The Tee Box è un bellissimo condominio nell'edificio più ricercato del complesso con vista sul nostro splendido laghetto delle anatre! Siamo a meno di un miglio dal villaggio dove è possibile ottenere i migliori Bloody Marys e frutti di mare sull'isola. Prendi una bici o cammina verso ristoranti eccellenti come Palmer's, Palm Coast, Georgia Sea Grill, Mullet Bay, Sand Castle e molto altro!
Festival della comunità nella famosa St. I parchi di Faro e Pier di Simon sono abbondanti e raggiungibili a piedi.
La spiaggia più vicina è a meno di un miglio di distanza al King & Prince, ma ci sono diverse spiagge tra cui scegliere. E il gioiello della corona della Georgia, Jekyll Island, è a breve distanza e assolutamente da vedere per tutti i viaggiatori.

Il condominio dorme quattro con un letto matrimoniale nel master e letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto. Due bagni, ampio soggiorno / cucina e zona pranzo. Vedute del laghetto delle anatre sono disponibili da ogni camera. Goditi una brezza notturna dal ponte coperto!
Le spiagge sono a meno di un miglio di distanza, come lo sono alcuni dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola, i bar e, soprattutto, la musica dal vivo quasi ogni fine settimana!

We have stayed here 3 times and have really enjoyed our stay!! The location is amazing and pool access is just steps away. Owner kept us informed of anything happening and only 1 problem with air and the problem was taken care of with no delays. We will be staying here again!

The communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever experienced. I was heading down a couple days after hurricane Idalia. Kathy stayed in constant communication to let me know if there were any damages or power outages. Luckily there wasn’t. This condo was so easy to get to and in the perfect location. The cleanliness condo I’ve ever seen and so nicely decorated. You immediately feel at home. Although we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen is very well stocked. Bathrooms had lots of extra towels if needed. There was even extra blankets and pillows if needed. Everything was just perfect. My daughter and I had a great weekend and already planning to come by in a couple months. Thanks for letting us call your condo home while we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the pond view. We also enjoyed the many amenities the property had to offer - pool, swings, playground, etc. Location was great as it's a 15 minute walk to the village with lots of restaurants and shops.

This condo is exceptional in all facets. It is clean, well appointed, up-dated, tastefully decorated in a highly desirable location. I look forward to returning to St Simon in the future and staying at the Tee Box. It was a pleasure!

Loved the property and St. Simons! This was our first trip to the island and this condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to the village and great restaurants. Beautiful condo with everything you would need for a great vacation.

The property was as pictured and described. It was peaceful, quiet, close enough to the beach, pier, lighthouse, and village. With us celebrating our 40th anniversary, proximity with quiet was what we were seeking.
The condo itself was clean, and was also quiet. Our only complaint was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The seat and back cushions didn’t provide much support at all, neither my wife or I could get comfortable on the sofa or loveseat. With that being the only reclining/relaxing area available, other than the beds, it was frustrating not to be able to relax, watch TV, or read comfortably.

Great location, clean, great communication
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location with a nice view from the balcony. We loved spending time at the pool during the evenings. There were several kids on property that our son enjoyed playing with. The workout room on property was not clean and the equipment didn't work properly, but not the owner's fault. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Spot on St. Simons
We were fortunate when a week became available at the end of March. The property as a whole is very nice and this unit is located at a perfect spot facing the pond in a quiet area. Top floor with great deck. Very clean and has everything you need when away from home! Close to beaches and downtown pier for dinner and shopping! Our chihuahua Victor had a great time making friends on the beach! Kathleen made sure we secured our reservation when the app was a bit slow that day. Thank you for a really nice vacation!

Great Spot
Very nice unit. Had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony over looking duck pond. Easy walk/bike ride to shops in town and close to restaurants. Added bonus was bagpipes show in parking lot on St Patty’s day. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was the perfect size for two couples. Clean, well stocked with blankets, linens and towels. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. George (property manager) was attentive without being intrusive. Pickle ball was fun and the duck pond just added to the experience! We had a great stay.

I wish there was standard glassware instead of all the plastic cups. There are only 4 butter knives, though plenty of other flatware.
I wish the bedrooms had room darkening curtains because the streetlight outside is very bright and the shades are thin. We didn't need to use A/C, but the furnace is very loud. Another VRBO renter complained of the same problem in their nearby unit; they said it's a heat pump, not a furnace.
In preparing for our trip, the owners always responded quickly and thoroughly to all our emailed questions.
Overall, we found this condo to be a pleasant base for a relaxing escape.

Relaxing and Beautiful
This was a beautiful place, very clean and well decorated. Many thanks to Kathy for her open communication and to George, property manager, for helping us while at the location. It was so relaxing and quiet and peaceful. The condo had everything we needed and as advertised. We felt very comfortable and "right at home". St. Simon's was a very friendly town. We certainly enjoyed our much needed getaway.Thank Kathy and George for helping to make our weekend so enjoyable.

The TeeBox was perfect for our Anniversary trip to Saint Simons. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Kathy and Mike did a wonderful job decorating and making sure renters would have everything they needed. They were also very sweet in remembering it was our anniversary. I would highly recommend the Tee Box⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was updated, well stocked, and very clean. We loved the location with the duck pond, rope swings and a heated pool (perfect for swimming in early March!) It was close to the village and very convenient to restaurants, stores and the beach. Kathy and Mike were wonderful hosts!

Had a very nice stay, was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the view of the pond and the ducks but a lovely spot to do that in a nice complex. Quick response during booking process. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo
My husband and I wanted to take our two girls (ages 5 and 3) on a little vacation after these last few crazy months and before our oldest started Kindergarten. We could not have picked a better place. This condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, it's like walking into your own home. The community is very clean and nice. We were able to enjoy the pool every night after spending the day in town. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to talk to Miss Kathy. She provided us with suggestions on places to eat and places to visit with the girls. She is so sweet and prompt, just like talking to a friend. We loved our stay and are looking forward to staying here again!

Great stay
Check in and instructions just as stated. Everything was clean and decorated so cute. Excellent location to the pier area and close to the beach. The property itself was great with the pool right next to it and a beautiful pond with ducks. Very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.
