1- Location—can’t get any closer to the beach and walking distance to dining, shopping and activities near downtown! 2- Views from every deck and there are three of them! I always seek out rooftop venues everywhere I go. And that’s exactly what we got! So amazing! 3- Lastly that slow elevator has a very good side to it. Very easy to pack belongings in and out! 4- Well stocked home including a few chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. (Bring your own beach towels AND don’t forget binoculars to view the dolphins right outside your bedroom door!) 5- LOVED listening to the waves outside bedroom door! So relaxing!

Just one… Elevator of course but… once we figured it out, it encouraged patience and helped us settle into “island time” quickly! It’s definitely different but, if I had little kids or elderly guests, it would be a bonus as well because it would be a challenge to deal with stairs in a 4 level home! Half of our guests used the outside stairwell. Lastly, that our visit was too short! First visit to St Simons and won’t be the last!

Great balconies for beach watching.

No stairs inside, only elevator. Windows in bunk bed room and queen room don't close all the way. It makes it hot in the room at night and some roaring sounds in the rooms when it's windy at night.

Location is fabulous. Right on the water and literally a block from all of the great eats, shopping and parks
