We had a wonderful stay in this spacious clean unit. The beach front view from the balcony is amazing. The wrap around balcony a plus. I would recommend this unit.

The NE corner fourth floor condo had the best view of the beach, waves, and two rocket launches during our stay. The path to the beach (with a ramp or stairs option) allowed beach wheel chair access for one guest. Lots of space and seating for all the family. Easy access with codes to lobby and condo 401. Access and departure c Could not have gone smoother.

this is a great beach front location with an AMAZING view. We even saw a rocket launch from the deck while we were enjoying our stay in Cocoa Beach.

Only 2 issues, garbage disposal did not operate and was not repaired, and ants on carpet in front bedroom. 🙄 Kitchen, balcony, views, proximity to beach excellent! Please consider moving couch to face balcony and beach. Thank you! Anne

We have rented units at this property many times over the years. The view from the wrap around balcony is spectacular. The location is great--right on the ocean, just a few blocks from Ron Jons and about a mile from the pier. The units are always clean with treats such as wine, coffee and snacks provided. The units are well maintained and extremely spacious, with a walk in pantry and large laundry room. The kitchen is well appointed but hasn't been updated. The bed linens are a little tired, and the kitchen ware is what you would expect in a rental, but overall we love the property and will keep going back.

The view was spectacular and the space was so large and spacious. We truly watched the sunrise every morning and walked the beach every day. Close to everything but felt so private. Highly recommend

Our family of 4 enjoyed a 3 night stay over spring break. Even our picky teens approved of the condo, proximity to the beach, and things to do in Cocoa Beach! The pictures and description online are accurate-the condo really is as big as it looks and was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach! Would definitely recommend for families! It did require quite a bit of up and down the stairs or elevator to get to/from the beach, garage, etc but worked well for us.

This unit has to have the best views in Cocoa Beach. You have ocean views from the living room, dining room and the kitchen along with the outside wrap around balcony. A short walk to the beach was a plus. The unit is large and provides all the essentials which made our stay perfect. It has a small pool included but we are a beach family didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Parking is provided in a parking garage which is very convenient and has hotel carts to load your luggage. The only suggestion would to be replacing the combo lock on the storage unit in the garage. We had trouble to open it and to close the lock. Overall if we were to come back to Cocoa Beach this would be are first choice.

Overall we enjoyed being together in one place instead of in hotel rooms. Our main objective was to go to the Kennedy ndo Space Center which was about a 30 minute ride from the condo. That worked out great. We spent one day on the beach which was great. The view of the beach and ocean from the condo is spectacular. A few things to note: Entering and leaving the property are a little cumbersome: Opening the lockbox at the front door and having to pull the car out of the garage and return the garage door opener and the key. There was no guide or instructions to use either TV. There are 3 frying pans that used to be teflon that need to be replaced. There were only 3 washcloths in the condo and the towels were like sandpaper. There was no soap in the shower in the master bedroom.

Clean; modern; ideally located right on the beach. Well south of the public beaches though even they were not overcrowded even though it was spring break. I will rebook this unit for next year

Facilities were clean and plenty of room for 7 people. At checkout I did tell the housekeeping staff that there were issues with the dryer, ice maker andrecliner not working properly. Also the lock on the front door was easy to lock but was difficult to unlock. Like the lock is getting worn out. These would not stop us from staying there again. The stay was outstanding. I would highly recommend the condo.

Great location. Spectacular view. AC, ceiling fans, and hot water worked. Kitchen and bathrooms nice. Furniture, mattresses, linens, and cookware need replacement. Advertises that it sleeps 8 but really only sleeps 5.

If we had paid half of what we did for this condo, I'd be raving about it. Ocean views were great and the condo was probably amazing a decade ago. But it has not been maintained. There were so many little things, here are just a few: toilet paper holder off the wall, dryer didn't work properly, tile chipped, boardwalk was splintery, not enough place settings in the kitchen, no beach umbrella, front door rusted. I expected much better for the price we paid.

Easy to rent, simple communication, and honestly exceeded expectations! Very spacious, squeaky clean and updated. The beach was semi-private (uncrowned and clean) and we had access to beach chairs and other supplies for free. The 180 degree ocean views were a hit for all of us but especially for my older parent who was not comfortable walking on sand but wanted to be close to the water. The interior is fully updated and has super flexible bedroom options (we used all beds and rooms). We walked to the shops and had easy access to great restaurants. The AC worked great. The pool is on the smaller side but we were here for the Ocean and my 10 YO son was just fine with the size. Kudos to this owner and thank you for a special, much needed post-lockdown vacation. It was a pleasure connecting 3 generations in your property!

Unit was amazing. Great views, spacious and we'll stocked kitchen. Only small negative: Floor could have been cleaned better, needed to have been swept.

This property was very spacious with modern appliances and furniture. It was very clean with a great view of the ocean and large wrap around balcony. We really enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of cruise ship sightings and Kennedy Space Center is visible off in the distance as well. Easy beach access. Clean accommodations with very prompt and helpful management.
