Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom House in Bear Trap Dunes Community! Beach Town, Golf, Pool, Fitness Center, Playground, Shuttle Service, Tennis!
Gli ospiti si sentiranno come a casa in questa bellissima casa con 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni e un piano aperto. La cucina e la sala da pranzo offrono un'atmosfera spaziosa e spazio in abbondanza per tutti. La master suite si trova al primo piano insieme a una seconda camera da letto e al secondo bagno completo. Al piano superiore offre 3 camere da letto supplementari e una zona con un divano letto. TV in tutte le camere da letto e due televisori aggiuntivi nelle aree di vita al piano di sotto. Il cortile si appoggia a un grande stagno che prepara il palco per guardare il tramonto o semplicemente rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Rilassati nella grande veranda protetta o goditi una cena alla griglia sul ponte posteriore. Il golf può essere acquistato tramite Pro Shop e i PASS DI AMENITÀ possono essere acquistati nel padiglione per $ 40 / A PERSONA / A SETTIMANA.

Beautiful home that accommodates a lot of people and close to everything in the area. We had a great relaxing time.

house is very conveniently located. However, the pool and extra amenities are not included in the final price. We found a pacifier under the master bed (that was not ours) and dirt in the jacuzzi tub. You barely received any supplies, and comforters may or may not be clean when you use them. Bathroom door upstairs does not shut all the way.

Property was located in a nice neighborhood. Shuttle to beach was an added bonus. Highly recommend

We love Bear Trap & all the amenities it offers, the house truly has everything you need. The screened in porch is very nice, and the pond outback is a nice feature as well. I maybe just be a stickler because we’ve rented many a house in Bear Trap and I just have a liking of things being of a particular condition. I would say everyone else would probably give it 5 stars for everything! A definite plus it has 3 full bathrooms, and the baths were all very clean. Love that the linen services are automatically included. We ended up not bringing our dog, the other family brought theirs, but it’s nice to have the pet friendly option. I did end up buying a few pans to cook in, the ones at the house were just too old for me, but everything else was good. And for some reason the dishwasher had a terrible smell, maybe the drain just needs to be clean, I just ran it empty a few times. Overall it’s a really nice home, and very comfortably accommodated our family of 4 and our friend’s family of 5 with their fur baby. We’ll always come back to Bear Trap!

The house was very well kept and met our needs perfectly. The setting was great with a pond out back. However, the only complaint is that the air conditioner is located next to the screened-in porch and was loud when we were sitting out and it was running. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

At first site it's a beautiful place. After afew hours a number of issues were apparent. Ants were through out the home. Got in our food, cloths, bodies and furniture. An issue our entire stay. No internet for two and a half days. Microwave didn't work and we were promised a replacement but never received it.

Property was clean and house was spacious.. loved the inclosed patio and lake out back. There was 5 couples and room accomadations was good. Not far from the beach and alot of nice restaurants in driving distance. The recycle bin was full and property manager came out and emptied right away. I will go back again.

Everything about our vacation was great. The only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning could be more thorough. especially because we had little ones playing on the floor. Bathrooms needed more attention.

We were traveling for Softball Nationals and there were 14 of us. This house offered the perfect amount of space, amenities, activities and location for all of our needs. Highly recommend for family get together, sports teams, or just regular vacation. Can’t wait to go back!!!!
