"La Gulf Tower 7D, situata a 1051 West Beach Boulevard, è un appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni che offre incredibili viste sulla spiaggia. Sia la master suite che la suite per gli ospiti hanno letti queen size. refridge has a note on it, it says: don't put everything in at once, important things first to allow 24 hours for it to get cold? Seems like that condo needs a new refridge. Stunk...had to use 1/2 bottle of Febreeze everywhere. no soap or towels in kitchen, had to use other pans as lids for the pans you are cooking in. only 1 garbage bag. have to pick up parking pass and key fob and then drop off the key fob at a different location coming and going. Only get one key fob for the pool and beach access. Ive stayed in the same building, different condo several times and won't be going back with this management company called Bender Realty. And I'll look elsewhere when buying a condo next year, because the office staff just had excuses when we tried to communicate this in person on our way out.

Easy check in and check out. The unit was clean and as expected from the photos. We were very happy with how easy and close it was to get to the beach - no long walkways. The fob system for the pool/beach was a little annoying with two families(5 people) sharing one fob - but we dealt with it. Our only other criticism is the amenities in the kitchen. The skillets were very old and needed to be replaced. The non-stick surfaces were wearing off and were coming off on the food (due to many people using metal cooking utensils on them). The pans should be replaced and plenty of non-metal cooking utensils should be made available if the replacement pans are non-stick.

It couldn't have been a better experience from booking this condo to arriving on-site. Every picture was accurate and the place was squeaky clean. No complaints from this happy dad.

This is a good property, and good location. Safe and secure. Unlike other properties on the Alabama coast, to get into this property you have to have a electronic key to access the pool and beach boardwalk. There’s a real problem with many of the condominiums and hotels in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores where free loaders will just use any condominium or hotel they choose and can access. It’s not so easy with this one, and I was very grateful for that.
The actual unit here does need updating. There is still carpet in the majority of the unit, and just the overall condition needs an upgrade. Also, the mattresses are pretty thin and it would be nice to have something a bit thicker and more plush. Overall, it’s worth the money, and certainly better than 90% of the other units that I have stayed in

The condo rental was wonderful. Bender personnel were wonderful & have been in past years also. Everything was clean and ready. The pool was nice. Great place to relax and vacation. Extra blankets and pillows in the closet. NEGATIVE part was 1FOB for pool access per condo. Negative and Very aggravating having to access every time in or out the gate.

The condo was neat and clean. However, we placed our beach chairs and umbrella in the little alcove outside our door because they were still a little sandy. The next day the chairs and umbrella were gone. Had to purchase new items. I wish someone would have knocked on the door and told us that we should not have placed them there.

Our refrigerator reeked of raw fish! We had to buy some white vinegar, wash out the freezer & refrigerator, left 2 bowls of vinegar sit in the frig for 2 days before we could stand to put any food in it. Obviously whoever cleaned the condo before our arrival, did not check the frig.

Having an enclosed balcony with all the cooler weather we've had was wonderful. We sit out in that sunroom every single day & enjoy the ocean view. Now if they'd only get some deep sheets to fit the deep mattress (instead of the old style ones), we'd be all comfy when we sleep. We have tons of dishes in the roomy kitchen & plenty of seating to watch our new TV. Have new carpeting too.

We always enjoy our winter stay in Gulf Shores. It's totally worth it to have an enclosed balcony, so we can enjoy the waves even when it's cold & rainy. We'd like to see a recycling program or at least a notice posted telling where you can take things, especially the plastic. When our TV literally started smoking & died, we called the office & they installed a new one the next day. Perhaps Bender could get some help with their computer program/booking program. Not sure why they can only book one month at a time, rather than the two or more that most snowbirds chose to stay. It's always a hassle to have to go thru every line to make sure they've got things correct, as far as the dates & charges that apply. It took 3 trips to the office to get things corrected. All in all, we had a good time in Gulf Shores. Looking forward to no construction next year, a completed Gulf Place & our favorite place to eat - Hog Wild BBQ.

It was a wonderful vacation. The only issues we had was the fire alarm going off. An the unaware crane issue that caused the fire alarm to be pulled again to get everyone off the parking lot.

Best thing about Gulf Towers is the sunroom balcony. As far as I know only one I've ever seen. Unit needs new king bed in Master. Carpets replaced. Bender took care of all our needs. Great Rental agency.

By far the nicest condo out of the 3 I was in while we stayed in Gulf Shores.. We were there with 2 other families who stayed at Gulf Towers, family loved everything about our condo, from the TVs in the bedrooms to the view from the balcony. Very well done!

This condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The location is just west of the busiest areas so the beach was a little quieter. All of the shops and restaurants were a quick drive.
The only downsides to this condo were that the balcony only opens up part way (makes it hard for more than two people to sit in front of the opening) and the pool has no ground floor washroom (meaning a trudge up to the 7th floor when necessary.)

The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great,right on the beach. The only issue we had was with parking. If you have two cars, only one is allowed on the property. The other one has to stay at the parking lot at Bender Realty. Very inconvenient! They are very strict about this.
