Primo livello dispone di un garage per 4 auto e accesso alla piscina privata sulla spiaggia. Basta uscire dalle porte in stile francese e entrare nella tua oasi privata della piscina. È possibile accedere alla piscina fronte mare dal garage o tramite le scale dal secondo piano. Una sezione esterna per 6 e 4 lettini aggiuntivi sono disponibili.
Il secondo livello presenta un layout aperto con le aree soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina - insieme dove la famiglia può trascorrere del tempo insieme. C'è un mezzo bagno proprio vicino alla zona giorno.
Lo spazio di vita semplicemente divino ha comodi divani e una tv a schermo piatto e, soprattutto, dispone di porte scorrevoli in vetro con vista sulla spiaggia. Proprio al di fuori dello spazio abitativo è un piccolo patio con tavolo all'aperto per 8 ospiti e grill barbecue a gas. Sala da pranzo offre anche una vista sulla spiaggia e può ospitare comodamente 10 persone, il bar per la colazione può ospitare altri 2 ospiti.
La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, fornelli a gas, ripiani in granito, posti a sedere informali e illuminazione naturale. La cucina dispone anche di una grande isola. È possibile preparare pasti cucinati in casa in questa cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata.
Il secondo livello presenta le prime due camere da letto - la prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato (doccia) e la seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto king size con bagno privato (doccia).

This house was lovely and clean with stuff other homes we rented never had. Lots of beach chairs. Walk to beach was nice ( but in July it was hot LOL) kids loved the game in the garage. Lots of beach towels. Kitchen was large and clean. We cooked some meals in and it was great. The views were amazing. Saw the sunset from the roof. The bedrooms had nice towels and bedding. The best surprise was the washer and dryer in the closet. With 11 of us two made it so much easier. We didn't have any contact with host because everything was fine. Could use a new sweeper. We tried to keep the house clean with that many people. So we did use a broom when we need. We have stayed in many Airbnb and this was at the top. Very clean also. Having 7 11 across street came in handy. The people that work there were helpful. We all used lots of ice so we could walk right over there get ice and anything else. If you have a big group this is a great house. Pool also was nice and clean. No complaints!!!

We are grandparents with adult children and spouses and their children traveling. This house was large enough and well appointed to accommodate us all. The pool was great. The beach access was good. The sunsets from the roof top terrace were beautiful. The kitchen worked well for easy prep and there are multiple eating areas. The only negative is the public walkway for beach access is right next to the house so at times, there was noise. Not a big deal.

Had a amazing week with my cousin's WE loved Serenity Now .this home had everything you would need from games to kitchen, there was 13 of us..the hone was beautiful..the view was fantastic, and plenty to do close by..the only the that I was disappointed in was the barbecue grill didn't work but that wouldn't stop me from Coming back..thank you for a great week

Everything was perfect. One side note. Thank you for enabling elevator. It was very useful for my handicapped family member. Elevator has one small issue , the interlock at top of door on 2nd floor did not always latch in for elevator to move.

The home is beautiful and offers plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Kitchen was well appointed and adequately stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Location is awesome and the beach is right there. The living space was a little limited if you have a full house but in reality who wants to be inside at this location. Elevator was handy for luggage. Had a few items that needed attention like blinds not functioning, and circuit breaker tripping for garage door, but the stay was very good.

We loved our stay at Serenity Now. The house was very clean, well maintained and stocked very generously with kitchen, bathroom essentials and plenty of pool/beach equipment. The rooms are all a great size and have their own full bathrooms. The location is directly next to the short path to the beach. We had one issue with the AC on the main floor of the house, which was fixed very promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again for sure.

We had such an amazing stay at Serenity Now. Every amenity was provided, and the house was immaculate! We were so close to the beach, and enjoyed walking to Caddy’s for dinner and lunch a few times. The beds were all very comfortable. There were more than enough pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen staples. No complaints! The check in process was a breeze and communication with the house manager was great. Highly recommend!!

Our family has rented many houses through the years and this one just may have taken the number one prize! The views are awesome, it was more than well equipped!! Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, the beds were very comfortable, they even equipped the bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hand soap and plenty of toilet paper. Plenty of towels and beach towels, two ovens in the kitchen, I can’t even count how many beach chairs, toys for kids, skim board, floats, bags game, golf game, extra fridge in the garage. I could go on and on. The only negative thing I could say was the pool light inside the pool was dangling. Pool heat wasn’t working but they came right out to work on it. Caddy’s down the beach was great to have...only about 1/4 mile at the most! Seven eleven right across the street was also convenient. The grill was in great condition and large in size too. If you have babies there is a pack and play and a baby seat. Thank you so much too to Joanie and Mona for answering questions when we had them. Our stay was perfect!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. We had people from 5 to 93 and the house and location were well-suited to all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked and enabled us to cook most of our meals there. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive to any needs we have. The house is well-equipped for the beach and the pool, making for easy and relaxing days in the sun!

This was a wonderful property to host my immediate family in FL for the holidays. With 12 in attendance, the house was extremely spacious and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was also a winner with the kids when they were not running around on the beach. Location is walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops around Treasure Island. .

We recently hosted our adult children and their families for a week at this amazing property. Our stay was outstanding from check-in to check-out. There were 10 people in our party, and with six bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, we had ample room. We found the entire property to be immaculately clean. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes and cookware, and the appliances are great. The pool is definitely private and is very well maintained. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy time out of the pool as well. Though the house is close to other homes, there are enough mature trees surrounding the two balconies that you never notice the neighbors. The rooftop deck offers the most stunning views and is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The beach is so close you can easily transition back and forth. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We had a fantastic week, and we definitely recommend Serenity Now!

Restaurants close by although we mostly ate here since there was so much room to cook and store food. We will book again.

This beautiful home does not disappoint. A beach rental dream with well appointed furnishings and decor, the home owner has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Celebrating a bride to be with a large group, this home was perfect. Ocean front views are spectacular and we had the opportunity to catch dolphin swimming by. The home and pool were exceptionally clean. Beach is easily accessible, literally steps to the beautiful gulf waters. All that said, I was most impressed with our rental manager Joanie and owner Kenny Hayslette of Beach Time Rentals. Our final night we experienced a medical emergency that resulted in a significant situation. Joanie was very sweet and understanding, communicating often to check on us. Mr. Hayslette checked in as well offering any assistance we may need. It was very reassuring to know since we are not from this area that we had “locals” that could help if needed. God’s angels at work.

My husband and I recently celebrated our retirement with our family and grandkids at Serenity Now. Beach Time rental worked with us through covid delays over the past two years to allow for the use of this specific location. We wanted bedrooms for all visitors and a location on beachfront and it all came together here. Great location, clean, gracious managers, and a terrific property! Bathrooms for each suite and a magnificent view and access to the beachfront. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids (even a couple of us adults). Great places to eat within walking distance. Any questions we had were promptly answered by BTR.

My husband and I recently celebrated our retirement with our family and grandkids at Serenity Now. Beach Time rental worked with us through covid delays over the past two years to allow for the use of this specific location. We wanted bedrooms for all visitors and a location on beachfront and it all came together here. Great location, clean, gracious managers, and a terrific property! Bathrooms for each suite and a magnificent view and access to the beachfront. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids (even a couple of us adults). Great places to eat within walking distance. Any questions we had were promptly answered by BTR. Highly recommended!

The home was beautiful and well taken care of. Having the beach right there was a huge advantage and a small pool to enjoy. Take note if you want the pool heated that will be extra which I would advise doing it’s mostly in the shade. It is located on a very busy street but surprisingly not noisy from inside. All in all I would definitely stay again.
