Bella casa completamente ristrutturata dall'esterno verso l'interno. 15 minuti dalla spiaggia. Tutto è nuovo in questa casa. Finestre e porte sicure a prova di uragano in tutta la casa, miscela di granito e quarzi, illuminazione a led dentro e fuori, nuova cucina, nuovi bagni, nuova piscina, nuovi pavimenti, tv a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, Netflix pronto, canali via cavo premium, acciaio inossidabile elettrodomestici, nuovo grande patio, ampio cortile recintato, parcheggio carrabile, senza garage, ampi armadi, nuovo A / C, illuminazione ad incasso e ventilatori in tutte le camere.

Starting with BQ tanks one empty and 2nd one 2 nd night out of propane 10 minutes into using. Host ifo we have to refill if we want to BQ. No good! And Beds very hard like sleeping on plywood. Not good. Back problems.
This maybe okay for younger groups BUT we’re all over 60 years old. Not one of our best places to stay. Plus outside cameras, wife didn't like to go swimming or sit at pond.
Pond guy came Thursday and said that he doesn't think anyone was done it week before ,The unit for the cleaning the pond was not put in its property place .And no cleaning pucks inside. He did fix that problem. And put it in place..

Property essentially has everything you need. Grocery store is literally 4 minutes away. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Definitely would return.

Very clean and pristine property. The pool was the best per the kids. There was plenty of space to hang out, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Had very good communication with Scott, the property owner. This was a great rental property and would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at this place had all of our needs taken care of. The living space and the bedrooms all very nice. Great kitchen. The Pool and the view from the pool was incredible. Would recommend to anyone. We had 11 people there and it was very comfortable.

This property is a perfect fit for our group of 8! The home is clean, modern and spacious. The backyard itself is a vacation paradise with a large pool and patio deck which overlooks palm trees and a gorgous lake! The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was our second stay at this property and we will absolutely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was warm. Scott was very responsive to any needs/issues that arose during our stay. We were very impressed with his ability to resolve things quickly.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7!! Would even be perfect for a bigger group! The location is very quiet and peaceful, we will definitely stay here again. We had to contact the property manager a few times and he was quick to respond ! There were lots of pool towels and bath towels provided, which was nice.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7!! Would even be perfect for a bigger group! The location is very quiet and peaceful, we will definitely stay here again. The location of the place was beautiful. Sadly the day we arrived I let the owner know the heated pool was not working. It was very cold and I come from Michigan where we’re used to cold water. Instead of coming and checking on the pool he argued with me, said “it’s not going to be hot like a jacuzzi”. It wasn’t until the third day he finally got people to come and fix the pool and it turned out that the heater had been turned off. So sadly 2 out of the 4 days when we were there we were unable to utilize the pool. Scott did not offer any type of partial refund or anyway to make up for this error.
The house itself was nice but for sure could have been cleaned better. The ice and water dispenser on the fridge is full of mold so don’t use that. Most of the pots and pans are old and super scratched up.

Our s tay was great. We enjoyed the beautiful house & view. The only thing that we didn't really get to enjoy was the pool. It was very cold. Even during the heating hours. Regardless of the pool being cold we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Scott.

The listing on VRBO states "Resort (Heated Pool) Home 2 Story on Large Lake". Several things about the listing are inaccurate or misleading. First of all it is not in a "Resort", it is located in a middle class neighborhood. Secondly, the owner said he had a new pool heater and he monitored it remotely. We questioned whether it was working properly as no time during our week stay did the water temperature reach a level that was swimable. We did not expect hot tub temperatures, but it was too cold to swim.
There were cameras all over the property, inside and out. The cameras on the inside were taped over, but the outside cameras were on. The cameras made us uncomfortable. The home appeared to us to be in the process of being renovated. For example the downstairs master bathroom was beautiful, but the second floor bathroom had a new vanity, but an old shower??
The pots and pans were worn out (all the Teflon was worn away), and much of the furniture was dated. We could go on nit picking, but will stop here. It was OK and livable, but the presentation on the website was misleading.

Beautiful property and home!
The pictures did not do this house justice! The home was trendy, clean and spacious. The pool and patio were the perfect size which included patio chairs, loungers and swim toys. The backdrop of palm trees and the lake were magical. Our Mom/Sons trip was absolutely perfect. An easy 25 minute drive to the beach was a great addition. We hope to stay here again!

This home is fabulous plus all the trimmings. The pool and view were fantastic! Kitchen was incredible. Super clean and neat. Scott called me right after I checked in to see if all was okay and was always available if needed. Awesome & I’ll see you again… Highly Recommend
