L'appartamento si apre sul giardino della nostra casa edoardiana, sopra la città vecchia di Hastings. La camera da letto principale ha un comodo letto a baldacchino, la seconda camera ha letti a castello a baldacchino! L'appartamento ha una cucina moderna con lavastoviglie, un bagno con cabina doccia e un grazioso soggiorno con porte finestre e un accogliente fuoco a gas 'vivente carbone' per scaldarti dopo una passeggiata d'autunno tonificante. L'appartamento è ideale per quattro persone, ma il divano nel soggiorno si trasforma in un piccolo letto matrimoniale per uno o forse due. C'è molto da fare in ed intorno a Hastings. La città vecchia, il lungomare e il parco nazionale sono tutti a pochi passi di distanza, quindi, che tu sia alla ricerca di caccia antica, pettinatura da spiaggia o passeggiate spassose, sei sicuro di trovare molte cose per tenerti occupato. Camminando per la città vecchia fino al mare e la Galleria Jerwood impiega circa 15 minuti.

Despite having probably the worst weather in months and Hastings flooding, we had a lovely time. Apartment is a quirky period place with an enormous main bedroom and large living room. Owners were lovely and kept the property lovely and warm, really needed in the awful rain and wind.
Garden is beautiful, even in the rain.
There are stairs down to the apartment, just a note in case you have mobility issues.
Thankyou very much to Claire and Andrew for a relaxing long weekend.

Second time we’ve stayed with Clare and Andrew as made so welcome on our last trip and this time was no different. The property is spotlessly clean and less than 15 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town. Great place to stay

We love walking and enjoyed the nature reserve, the coastline, Hastings old town and buslines within walking distance from the house.

A nice English stay over on our stop in Hastings. The location is beautifull, and a 10-15 minute walk brings to to the old hasting city center, from which you can reach all the attractions. Housing was clean and sufficient for the stay.

I chose this accommodation because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. The hosts were very friendly. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. In the kitchen was everything you needed. The garden is beautiful and it was wonderfull to have breakfast or just to sit there. We felt very comfortable.

Great property for a stay just near enough the old town and seafront to not having to take the car, kids loved the bunk bed and apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed. Friendly owners, we had a fab time.

A really charming, quirky property. We loved the hideaway feel, the high ceilings and general character. We had everything we needed, parking was easy and the walk into town, though steep, was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful apartment
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and made for a very relaxing and peaceful respite for our family after several days in London. The owners were very kind and attentive and the apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to shops and pubs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hastings.

Beautiful clean bright and spacious self catering accommodation in a quiet location but near all the amenities that Hastings has to offer. Added bonus of doors from sitting room opening out on to a veranda overlooking a lovely garden. Friendly hosts and good communication about booking and any problems.

Comfy beds with quality bed linen, good shower and delightful lounge looking over the beautiful garden. Would have liked to have walked to the old town and seafront but the weather was too bad unfortunately. A short drive takes you to the front and the quaint old town with an array of antique shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Very happy in Old Hastings
My partner and I stayed for a weekend break at the end of April and a had a lovely relaxing time. Flat is light and airy, clean, modern with a very comfortable 4 poster bed. Lounge opened out onto a peaceful garden, great for drinks as the sun went down. Well situated for visits to Battle, Rye and to walk into Old Hastings. Would definitely recommend at least a weekend as plenty to see and do. Thank you Andrew and Clare.

This was our second stay at the property and we loved it as much as our first. Large French windows open onto a sheltered patio area above the beautiful garden. We spent most evenings here enjoying the garden views, fresh air and peace & quiet. The main bedroom and living room are huge with lots of natural light, beds are comfortable and separate WC very practical. Our children were delighted that the property has Netflix! The kitchen is small but functional, and has all necessary appliances. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the Old Town but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The hosts who live in the house above the swlf-contained flat are friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive. We hope to return again soon!
