Staff at the Hotel Neptune (which manages the apartment located around the corner) were all very helpful and nice. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of space. Good value for the busy area. Good location.

Apartment is very worn, and would benefit from new carpet and paint. The hallway access could use a thorough cleaning. The stairway from the loft bedroom to the main floor (and bathroom) would really benefit from a guardrail on the open side (in addition to the existing rope on the side with the wall). We are traveling with poor cell/texting coverage, and did not receive check-in instructions prior to our arrival. Hotel staff responded very promptly when we called them from the apartment.

The room was cold, so not comfortable. I would not have reserved this if I had known it's an apartment.

great terrace and fabulous picnic breakfast delivered to our room. Nice to have a fridge and sofa. There's no shampoo so bring your own. The stairs up to the bedroom area are very steep and there's no railing. Otherwise a lovely, quiet place with a large terrace with plants :-) Great internet.

A place to hang wet clothes and towels would be great, especially being by the beach. No secure bike locking facilities.

Colette, the person in charge, instructed us to call in the morning with our breakfast preferences and she brought over a breakfast basket. I prefer a savoury breakfast, but a croissant & pain au chocolate was what was available. There's an electric kettle in the room, as well as a coffee maker. We had breakfast on the balcony. The bed was comfortable, but up on a loft, and anyone with joint issues might have a problem getting up there. That should be indicated in the room description.

It would be helpful to be given check-in instructions before arriving, but we did book on the same day. L'Estrambord is a group of rooms/apts, overlooking a patio parking area. There is no reception, as such, so we just rang the doorbell of one of the ground floor apts, several times, but no one opened the door, although there was clearly someone inside. I finally called the number in the reservation confirmation and the person in charge came over from across the street. So, clearer instructions would be appreciated. The water was turned off in the town as of 8:00, for maintenance. I realize Colette had no control over that, but a spare bucket would have been helpful.

great perfect position, just a couple of meters away from the sea promenade . the bed was TOP, very comfortable. The shower is TOP as well. The breakfast basket was very very appreciated , like a smart TV who let us use Netflix on a rainy evening . The lady who welcomed us was very friendly, but no English at all. We parked in front of the accommodation(November )

the A/C with the function heating is not enough to work properly for the whole room (there is a mezzanine where the bed is) with 6 degrees outside. I think the place is great in summertime, less in autumn/winter with low temperature . where you sleep is extremely warm, downstairs like 17 degrees at top. The breakfast could be delivered from 9 am: I think this is an important info for people who wake up at around 7 like we do . Cleanse was also not satisfying. we arrived late afternoon on Thursday and all restaurants were closed : we arranged to buy groceries and eat on the sofa : we would have much appreciated a small table and 2 even reclinabile chairs more then an empty drawer . unfortunately if you are open in November , you must consider there are other priorities then in summertime .

Very Nice people. Location. Free security parking on site. Nice structure and layout. The town is great. Right by a very cool bird sanctuary.
