Breakfast wasn't included. The room was sufficient for our stay, although a little on the cramped side. Loved (and hated) the location because it was close to everything

Location. Good shower and air con.

Very very noisy and a bit small. Very basic. Decent shower and good air con. Clean bedding, only 1 pillow and a sheet per bed. double bed very small and not really suitable for 2 people. Stairwell had people coming and going at all hours banging doors and making it hard to sleep. Facilities were basic. I cut my foot on a piece of glass which had been missed by the cleaners and got blood all over the floor. The stairwell and entrance was very grubby and unwelcoming. It would benefit from being repainted inside too. I don’t think I would stay again to be honest

The location was great right by the port. The air conditioning was really appreciated in the 33 degeee weather. A cleverly designed space which fit in a tiny kitchen. It was quite like a caravan except that it had a good sized bathroom.

Communication about getting in could have been done the night before as I don't travel with wifi. Space for bags was very limited.

Location, everything clean, AC Had no problems with noise or not clean apartment

Pan doesn't work with the kitchen Little Space but that is expected for this price in Portofino

Location was everything. Nice window too and the bathroom is nice

They didn’t provide WiFi, a bin, a pan, bowls, cooking and cleaning supplies and floor needed a mop and the whole place kinda needed a wipe down
