wanted to check the house later and asked about my account number, although he had cash in his pocket. I didn't like that and I insisted on refunding the cash I gave him. I don't understand either why he charges guests for electricity € 0.70 per 1 kWh, when the price in Austria is € 0.13 - 0.23 for 1 kWh. We were asked to leave the house (except floor) clean, althought we had to pay 180 Euro for cleaning. We had our own towels and bed sheets.
