Nicely decorated and a perfect view of the Mar de Cortez.

It's not anything we didn't like but a suggestion. Have written instructions in English & Spanish to connect with the tv and stove function. We had to have the office people come and in a few seconds showed us what to do. With instructions, no problem.

Location was awesome. Beach front what more could you ask for. Room was a bit on the small side.

The location is great. You are literally on the beach. Tons of restaurants and bars are close by and the pool area is ample.

The shower water was not very hot. The location seems to be a hot spot for families, so many people are up early and making noise (which you will definitely hear). Kids running, spouses yelling, etc.

We hadn’t water in the shower because the owner didn’t do the maintence. The plumber came in the morning and he showed us the problem: a filter

I asked for two bedrooms. I checked with booking.com that friends could join us for a few days. There was a king and a queen bed both in one room with no door. Our friends had to seek and pay for alternative accommodation. The book in the room said that it was occupancy for six. There were only four towels. When we asked that the Room could be cleaned and the bed linen changed after one week, the proprietor told us that it was a condo not a hotel and it wouldn’t be cleaned until we left. We had to hire a cleaning company. There were lots of other major annoyances. The wifi was sporadic at best, we needed to find a restaurant with good service every day. Yesterday they sent us a list of things to do before we left. We didn’t receive it until late in the afternoon when we were able to get wifi service.

Fernanda and Laura were ultra accommodating...even when we asked to stay an extra night the day of checkout, they got us a room!

Excellent location, kind of a private beach and close to restaurants and bars (no walking distance tho). The view from the bed was amazing, the condo itself is really good, the bed was really comfy

just a few parking spots were paved, at least for the building I was staying on.

Everything but what I loved the most was the view from the balcony in my room.

I didn't like that the cleaning ladies thought I lost a towel that they didn't even put in my room in the first place.

Excellent view and very nice weather. It was clean and the sheets were comfortable.

You need to upgrade shower and kitchen faucet. There was not enough pressure in the kitchen faucet

The internet only worked for a few hours, the sliding door to the terrace didn’t lock.

My mom lives in san carlos, it was nice to have a bit of alone time while on vacation.

I would suggest having a blow dryer in the room. Other than that it was a delightful stay.

location and access information not provided until the last minute. communication in Spanish was a drawback. use of What’s App without informing us, to communicate delayed access.

Pros: The view is one of the best I have seen in my life. Very awesome and European feel. We saw 6 dolphins swimming in the bay from the balcony. The access to the bar/ restaurant next door is accommodating. The location to attractions nearby couldn't be beaten. If you have a sense of adventure and small things don't bother you then you'll like the place and your time there.

Cons: The bathroom had paint peeling, there was a bit of mold, the balcony was not kid-appropriate. The water pressure is not good. The hot tub was warm and dirty. It was almost always occupied by kids as the pool was cold. Beach is super rocky. The wifi didn't work well, and you absolutely need to make sure you have WhatsApp to check in. The only way they like to communicate with their guests.
