Una deliziosa villa con piscina privata in una piccola e tranquilla domaine, a 15 minuti da Cannes e le spiagge. La villa dispone di una completa privacy e una vista mozzafiato sul parco naturale e piccoli villaggi sulle colline circostanti. Sulla grande terrazza del giardino paesaggistico sotto architettura è rilassarsi sui letti di lusso, il letto a baldacchino o a tavola. Tipica villa provenzale dispone di quattro camere da letto spaziose e accoglienti: 2 al piano terra e uno al primo piano, ognuna con bagno privato e aria condizionata. Nel seminterrato si trova la camera da letto 4, anche con bagno privato. Il soggiorno è molto spazioso e confortevole. La cucina è completamente in stile provenzale e dotate di tutti i moderni elettrodomestici.
La villa dispone di un ampio viale e parcheggio per 4 auto. Si entra nella sala spaziosa, con una vista diretta nel soggiorno accogliente ed elegante. C'è un camino, TV con tutti internazionali (anche olandese!) canali e un tavolo da pranzo per otto persone. Naturalmente c'è la connessione wifi. Dal soggiorno vi è stato che domina la valle e Grasse. Attraverso le grandi porte aperte si sale sulla terrazza. Al riparo della tonalità c'è un grande tavolo all'aperto per otto persone. Una grande griglia a gas è pronto per l'uso.
La piscina di 75 (!) m2 è circondata da un ampio terrazzo dove il giorno si possono trovare sole. Lungo la piscina è sulla grande terrazza zonnebeden lussuose e confortevoli e un letto a baldacchino. La piscina è dotata di un sistema di allarme.
La cucina è tipicamente provenzale, e ben attrezzata con tutti i tipi di attrezzature. Ovviamente con forno, microonde e lavastoviglie, ma ad esempio anche una macchina Nespresso con cappuccinatore, frullatore ecc
Nella sala è una toilette separata e attraverso il corridoio per raggiungere le prime due camere da letto. 1 camera da letto spaziosa, con letto king size e patio porte alla terrazza e piscina. Vi è ampio spazio armadio. Il bagno adiacente ha un bagno, doccia separata, lavabo, wc e bidet. Due camere da letto ha un letto king size e patio porte al giardino. Il bagno privato dispone di un lavandino e doccia.

We booked this nice villa for a week for two families with two kids each (between 4 and 7), so 8 persons in total.
The villa is really nice. It had everything we needed: The kids loved and pool (so did we), malls/backeries are close by (car is required, no walking distance), visits to cities like Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, Grasse or even Monaca can be done easily. It is all quite at night and the view is amazing.
Communication with the owner was easy, always friendly and informative. The checkin and checkout service via the agency professional.
Only thing to consider (as other people also worte): The bedroom in the cellar is pretty hot and was to scary for our kids, so we put the mattresses in the kids bedroom and all four kids sleept in one room - which worked :)
Definitely worth it and a big recommendation from us.

The villa is very very nice, and our stay overall was just great. Would recommend it for any family w/ kids (or, as in our case, two families of four). Three very good bedrooms (we did not use the basement room), an amazing pool and patio area, a nice traditional kitchen and a spacious living room. The villa is in a quiet, tranquil neighbourhood, and has an amazing view to the mountains. The city of Mouans-Sartoux, which is so nice and relaxed, and has plenty of high end food and delicacy shopping options close by.

Very spacious living area, kitchen and bedrooms. We love the large dining table inside and in the covered patio - we used it a lot! The pool was good size, lots of outside seating with wonderful panoramic views. We like the sectional sofa, the kitchen with an island and lots of counterspace. Lots of kitchenware for our family of 8. The gate is a little tight to get in and out of and we're not that close to food places for quick run for food.
The host is wonderful to work with and responded promptly. They provided us with lots of information before our arrival, they were there to meet us and see us off. We would definitely stay here again if we have another chance.

