Modern, clean hotel. A good but simple selection at breakfast in a bright dining area. A functional hotel. The staff were welcoming and polite.
There is a lack of charm, warmth and character- but this is sometimes the case with new build hotels.

Nous avons aimé la sympathie du propriétaire et de sa fille, ainsi que la dame qui se trouvait au petit déjeuner, très sympathique, souriante. La chambre était top, nous avons apprécié, salle de bains superbe et pratique, le balcon pour voir le coucher de soleil en soirée. Chaises et table pour notre confort. Place de parking gratuite dans le garage sous l'hôtel, sinon endroit tranquille et dépaysant pour bien se ressourcer
Hélas pas de wifi dans l'établissement, très mauvaise connexion car pas encore la fibre, on devait se mettre en 4G. le bruit de la vmc dans la sdb, et le petit déjeuner, 16e par personne c'est un peu exagéré (nous ne sommes pas des ogres) vu que je n'ai mangé qu'un croissant un pain au chocolat, et un café, mon compagnon 1 yaourt en plus, de plus sur le site on parle du prix de la chambre pour 2 personnes, et du prix du petit déjeuner, mais on pensait que le prix était pour tous les occupants de la chambre, (vu que le prix de la chambre est bien pour 2 personnes,) et il n'était pas marqué par personne 16e pour le petit déjeuner, d'où notre grande surprise au moment de régler la note de départ. Un conseil n'allez pas au Coq Hardi pour manger, ok ce n'est pas cher, mais les sauces restent sur l'estomac, crème fraiche partout, même dans une carbonara, ou normalement il n'y a pas de crême fraîche, mais oeufs battus, pecorino et parmesan

Il s'agit de mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel.
Confort, accueil, emplacement, propreté donnent l'envie et même la certitude de revenir une troisième fois.

Excellent location for a stop over while travelling. The beach, views and local restaurant were great.

The staff was very friendly, we felt welcome and it was very well organized. The breakfast room / bar has a beautiful view and a large terrace. The breakfast was good, including the coffee. The double bed was excellent, the bed-sofa would not have been suitable for two people. Super-quiet, closing curtains, good nights rest. Free parking in an open garage. Balcony with a wonderful view in the greens (and also of the ocean between the trees), very close to the vast and beautiful beach.
The village is very small, which is what we were looking for (loads of space on the beach, few people around us). (On a side note about the village: Bring plastic shoes to go swimming (stones and pebbles) and reserve a table in the nice restaurant in advance if you want more than bistro dinner.)
The bed-sofa, some dirt on the balcony. But this is only because you asked for something.

The view from the balcony was exceptional. I could see both the ocean and farming land. The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was expensive but very good. The staff were all pleasant and welcoming.
The room was a bit noisy from others people talking from their balconies but also through the walls. The traffic from the road below was also very noisy but that stopped quite early.

Peaceful, quiet, close to the ocean and beach that is not crowded. Some restaurants nearby at walking distance.
We got a different room than what was displayed on booking.com and the staff only blaimed the website that was wrong.

New hotel with own free parking. Had a great hotel at the end of the hallway. Many extra Windows and balcony. Great views from your room. Good breakfast.

The hotel parking was convenient.
We were greeted by a grumpy receptionist / manager who was reluctant to recommend a restaurant. Our room was one of the only ones without a balcony. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor. The building is very new but does not have any of the modern facilities one would expect. There was no air conditioning in the room which was west facing and got unbearably hot in the afternoon. The mains electricity socket did not work. The water pressure was very poor

The hotel is conveniently situated with only a short walk to the local restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful . The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated.
The breakfast is good.
The only thing that we didn't like is that it is next to the road but the hotel cannot do anything about that.

Super clean, good bed, nice view of the green prés salées. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

it is very close to the beach. The beach is not crowded and has a view of sunset. The room is spacious and with nice balcony and view. The staff is pleasant and the room has many pillows soft/hard.
The noise cancellation is not good as I could hear someone snoring or moving around next door. The room doesn't have a safety box or minibar. The soap and toiletries are very little.
