great location ,very attentive staff who were always there and very helpful, very good quality food in the restaurant and reasonably priced breakfast also very nice ,

The air-conditioning in the room was more or less non-existent, probably turned off to save electricity. My friends room was exactly the same had to spend the whole night with the patio door open, which was very noisy.

Very good breakfast. Individual ski lockers for each which were excellent and heated. On site ski hire and free ski shuttle bus ( certain times in the morning and afternoon). Excellent room and view.

The layout of the hotel was unusual - the lifts from the underground car park/ski lockers stopped on the ground floor and then you had to walk through the restaurant areas to get to other area's of the hotel. Similarly the same lifts were used to access some of the hotel rooms. The on site bar was a bit like a McDonald's cafe - very bright lights and mainly cafe style tables and chairs - and little re-organisation of the sofa's into the bar and more atmospheric lighting would make it a place to stay for a drink. The only access when you are wearing ski boots is via the underground car park - which is great if you are using the shuttle bus but a hassle if you are going to walk to the ski lift. Finally a great pool area - but has to be reserved due to covid restriction - bizarre when there are no restrictions anywhere else in the hotel.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff was pleasant. The location is great and has a quick walking access to Mont Black skyway.

The breakfast / dinner could include more variety. The elevator to upper floors is only reachable through the middle of the restaurant.

it was new and near the ski lif in front there is the bus stop to Courmayeur waitress at dinner and breakfast (older people) were instead competent and client oriented.

Everything. very very bad organized. I wrote several email before reaching the hotel and no one aver replied. when I called therefore by phone the told me that they were to busy with work to answer to write an email (and when I was there they had nothing to do). and then never replied. dinner not so bad but also not so good, same for breakfast. room very cold and no way to adjust it and when I told they said they would have come and never did. the ski room is on the -2nd foor but it is so difficult to get to it from outside you have to enter the hall to get to the lift and go to the ski room (you could access from the garage outside but access is forbidden unless you pay 15 euros per day for the garage). check out is at 10 generally iti is at 12. spa. and swimming pool only if you book it via app but you cannot access app until you do the check in and my brother got the check in at 17 and at that time there was no place anymore available. booking needed for covid but there is no covid emergency anymore. everything is accessible with your room key (ski room) so when you check out at 10 you cannot use this facility. I will never go to this hotel anymore unless they change the setting. it is managed by very very young people that it looks they do not know their job. In example the first day I called the reception saying we were in the back in from of the garage to get to the ski room asking how I could access that door was closed and she stayed at the phone without answering!!!! she was there and not replying amazing!!! did not even come to the garage to check. not very competent.

Breakfast was excellent and location really close to the cable car

Most of the staff are not too friendly and barely spoke English , but that's OK, not be able to speak English, but at least be nice and gentle, the first morning I went to the reception and asked for the gym because I couldn't find it and the receptionist was very rude , I think because he didn't know where the gym was he just just gestures like no no no. Like no gym in the hotel and the gym was really close to reception and the other two mornings on the breakfast, my name wasn't in the list and the guy was very rude , my booking included breakfast but the staff kept looking at us with kind of doubts . Friendly staff do not seem well trained regarding basic hotel practices, procedures and efficiency? As Alexey said in an earlier review - you almost need to be a Magician to book a table for dinner. Once secured, Dinner was a rushed affair with mediocre cuisine. Hold your plate down if you haven’t finished - waiting staff are keen to remove them ASAP!! Great potential to be a superb Hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The view of Mont Blanc from our balcony was stupendous

The food in the dining room both at breakfast and dinner was subpar. We were especially disappointed with our dinner meal. We chose to eat from the menu instead of the buffet and were told to go get our selections from the buffet. Many items we had ordered were missing from the buffet and the service staff had no way to make substitutions. A very bad system and our meal was very expensive

The spa was extremely good and although the hotel is not in the centre of the town it is almost at the foot of Mont Blanc and so close to the SkyWay entrance- excellent!

We liked the room, bathroom and balcony with a view.

We booked this hotel as it had indoor parking a pool and it’s own restaurant. We couldn’t use any of them. We were only staying a night after a long drive so we wanted a quick cool down swim and didn’t want to have to go out to find somewhere to eat. We arrived at 7.45pm and was told there was no space to park in their covered parking or outside, even though we had requested a parking space for our vintage car. We had to park in the exposed gondola car park up the road. The pool closed at 8pm and didn’t open again until 3pm, so we couldn’t swim that night or even the next morning and the restaurant was fully booked - you had to book it in advance, which we weren’t told. The staff were very sweet as they apologised for these things but what should have been a lovely stay turned out to be extremely disappointing and ended up an expensive stay, as the facilities we were paying for weren’t available to us.

Room was spacious, appealing and clean.

Staff not very friendly or helpful except for one lady receptionist. I hear staff shortages in the area though.

How treat us personeel from the spa

Great rooms and easy to find after leaving the Mount Blanc tunnel.

Parking was slightly limited although we managed to find space for 3 motorcycles without too much trouble…. Would suggest booking space in the internal car park .