Rustic French Countryside Retreat
The views... wow the views are incredible from the beautifully landscaped backyard entertaining area of this home. Everything in the backyard is perfectly done from the oversized infinity pool to the relaxing lounge seating under a tree. The only negative are the flies. They quickly attract to the table when you're trying to eat outside and then they'll come inside if you leave the doors open.
The home is very private as you have to pass through a main gate for the street and then another gate for the home itself. Lot of security although I dont think security is a concern. The French love their privacy!
The inside of the home is spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms have AC (temps were above 90 degrees) however the public spaces (living room, kitchen, etc) do not so it can get quite warm inside. The kitchen and bathroom are classic old school French charm so beware if you're expecting something more modern.
The location is very close to many cities/towns/villages as well as supermarkets and everything else you need. Because the home is perched at the top of a hill, driving to/from can be a little intimidating as you have to drive on narrow roads around sharp bends. Fortunately it seems like everyone is careful.
All in all, I would recommend this home and would stay again.

Slice of heaven
The villa was amazing. Breathtaking views, spacious, clean and very well stocked for all of our needs. The owners had everything detailed and laid out. Annalisa, the property manager was incredible! Very attentive and helpful in ensuring we were at home.
We needed to be in Cannes and securing transport was a little difficult, especially with the security gates at the property. But it was a minor inconvenience and well worth it to stay at the Villa.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour en famille. La propriété est très agréable, notamment la piscine et la terrasse. On peut y passer toute la journée à profiter de la vue sur la forêt aux alentours.

10 Tage Erholung pur
Wir haben die Villa zu viert (zwei junge Paare) bewohnt, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Pool ist riesig und die Zimmer & Badezimmer sauber.
Als einzigen Nachteil möchten wir den Nachbar melden, er kam zweimal um zu sagen die Musik sei zu laut, obwohl es mitten am Tag war, und die Musik wirklich nicht laut war. Die Umgebung ist grundsätzlich sehr ruhig. Jedoch fliegen täglich sehr viele Privatflugzeuge über den Hügel, daher fanden wir es nicht angebracht bei ein bisschen Musik (am Nachmittag an einem Werktag) gleich zu reklamieren.
Wir würden den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Aangename vakantie achter de rug! Heel duidelijke en interessante info door eigenaars. Enkel de vierde kamer in de kelder vonden wij niet bruikbaar: onaangename geur en ongezond. Wij hebben deze kamer bijgevolg niet gebruikt. De keuken was netjes, maar slordig (achtergelaten materiaal door vorige huurders). Voor de rest een droom, zowel voor volwassenen als voor kinderen.

Ein wunderbares Objekt in traumhafter Lage
Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht schöner sein können. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, mit liebevollen Details und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich ist atemberaubend und sehr durchdacht angelegt und möbliert. Die Eigentümer haben hier eindeutig sehr viel Zeit und Herz investiert. Die generelle Lage ist einfach traumhaft, sowohl was die unmittelbare Umgebung (Natur pur) angeht als auch die Nähe zum Meer und den nahegelegenen Städten.

An idyllic Villa with wonderful views and not overlooked.
We had a wonderful holiday in this more than adequate and spacious villa. Situated close to Cannes it made day trips to St Tropez, Monaco and the surrounding area very accessible. The swimming pool and gardens were lovely and we enjoyed total privacy whilst making use of them. We highly recommend this property for a family holiday in the South of France.

