This property is in need of some updating and a good cleaning. The floors and shower were the worse. The beds we not very comfortable to sleep on. On the other hand the complex was nice with a grat pool and location to the beach. It is close to everything you need including the beach. We also enjoyed meeting others staying in the same complex.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had two small children with us who very much enjoyed the pool. Our only concern was that the latch to the pool was broken, and would’ve been easy access to children. This should be addressed. Very close to beaches, all together a very pleasant trip

Condo was clean and set up for vacationers plenty of beach gear in closets. Condo could use regular cable tv . It does have streaming channels but no local news.

Couldn’t believe how dirty the floor was. We would clean it ourselves and somehow it was dirty right away. Short on toilet paper and garbage bags.

Me and my friend loved the place how quiet it was neat,clean, supplies on hand for anything. Probably best bang for the buck you could ask for. So as can be to the beach without paying the over prices for beach front. Owner is great with communicating as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend this to anyone who likes peace n quiet.

Great stay
We stayed here for two nights as a getaway as a quick getaway,we loved the location, I walked across the street to the park where there’s tennis and docks to watch some dolphins or you can fish from it and we just drove to St. Pete Beach and it was less than five minutes, the condo itself was clean and the beds were comfortable and the pool is small but it’s refreshing after a day at the beach and it was quiet, the only issue is the parking if you have visitors since it’s only one car per unit but we would stay again.

Very simple very nice
Good location centrally located between 5 beaches. Long walk to St petes beach. Transportation and parking is challenge in entire area bit has nothing to do with the fine accomodations. Nice small private pool. Good eating within easy walk distance.

Comfy condo
Nice and comfy 2 bedroom Condo. Good for families. Located on second floor via stairs access. Access to the apaetment with a lockbox was easy. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a little better though. Bathroom curtain liner was in nasty condition so had to purchase a new one. King bed was awesomely comfy. Second bedroom bedframe was old and in bad shape, footrest fell apart on us almost hitting a toe. Access to St. Pete's beach was a short drive.
Overall we had a good time.

It was okay!
Well...we enjoyed the beach but the walk was stated as being 8 min, which was a little false. It is Easily a 10+ mins. walk due to it being .9 tenths of a mile away. We had to buy wash/dish clothes because none were available in the apt. Or in the extra housekeeping box. I had to change 3 light bulbs the first night ( luckily there were extras under the kitchen sink.) The refrigerator was not wiped out from the previous tenants and lastly the floor was dirty enough that we had to re-wash our feet prior to going to bed. Overall there was 3 of us and we made it work! Also the grocery store that EVOLVE recommended is no longer in business.......so yeah.

Condo was perfect for 2 female guests. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool was very clean and well heated. Location was great. Short walk to 2 parks. Nice beach within walking or parking across the street. Several nice restaurants close by. Street far less congested than Gulf Blvd. Only issue is bath shower head really needs replacing.

Great location, lovely little condo
We rented this condo and are very familiar with the area, having been visiting st Pete’s for the past 7 years. This condo served all of our needs and was walking distance to the beach as well as many restaurants. It was perfect for myself, my husband and 2 kids. We only had two major complaints—it is extremely difficult to park in the parking lot, to the point where you can barely get into your car if you’re parked next to someone else. The other issue was the cleanliness of the floor. We did not address this with the homeowner, as it said to alert the maid service if we had any issues. After walking on the floor for 1 hour, my children’s feet were literally black on the bottom. Otherwise, we were very happy with the condo and would definitely rent there again.

Great place, excellent value
Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and had more amenities than expected. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers made for fun and easy beach trips. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couch. Great location, nice building and pool with friendly people. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect base for a great Florida vacation.

Just the right size for a great price!
The condo is not huge but well appointed with everything you would need.
While the beach might look far at first sight it is a very easy walk.
We loved the tennis court right in front of the condo and were able to go play everyday.
The area around the condo is a nice walking place and there is a kids park facing the canal near by.
The location of the condo and it’s pricing makes it a great bargain for a family getaway at Treasure island!
The owner was very quick to respond and helpful for questions.

Can't recommend this place enough. Well furnished, very clean, and with quite a few extra amenities. Location is great, it was a bit chilly so we took lyfts a few times. Fares were inexpensive. Overall, a great experience!

Great stay in St. Pete!
I stayed at this condo with my husband and two teenagers and it was perfect for us. We were in the area to tour colleges and spend some time at the beach. It’s very clean with new-appearing furniture and super comfortable beds. The kitchen is updated. Conveniently, there were some beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, games, etc. The location is great. It’s less than a half mile from Caddy’s On The Beach (Treasure Island) which we absolutely loved. It’s a fun beach bar/ restaurant and they will set up chairs and umbrellas for you on the beach. There are also many other incredibly beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The owner was very responsive to questions and we used several of her suggestions for restaurants and places to go. This condo is a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for a conference stay.
Nice pool. Property manager was very responsive. Beach things had seen better days and an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot and beach was a nice walk for a beautiful sunset.

It was raining heavily when we arrived, and no one had wanted to stay in, but we ended up having a great time still thanks to the games provided. Once Mother Nature allowed us the option to explore, it was nice to have the beach cart & accessories. We have done many beach getaways, and this thoughtful touch really made a big difference in convenience & comfort! Many other little touches & inclusions that were unique, appreciated & modern. Super comfy beds & just overall intelligent, functional furnishings throughout. We had everything we needed, and then some.
The location couldn't be beat, and we saved so much $ on parking fees & high nightly rates usually associated with a beach vacation. Really a lucky find in value! During the rain, we ordered food in & there were plenty of good options to choose from. Lots of selections in food, drink, & fun in the area in general... too much to see & do for our short stay, in fact! Very pleasant people in the area as well. I think we've discovered our new favorite beach retreat!

Nice but not very updated.
Everything was great. However the building itself was a little sketchy and not very clean. The inside has some brown stuff on the walls and shower is a little moldy. IT IS NOT A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. The beach is a good distance and you’d be walking over bridges if you walked. Overall wasn’t too impressed when I got there but worked well. Full kitchen is nice.
