The villa, which can comfortably accommodate 2 to 12 people, is an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2019 on the border between eastern Liguria and northern Tuscany, a few steps from the Cinque Terre.
The villa has been carefully restored and renovated to offer all the comforts, including a splendid outdoor pool with SALTY water. The interior design is characterized by antique furnishings and decorative paintings, lovingly chosen by the owner, to stay in style with the traditional architectural context.

Located in a privileged position on a hill, surrounded by chestnut, cherry and olive trees, the villa also a playground for the kids.
The entire villa has an air conditioning system and piped music with MP3 in every room, as well as a professional digital alarm system and 2 large safes.
Externally we find in addition to the pool, a magnificent BEACH VOLLEY field and in the basement a SPA, with gym, sauna and a big Jacuzzi.
The location of the house offers a superb view, which embraces both the Apuan Alps inland and the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean from the islands of the Gulf of La Spezia to the lighthouse of the Port of Livorno. The whole area enjoys a pleasant temperate microclimate, while the villa itself boasts a sunny position, basking in the sun all day long.
Its idyllic and peaceful solitude will ensure that your stay is truly out of this world!

ACCOMMODATION
On the ground floor, the entrance offers a large living room with an antique stone fireplace and wooden beam ceiling, perfectly equipped to ensure excellent comfort with a 55" TV and home theater, whose color scheme harmoniously integrates with the twentieth century style and the traditional Tuscan stone and terracotta floor.
The room also has a large digital safe.
From the living room there is access to a large terrace with electric and air-conditioned pergotenda that allows you to eat outside, enjoying an excellent view.
Available for guests a large wood-fired barbecue ideal for preparing wonderful dinners.
The kitchen is equipped with original Carrara white marble worktops and a rustic design sink complete with modern appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, American coffee maker and a oven).
The dining area is equipped with a large table, chairs and rustic style benches.
On request, the living room can have a comfortable double sofa bed.
From the living area you can reach the upper floor through a beautiful stone staircase, obtained from the nearby quarries of cardoso, where we find the accommodation of 2 suites and a triple room, extremely comfortable and furnished to the smallest detail with elements of excellent quality such as pillows and mattresses in MEMORY FOAM.
The IMPERIAL SUITE can accommodate up to 4 people and offers the guests a double bed, as well as a comfortable double "foldaway" bed. The room is incredibly bright thanks to the 3 windows, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of La Spezia, the Island of Elba, Corsica and the beautiful Tuscan coast with Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
The STANDARD SUITE is furnished with a comfortable double bed, in addition to a single "foldaway" bed and on request offers the possibility of being equipped with a cot / crib for younger guests. The room also has a large digital safe.
The third bedroom with the possibility of a precious access directly from the outside of the house, has a bunk bed with 2 single beds and one "foldaway", as well as a large covered terrace.
The villa also has a basement, a well-equipped gym and a wonderful sauna, as well as a bathroom with shower and a laundry area, with washing machine and dryer. Outside, however, we find a covered terrace.

The villa offers satellite and INTERNET TV in every room, CD / DVD player and free Internet access, PRECIOUS bed linens and high quality bedspreads, as well as embroidered towels are also provided.

EXTERNAL AREA
Surrounded by shady trees and fully furnished with umbrellas, lounges and other garden furniture, the huge private park is the perfect place to sunbathe or dine outdoors.
A second more intimate terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and sofas, is another perfect spot for relaxing outdoors. In addition to these, the warm waters of the inviting outdoor pool allow you to swim at your leisure with a beautiful view in a natural environment, surrounded by orchards and aromatic plants.
The owners and the highly qualified staff are always happy to help with advice and assistance, if necessary, in full respect of privacy.

POSITION
The Villa is located a short distance from the main places of naturalistic or historical and artistic interest of Liguria and Tuscany, such as: the medieval city of Sarzana (10 minutes); the villages of the Cinque Terre; the Gulf of Poets; Lerici; Portovenere; Portofino; the Apuan Alps and the white marble quarries of Carrara (20 minutes by car); the beaches of Versilia (30 minutes by car); the famous Tuscan cities of Pisa (40 minutes by car), Lucca (30 minutes by car) Florence (1 hour); 2 hours from the fashion city of Milan and 4 hours from ancient Rome.

Many other pristine beaches dotted along the nearby coast are accessible by car in about 15 minutes. Regular daily ferry services operate from the local ports of Lerici, La Spezia and Marina di Carrara (15 km away) to the Gulf of Poets, to Portovenere, the Cinque Terre villages, Portofino, and Genoa.