Heerlijk huis, fantastische dagen gehad
Heerlijk huis. Alle kamers zien er goed verzorgt uit, bedden zijn allemaal uitstekend.
In de keuken is alles aanwezig om eventueel zelf te gaan koken. Er is een tafeltennis tafel aanwezig, onze kinderen (15, 20) hebben zich daarmee prima vermaakt. Kortom wij hebben hier fantastische dagen gehad en zullen zeker nog een keer terug komen.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this villa in Mouans-Sartoux. The house was beautifully presented and spacious with a good layout. We particularly enjoyed the outside space - the garden, the terrace and the swimming pool and the beautiful view of the forest. The villa was conveniently located with many interesting villages, towns and cities near by. The manager was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful house, superb location
We've stayed in this wonderful villa for the second time, with a group of friends. Again we were struck with the green, peaceful surroundings.The beautiful garden has different places to relax, so we enjoyed our breakfast outside in the morning sun, cocktail hour by the (good-sized) swimming pool, barbecuing on the patio. Or playing cards inside the (huge!) living room on chilly nights. The bedrooms are modern, big and comfortable. Of course we visited Grasse (wonderful market), Gourdon (one of the most beautiful places of France), Cannes (big food market), Valbonne and Mougins. Had such a great time, we recommend this villa to everyone!

Clean, recently refurbished with emphasis on comfort. Most rooms on one floor which is really easy when using pool, kitchen. Deckchairs and separate seating areas, terrace nicely protected from sun for great lunch or dinner. Safe and secluded area. Not cheap but good service an worth the expense. Highly recommended

Comfortabele villa met prachtig uitzicht.
Wat een ervaring om in deze villa de vakantie door te brengen. Beneden een grote ruimte waar wij ons snel op ons gemak voelden. Ook de praktische
keuken met uitzicht op de tuin en de heuvels beviel ons. We troffen alles schoon en opgeruimd aan.
Op de slaapkamer heerlijke matrassen, waar we na een vermoeiende dag , goed konden ontspannen.
s Morgens konden we op het balkon direct genieten van het uitzicht.Daarna het ruime terras op om ons ontbijt te nemen.
Was dat niet mogelijk, dan gingen we aan de grote tafel zitten . De ruimte binnen is licht; dat geeft een prettig gevoel.
De ligging: Mouans- Sartoux is een levendige stad, waar we regelmatig van onze eerste espresso genoten, als we boodschappen gingen doen.
Fijn dat de supermarkten en andere winkels dichtbij lagen.
De omgeving van Mouans - Sartoux is de moeite waard.We hebben prachtige tochten gemaakt.
Ook de kustroute is aan te bevelen.
Wij kijken terug op een heerlijke vakantie.

Mooi gelegen luxueuze vakantievilla
Heerlijk rustig aan de rand van Mouans-Sartoux gelegen ruime, luxe villa met vrij uitzicht op de omliggende bossen en in de verte op het schilderachtig op een berg gelegen Grasse. Vanuit de ouderslaapkamer en de grote living op de begane grond rechtstreeks toegang naar zeer ruim terras met groot zwembad. Groot grasveld langs zwembad en terras om van het heerlijke klimaat en uitzicht te genieten. Fraaie tuin rondom. Ruime keuken met alle voorzieningen eveneens toegankelijk vanaf terras. Prettige ruime slaapkamers met heerlijk liggende matrassen en aansluitende separate ruimtes voor toilet, douches en wastafels (bad bij ouderslaapkamer). Zeer grote garage in souterrain met was- en droogruimte. Villa keurig schoon en goed (als nieuw) onderhouden. Veel plezier gehad van de handleiding van de eigenaren voor gebruik van de villa en de beschrijving van toeristische tips. Dankzij de prima snelwegen in en om Mouans-Sartoux heen waren wij snel in Cannes en ook van en naar de A8 met in de directe nabijheid Antibes en Nice en in de andere richting Frejus en St. Raphael. Mouans-Sartoux is een heel aardig stadje met ruime mogelijkheden voor de keuze van restaurants en allerlei benodigde dagelijkse voorzieningen. Ook het achterland met plaatsen als bijv. Pegomas, Grasse, Valbonne en Gourdon is aantrekkelijk voor bezoek. Deze heerlijke vakantievilla is zeker aan te bevelen voor iedereen om tot welverdiende rust te komen en te genieten van het heerlijke klimaat van de Cote d'Azur.
