Enjoyed our stay at the chalet, which was very clean & equipped. Great location which is really the selling point! Close to town & central to places we wanted to see. Would be helpful if they stocked their own firewood! Other than that it was very comfortable.

Can’t wait to come back. It was exactly what we needed after our daughters wedding. Such a beautiful area!!

This cabin was perfect for hiking all through the White Mountains. In addition, it was just a mile walk to Echo Lake State Park which has a wonderful swimming beach, and it was also just below Cathedral Ledge so we could watch the climbers as they made their way up the rock face. The kitchen was well stocked, and being so near to North Conway, we had plenty of great restaurants to choose from when we didn't feel like cooking. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to do more hiking in the area.

The place was perfect for our purposes. It was one of our most memorable and fun vacations we've had as a family yet. It was two adults, one teen, and dogs. Pictures do not do justice to the location. Cathedral Ledge is stunningly beautiful. The deck provides an incredible view. The house is on a quiet street. The hiking trails are conveniently located at the end of the street. It is also a very quick drive to the top of the ledge. Echo Lake is either a short hike away or a quick drive (you may want to pre-reserve your parking) and is one of the most unique and beautiful lake experiences with the ledges above. The town is no more than a 5 minute drive away. It is filled with interesting shops and delicious food experiences. The location is very convenient to other fun and recreational outings like tubing (you can actually spend up to a few hours on the tube). We even went on a moose safari. There is also a 24-hour and very clean laundromat in town. The house itself is a rustic A-frame that contained everything we needed and was very nicely cleaned and maintained. The upstairs loft has two generous beds. As others have noted, the stairs are steep and without independent lighting so it may not be appropriate for some. The check in and check out process was easy. Do allow time for taking the trash to the Transfer Station. This is a last-day time management consideration (also with travel) but also observed it as the standard practice for the area.

Overall staying at this chalet was a great experience. The house was clean and as described. The owners were very responsive and overall we had a great stay. A few things to note. The views are unreal! I’ve been going to North Conway my entire life and never ventured down to this area. I was blown away. The hiking (when it wasn’t raining) was fabulous and the people were nice. About the chalet, the air conditioner is extremely loud, it kicks on and off every 5 minutes or so which makes sleeping difficult. The bedroom is very small and the air conditioning doesn’t cool off the room. The main room didn’t have sheets when we got there which wasn’t a big deal, we just ran to the store and got a set. One of the neighbors keeps their dog off leash and it charged at us several times while we were there. This does not reflect on the owners of this chalet but just be mindful and be careful if you are walking. Overall we would stay here again.

Cozy A Frame cabin at the base of Cathedral Ledge and Echo Lake. Cabin had everything we needed to decompress and feel miles away from our day to day, with super close access to all that N Conway has to offer.

This place is very cute and the landscape around this area is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life this is a great place to do it.

Cozy little place close to town and trails right down the street. The bedrooms upstairs have access via steep ladder like steps. Place is clean and hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. A little dark inside for my older eyes but we had a good time!

Overall the chalet had more good assets than not. Comfortable with country charm. If using the loft be cautious of the stairs, narrow and steep (should have a rail). Mostly enjoyed the view through the huge windows - Cathedral Ledge is RIGHT THERE. You can sometimes see and hear the climbers! Lots to see and do surrounding and at N. Conway.

Property and location were exceptional. Close to all amenities and an overall great time!! Will definitely be back again :)

This location was absolutely incredible. My fiancé and two dogs took great advantage of the quiet neighborhood overlooking Cathedral Ledge. Clean and comfortable! Entertaining day and night watching all of the climbers in the ledge. Prime and peaceful location. I hope to stay there again soon! Strongly suggest this home if you want to be downtown from all the stops but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet ! Views are incredible, cannot say enough great things !

The house was great for a central stay for days of hiking, lake going and trips to town. Comfortable beds and nice view of Cathedral ledge. Can walk from house to Echo Lake !

Charming and cozy chalet in a perfect location! View from the deck is spectacular. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals if desired. Very clean and bed was very comfortable on the main floor. We didn’t venture into the loft as the stairs were too steep for us and there’s no railing so no comment on that. It was too warm for a fire each night as we’d planned but finally on our last night it was cool enough and the wood burning fireplace insert worked like a charm. This area is so quiet and peaceful and to sit and watch a crackling fire was the ultimate in relaxation. Couches were very comfortable. We never even turned on the tv! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed the view of Cathedral Ledge very much . Perfect quiet location but close enough to shopping. And some good restaurants. We loved the rustic feel of the cabin and it was very clean. Will hope to stay here again for longer and maybe with our doggie 😍 thank you !

This was the perfect, cozy, A-Frame for our winter getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were lucky enough to enjoy a snow day in front of a wood fire, watching the snow fall on the Cathedral Ledges. We were able to take long snow shoe hikes and spent some time at Attitash. We would love to come back. Christopher and Pam are great hosts, very easy to communicate with and had a clear check in/check out and how to use the property instructions. Thank you for having us!

My husband and I had an amazing stay. Close proximity to hiking, skiing and town. Very clean and cozy house, we had everything we needed for our stay. Can’t wait to stay again!!

This was a Christmas gift getaway for my mother and she loved it. We had a great time during our stay. The space was as advertised and the location was incredibly close to all of the attractions, as well as outdoor activities/site seeing. The host was kind, timely in responses, and clear in expectations. We would definitely stay again.

Cabin is super clean and nice. It is located at a quiet area . The only inconvenience it is the trash situation , since we have to bring it to a facility located 15 m away.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was cozy and the neighborhood was awesome! There are hiking trails around the corner form the house. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs. The cabin was better than expected, very peaceful and comfortable. It was equipped with everything one would need. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our short stay in this clean and cozy cabin at the base of Cathedral Ledge. While it was small in size, it was comfortable and in a great location. The wood fireplace was the focal point of our evenings, and we took many walks around the neighborhood and by the base of the ledge. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we encountered internet issues, resolving the issue within 24 hours. Overall it was a great experience!

This property is perfectly located to fully experience all that North Conway has to offer. It is convenient to outdoor activities, shopping, restaraunts and fun family-friendly activities. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple getaway. We would consider returning next time we are in the area.

Family and I stayed a few days for Christmas. Such a beautiful cozy home and a Christmas tree was also provided! Everything was clean and the kitchen provided everything you needed for breakfast/dinner. Amazing views and only a few minutes away from downtown. Cable didn’t seem to work as mentioned in previous reviews, however, we brought our own fire stick and were able to watch tv/movies. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying in the future.

My husband and I had a magical weekend in the Mound w Washington Valley! We got to town the day before the season’s first snow storm and settled into TBD comfortable, well appointed chalet. Walking the quiet, peaceful neighborhood the night of the storm was a highlight of the weekend! There was a plow that came by twice to keep the driveway clear and communication with Pam was so prompt and friendly. We will surely be back!
