Room and interior was good....

It's located very far from the city and even location and address given in the sight is wrong....driver charged heavily just to drop there. No support facility was available as located in outskirts of the town ...wifi was not available...no staff....no tv connection...

The Property is really well maintained and is having loads of facility. The rooms are spacious and clean. But the worst part is the location, it is in an isolated area, even you have to travel 8-10 kms for a restaurant, pharmacy or a decent shop. No bus stand, cab stand, autos are available nearby. You are completely cut off from the mainstream City of Bhubaneshwar and tourist would never like to stay so far away from the city. No ola and uber cabs are willing to drop to the property location even at 8 pm. I have to shed about 2000 bucks extra only in the name of travelling to the main city from the property and this makes the whole stay unpleasant and frustrated. Also the property owner will give a lots of Don'ts than Do's during your stay. Booking.com does not provided information regarding extra payment for use of Kitchen. If you somehow happens to stay there you have to use the kitchen because you don't have any nearby restaurants, dhabas, eating joints infact road side chai walas to go out for having a break fast, lunch or dinner, TOTALLY IN A OUTSKIRT AREA.
