Bardzo mili właściciele. Super, że rano można zjeść coś na śniadanie przed wyjściem - właścicielka zawsze zostawia świeże pastel de nata i bułki oraz różne słodkie smarowidła. Pokój w porządku, nastepnym razem wybrałabym jednak taki z podwójnym łóżkiem i balkonem - wtedy byłoby idealnie 😊

Very little aircirculation in communityspaces wich made especially the bathrooms very hot and steamy to be in.

I’m Portugal it is rare to be welcomed and shown around the property when you stay at local guesthouse, so that was appreciated. Everything was very clean and there were enough shared toilets for the number of rooms that I never had to wait. Breakfast was simple but had lots of nice condiments to enjoy on the fresh bread.

It’s a bit far from the center when you’re walking in the heat, but it’s doable.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Well positioned with plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Only a 10 minute taxi or 20 minute bus to the airport. The provided breakfast was of a good quality.

The location was good. The whole building had a really unique look and feel. The kitchen was fully equpped and we got some great breakfast there. Its so beautiful that we managed to make a small photo session haha :D

We stayed one night after arriving at Faro airport. The accommodation was very comfortable and within walking distance of the old town. The "simple breakfast" - was great and much appreciated.

Nice twin room in a quiet part of town. Easy to walk to other parts of the town and there are some nice restaurants and bars nearby. It's a 7 minute drive from the airport and 10 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was good and the hosts were friendly. I would happily return!

An excellent homely guest house close to the airport and the train station, for anyone looking for travel connections. The room I had was very comfortable and the communication was excellent throughout!

As far as I could see, few rooms had private bathrooms, but I may be wrong.

We really enjoyed our stay at the À da Avó Guesthouse ! Lovely place with loads of cute decor objects. Our suite room was clean, with private bathroom (en-suite), a kitchenette & AC. The location is perfect : 8-10 minutes by car (we paid 7-8€ for uber) from the Faro Airport and 5-10 min of walk to the city center. If you’re an early bird I recommend to have a breakfast in the guesthouse, as not many cafes around will be open.

We had Suite 8 which had everything and more for a great stay in Faro. Very comfy room with a lot of space, inluding a kitchen and very clean bathroom and toilete. The guesthouse is located ony 10 minutes from downtown Faro and the train station with plenty opportunities to eat out or take the train. It was very clean and the thanks to the house rules it is not noisey.

Excellent place to stay. Our queen ensuite was very spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and super clean. The breakfast was generous and delicious. And to top it off, the staff working there were so friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay, cute, colorful with nice breakfast ! We had a big room with our own private bathroom.

The location is 10 minutes away from Faro Airport by Bolt (7€ or so). Easy to find. Clean house, clean bathroom, breakfast room was amazing. There were Pasteis de Nata, bread, butter, fresh fruits, milk and coffee at the breakfast. Towels and water are provided in the bedroom. In my experience it's not as noisy as some reviews said. Air conditioning also works very well. Check in was smooth, Raquel was also very responsive to our messages.

The double bed was rather narrow (120cm wide I suppose).

Not a negative as Bathrooms very clean at all times but I booked a room without a shower room I would book room with shower next time.

Very nice stay in a lovely house. We loved complementary breakfast. All guests were very respectful to each other. Also location was close to everywhere. Overall very good experience and good value for the money.

Maybe only that we couldn't really enjoy the back garden as the staff told us one of the dogs owner has is not very friendly.

A beautiful house in a very convenient location and walking distance to Bus & Train station. Local bus stop to Faro airport and beach. An exceptionally clean house with lovely friendly and helpful staff. A perfect complimentary breakfast with fresh rolls, croissants, juices and coffee every morning. Great value for money and we used this as our base while we visited Lagos, Tivera and Loule on our daily excursions. We will be back. Many thanks

We would definitely upgrade to one of the bigger suites on our next visit.
