Stayed at this place for 9 days with my partner and it was a really lovely, comfortable place to stay. Katerina (host) accommodated to our needs as she provides cleaning services every few days, there is a kettle, iron, hair dryer, microwave, cutlery and crockery available for use which we were absolutely grateful for! Alongside there are snacks available, coffee, tea and small pots of milk if you would like. The bed is very comfortable I slept well every night and I love that there is seating on the terrace and stools with a small table indoors too. The room was very clean and the view from the terrace is lovely to enjoy at all hours of the day. Myself and partner were constantly out enjoying our trip but the little time we would spend in this small apartment made us feel at home and very comfortable after a long day exploring. We had no problems with getting to places from the accommodation as you do need to use the bus or underground services but this is fairly simple and easy. Great location, quiet place with good option to park free of charge. I am in the habit of walking, so distance from city center (approximately 5 kilometers) was not a problem, but even an opportunity for a more extensive walking. The room was small, but good enough and the terrace is a great place to have coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. I highly recommend the place. I realize that end of February is a low season and the prices might have been a bit lower than usual, but the ratio price/quality was absolutely perfect.

in the bathroom - the shower area is not separated and the water is all over the floor after you shower.

Katerina was a great host. She gave us lots of information about the neighborhood and even surprised us with treats such as coffee and biscuits. In addition, we got the entire roof terrace with an amazing view only for ourselves.

Only minor flaw of the room is the size of the bathroom.

It was my second stay and it was great and cozy again.

Cozy place with all necessary equipment for stay. We were nicely surprised by welcome food and drink which made our first day much more comfortable. Katerina and her family are very friendly and helpful. She promptly answered all our questions during stay and personally helped a lot during big strike in Athens.

the room is small and wet, but not critical for max 2 persons

The room and the terrace are beautiful. We were suprised that the terrace was only for us. There were everything we need in the apartament, including two beers and juices waiting for us in the fridge. There is a parking space and only 10 minutes walk to the metro station, you can easly go wherever you want.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The rooftop is very cozy and spacious. The indoor space is tiny but just enough for two people and has everything you need. We would happily recommend this place!

The owner was super nice, she even surprised us with beverages in the fridge. The place is in the middle of a great neighborhood (about 20-30 minutes from the center). The apartment was cozy, and clean, and the terrace was very comfortable with a lovely view.

The room was beyond our expectations, it's close to a metro station ( ~15min by foot), there's a bus stop less than 500m away, the room is cute and functional, the balcony is wonderful and huge. I could go on and on but it was sincerely perfect, and it is affordable. Katarina was very kind and helpful, she's available and will gladly help if you need clean towels or anything of the sort. TL;DR : a perfect little room for a couple who wants to discover Athens

the apartment is so nice, the room is small but was perfect for just the two of us, the terrace is a lot bigger than we expected and was perfect as could see all the view of the city! Katerina and her husband were fantastic (the host’s) when we arrived they had left us water, beer and snacks all complimentary and helped carry our luggage we also left super early at 5am and someone came to help us out with everything! Also only 15 min walk from metro
